Apartamento recientemente remodelado, a 5 minutos de la ruta de senderismo Rocky Peak, parques, restaurantes y supermercados. Ideal para ir a Hollywood, Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive, Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Playas y esquí. Aperitivos de bienvenida gratuitos y un poco de café para comenzar su viaje.

El manual de la casa, las reglas de la casa y la lista de contactos estarán en el sitio, publicados en la puerta del refrigerador. Además de las reglas de la casa en el sitio, todas las personas de su grupo, independientemente de su edad, deben incluirse en los números de huéspedes de la reserva. This property was perfect for the two of us! It is well maintained and quiet. The location is unusual - high up the mountainside but very peaceful! I wasn’t sure how we would like something attached to the main property but it turned out just fine. We weren’t distracted by anyone else on the property! It also has everything you would need for a long stay! Would rent again!

Great for the price in that area

The property was fine for the price. The communication was great and they were very flexible with check in/out times (for additional fees). The listing specified toiletries available and there were only two travel size shampoos (each half used) from other hotels in the shower so not as listed. The place was VERY cold and they ask that you not set a temp but rather turn it completely off when you leave so when you return it takes up to two hours for the place to warm back up to 70 degrees. There is a substantial cleaning fee then also a list of requirements for you to clean before you leave to not incur further charges. All in all fit what we needed on short notice.

Private and Convenient

This apartment in Simi Valley is truly a hiking gem. It's close to trails, a park, and beautiful views. The apartment has the perfect balance of privacy and security, but close enough to neighbors where you don't feel isolated. It's also close to the freeway so commuting to Los Angeles and/or Hollywood is very convenient. Bel was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, however, everything you need to know is posted on the refrigerator. I would recommend this apartment for a couple or single traveler.

A home away from home.

Aloha: The Pros: Quite a gem, nestled in the hills of Simi Valley. Very quiet area and well maintained grounds. The space where we stayed was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. You can make meals, which was total + for us. Checking in/out was seamless. Our first night we got in very late, and that was not a problem. Parking was just outside side our door. ++ and the lights were left on for us. A nice welcome sign greeted us, as well as some snacks. The owners, are lovely people. They made sure we were comfortable, we had what we needed, but mostly left us be. +++ Price per night for what you get is excellent. The Cons: Checking in after dark definitely made it hard to find the place. GPS helps but it’s really dark. But we did find it. 😁 Would recommend arriving while there is still daylight. 😊 The apartment is nestled between the main house and next to the garage, unfortunately when the garage door is going up and down, it can be pretty loud inside the apartment, which makes it hard to relax and watch tv. While sleeping is comfortable, the noises, talking, and walking from upstairs (main home) were audible. But maybe that’s normal depending on the apartments location. And this being our first time staying at a VRBO we really didn’t know what to expect. All in all we are extremely happy with our decision to stay here and would definitely recommend. ❤️ Mahalo!

Nice and clean apartment in fantastic environment

We enjoyed 5 days in this nice apartment. It is located in a quiet and pieceful Environment with beautiful sorroundings.The host Bel took very well care of us and assisted us with everything that we needed during our stay. The apartment was very clean and all the amenities that we needed were there. The kitchen was fully equipped. The basket with treats that Bel had left for us was highly appreciated. Would love to return to this house in case we decide to visit L.A again.

This place is a hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. The apartment is tucked in the hills yet close to amenities. It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Bel was always available and a pleasure to "work" with. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Its was a cozy and loving place. The welcoming snacks and sign welcoming my family and I put the cherry on top. We especially loved the pots and utensils that were available to us. Made breakfast so much easier and cheap!

Excellent time! Celebrated our daughters 21st birthday and wanted to be close to Six Flags!

At first we were wondering how it would be staying at a place connected to the main home. Prior to our stay, Bel was quick to respond with details, which made our decision to stay here. Bel has made checking in/out very simple and quick! The place was spotless and provided exactly what we needed! Thanks Bel for the lovely snacks upon our arrival (very sweet & yummy)!! We didn’t use much in the kitchen, but what we did use worked great!!! Five of us stayed and were comfortable/safe; thanks for having the extra pull out bed. The shower was amazing and we never ran out of hot water! Nice drive to Hollywood and Six Flags filled up our days. Bel, you are a terrific host, your accommodations were amazing, and we will come back soon!

We felt more at home there than thought possible1,350 miles from our own

This was our first HomeAway experience, and my initial assignment was to find a place for our family of five within practical driving distance of Pepperdine University in Malibu that was comfortable, affordable and had the amenities we most desired. From our initial communications a couple months before freshman move-in, Bel was quick to respond to questions, offer any assistance necessary and help accommodate our unique situation. We very much enjoyed the drive from campus to the apartment each day - the area is beautiful and so different from our own. Check-in was simple (and I couldn't help but mentally compare it to how long the same process at a hotel sometimes can take). We found the apartment in pristine condition and very welcoming, with our reserved parking spot just a few feet from the entrance. The high ceilings and tall doors give it the feeling of a huge space. Our party of five (reduced to four from the second night) slept comfortably in the quiet neighborhood. Though we are out for every meal, we used the kitchen for coffee and snacks and found it well stocked (including Bel's thoughtful basket of snacks for our arrival - SO nice of her)! The beds were comfortable and linens plentiful. We slept soundly each night, and not just from the exhaustion of moving our daughter into her dorm room! We're already looking forward to our next visit here and hope this lovely apartment will be available. Thank you for a lovely first stay!

Beautiful home in a safe location

We really enjoyed this location for our girls trip to CA. We felt very safe and at home. It was a very hot week so it was quite warm in the bedroom but the main area cooled down well. we had all of the amenities we needed.

It was a cute apartment. We only slept there , didnt hang out much as we were going to the beach and Six flags. The AC unit didnt work very well. The owner said she would have someone look at it, luckily it was a bit cooler in the evenings so we were fine. Had a nice stay.

Mesmerizing and tranquil.

There were 3 in our party and it couldn't have been a better fit. The property is a part of the main home, but totally separate in nature. The hostess was very gracious and accommodating. She checked on us via text periodically throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of. We come to CA several times a year and we have never stayed in Simi Valley before. It is a welcomed change from L.A. where we normally stay. Simi Valley was so much cleaner and the traffic was not congested at all. This place was very clean and modern.

Great location and much better than hotel.

We stayed for 6 days and filled every day with as much as we could possibly do. Dining, shopping, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Malibu Beach, and a Dodger game, just to name a few. We visited family all over Southern California and this property was perfectly located to experience it all. We traveled with children, who normally love to stay in hotels, but they thought I was the greatest for choosing this property instead. We saw nature and wildlife that we will never forget and that was just on the road driving up to the house. The apartment is stylish and comparable to a high end hotel room. The owner checked on us several times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I have already recommended this property to friends and family and I will consider it for future travels.

Southen California's tourist attractions are all spread out. From Malibu, to Anaheim, to Los Angels, to Santa Barbara, to Hollywood. We are centrally located in all directions to access them. Then come home to a quiet apartment to relax and re-charge for the next day.

You can feel safe and right at home here in one of California's safest city, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's "crime in the US report". We supply a welcome snack pack. The general water supply for showering, etc. Is from a softener system. Hiking trails is the back of the property
