Este amplio y moderno condominio de 2 habitaciones + buhardilla y 3 baños ha sido completamente remodelado de arriba a abajo y cuenta con electrodomésticos de alta gama, acabados y pisos en todas partes. La sala de estar tiene un gran televisor de 55 ", chimenea de leña y un amplio sofá seccional que puede albergar a toda la familia.

La cocina personalizada ha sido mejorada con gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de piedra e iluminación colgante de buen gusto, así como una cocina completamente equipada con TODOS los elementos esenciales para preparar sus comidas.

El dormitorio principal en la planta baja cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y baño privado con baño privado y ducha de pie. El segundo dormitorio de la planta baja ofrece una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y acceso a un baño de pasillo adyacente que también ha sido totalmente remodelado y mejorado. El loft de arriba tiene 4 camas individuales, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "y un baño privado remodelado. ¡Esta área es perfecta para los niños o un grupo de solteros!

El balcón al aire libre da al complejo área de picnic que cuenta con una nueva piscina, jacuzzi, mesas de picnic, parrillas a gas (solo en verano) y cancha de tenis. Todos los huéspedes de Mammoth Sierra reciben acceso completo de cortesía al Snowcreek Athletic Club para disfrutar de instalaciones que incluyen piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna / vapor, gimnasio completo, yoga, pilates y estudio de bicicletas, y más.

A few blocks down was the grocery store and several restaurants to choose from. It took about 15 min to drive to the Main Lodge where we ski’d at. The only issue we had was the heater. It would turn off in the middle of the night right when it’s the coldest.

Beautiful Condo at Sunshine Village

The property management went above and beyond. We actually got an upgrade from the original booking. This unit was stunning!! Everything was so beautiful, beds were great, TV's in every bedroom (upgrade), nice large sectional for our party of five. They even gave us the passes to the original condo complex booking that was next door to allow us to use both pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and game rooms, (that was extra kind)! We had a great vacation, and as always, wanted to stay longer. We will return for sure next summer.

Room for improvement

a couple of things could be improved: - mattress in master bedroom is terrible. It’s very uneven and We could not sleep well at all any of the 3 nights. - check out is at 10am (too early) and we had the cleaning guy open our door and come in at 9:50am, although we had already called and gotten approval tod stay until 10:30am. The whole thing feel super rushed. - the janitor at this complex has some ‘authority’ issues. Our kids were playing in the game room which closes at 10pm and he kicked them out around 9:30pm with a pretty bad attitude. Next day something similar happened and his attitude wasn’t the best either. Please teach this guy some customer service skill since he’s working in hospitality. - check in process could be improved. The personnel at the office were very nice though.

Nice, quite location...

The area was nice and quite however the neighborhood kids have access to the facilities. The unit was nice but the fans were so dirty we had to clean the bedroom fans before turning them on. There was a fan that blew into the dining room from the upstairs which was very noisy. Overall I would recommend the unit. They need to give new sponges at the beginning of every stay. Some cleaning supplies would be helpful as well as an iron and plug for sink. Had to go to mammoth reservations to get more toilet paper. For the price, better paper products are expected.

no air conditioning

The property was very clean, and nicely redone inside. The pictures make this place look much more spacious than it actually is though. We came with all three of my grown adult children and their 2 small kids. It was tight to hang out in if everyone wanted to be together. We weren’t there for very long so it wasn’t an issue but had we stayed longer it probably would have been. One thing that I didn’t realize when I booked it was that there is no air conditioning in this unit. My bad! It didn’t end up being an issue for us though bc the days we were there were not that hot and we opened up all the windows and it cooled off. However, the upstairs room was quite a bit hotter and my son slept on the couch because of it. If you run hot, you may want to think about this. Also something no one seemed to mention on the reviews was that the condo looks out over a trailer park from the bedrooms! Like literally into a trailer park back yard, and it’s not nice! They do have blinds on the windows so as long as you don’t want to look out at nature, you’re good! My number one complaint is that checkin was not until 5!! I think it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to pay for an entire day when in fact you don’t get an entire 24 hours, or even close. We came up on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. We had to be out by 11, I believe. We paid over 800.00 for basically one and a half days. Completely ridiculous! I had asked for an early checkin but was told they couldn’t bc others were checking out. Most places I’ve stayed checkin is at 3. Still not great but way better than 5! Im not sure we would stay here again bc of this reason. It feels like a waste of money. Other than that it was a seamless stay. The area was mostly quiet and the master bed and furnishings were very comfortable.
