Modern Topanga View Home, Family Friendly, 15 min From Beach
It is hard to find clean, modern and open plan in Topanga but our house fits this bill plus with amazing views as our house is situated at 1000ft! BUT we are only 10/15mins from the beach.
The house is on a large plot with a walled garden. We are very quiet but have lovely neighbors all around. Many locals walk their dogs and our neighborhood is the friendliest I know! Up the stairs to our big deck that has comfortable outdoor seating and a table to enjoy evenings relaxing. We have a large easy to put up/down umbrella that covers a lot of the deck for shade.
Our house has soaring ceiling in the living room and is very light, bright and airy. We completely remodeled so is modern and clean. The kitchen/dining room is open plan so you can cook and chat. The center island has bar chairs and there is plenty of space for cooking. Stainless steel, high end appliances include a Samsung fridge, new Fisher Paykel dish-drawers and Thermador oven. Downstairs toilet and cupboard for shoes/coats. There is a great utility room with LG Washer & Dryer.
Upstairs is open plan with an office area with small, sweet upstair deck with table/chairs to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee whilst listening to the birds!
2 large principal bedrooms with new beds/mattresses. The first has a california king bed, beautiful open plan bathroom with power showers and body sprays. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with rain shower.

Our home is modern, clean and very comfortable. The wonderful neighborhood is quiet but friendly. There is a lot of hiking around us. Our home is also not far from Topanga beach or Malibu and 15 mins from shops and restaurants. The best of all worlds!
