The property is fantastic - location is great, the facility is excellent and the Deborah and her husband are so great to deal with. We rented the apartment for the summer and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great Condo in a Great Location

This was a super cute condo right in the heart of Rosemary Square so there was plenty of shopping and restaurants right outside your door.

Amazing Location.

Such a lovely condo in a beautiful scenic area. Pool, walk to grocery, wonderful restaurants and. Shopping! Safe for a young 20 something living on her own for a work project. 2 miles to the beach!! Will definitely stay again if in the area!!!

Summer Stay in Palm Beach

I needed a summer residence during my internship with JP Morgan. This condo unit was the perfect size and location. Great security and amenities. The host was very attentive with great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean, well appointed, and convenient

I loved my stay here. It is convenient and within walking distance of all that you need. The condo is clean and comfortable with high speed internet. The property has a pool and hot tub that very relaxing. Miss Debra is a sweetheart to rent from. If you find yourself in the Palm Beaches, try to get this place to stay.

Condo in a great complex with swimming pool and small gym. Nothing but great restaurants all in walking distance. Public supermarket about 2 to 3 blocks away. The condo itself is cozy with everything you need.

Pleasant Stay in Rosemary Square

The condo was exactly as described. It was immaculately clean and decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. The location of the condo was right in the middle of Rosemary square which is a hub of activity and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. The owners were wonderful to deal with as well.

Terrific Gem in WPB

Wonderful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in the heart of City Place. Quiet accommodation that includes a comfortable king bed and all amenities needed for a terrific stay. The Courtyard facilities (gym & pool) are first class and well maintained. Parking is covered and convenient. The owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

West Palm Beach jewel

One of the best locations for enjoying West palm Beach. Only a few steps from Rosemary Square. Amenities incude a beautiful private courtyard swimming pool and hot tub. Gated and secure. Secure parking garage. My wife and I have stayed there twice as temporary snow birds and have another reservation for next Fall. Five stars in our book.

City Place Delight!

Wonderful condo - tastefully decorated - includes parking - everything you could possibly need including a heated swimming pool, business office and small gym! Steps away from a great variety of restaurants, shops, a grocery store, free transit in the vicinity, live entertainment in the City Place Centre on Friday/Saturday nights (during March) that was fabulous! A five minute drive to the beach! The owners are delightful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property. The Wills Family, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Courtyard's apartment in West Palm Beach

We found this to be a great value for the location next to City Place. It is a quiet, nicely furnished and well decorated apartment with a reserved garage parking space. It is perfect for two people but also has a sofa bed if needed for a 3rd or 4th. It is an easy 20 minutes walk to the Clematis Street shops and restaurants, the intercoastal water way, and the Palm Beach Atlantic University campus. There are three nicely landscaped courtyards and a beautiful private swimming pool and hot tub. Free short term parking for guests is also available. Secure gated entry. We had a great stay.

Lovely stay in the perfect location

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. The condo’s location is perfect just steps away from shopping and restaurants. In walking distance to Publix’s and the free trolley was very handy. We chose this condo because it was pet friendly and we were totally thrilled with the actual condo. It was clean, quiet, cozy, and had all of the comforts of home. We wanted for nothing it was perfect for us. The mattress was awesome and provided a good night sleep after a fun filled day. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stay close to the beach, shopping, museums, Palm Beach,and the airport.We loved it so much that my husband I want to rent it again next Summer.

Nicely appointed condo, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the penthouse in Jan & Feb. The unit had a nicely equipped kitchen and the bed was super comfy. The pool and gym are nicely maintained and never seemed too overcrowded. Our location near the elevator was convenient but we found we liked the nearby stairway for a little extra daily exercise. The City Place location is great for walking and exploring the area. The Saturday Farmers Market and intercostal walking areas are nearby as are many great little spots to eat ( the reason for the stair walking!). It's also a perfectly centralized location for taking day trips to the many beaches and little towns both north and south of West Palm. We will be back to City Place for sure!

Super landlords and Super property!

We have been renting this property seasonally for 4 years. We had an outstanding experience. This past year the condo was totally remodeled and is just beautiful! Everything you could ask for in this condo. The Courtyards are beautiful with great amenities. City Place has good restaurants, entertainment and shopping within walking distance of the condo. You don't even need a car. Covered garage for those who do have a car. The Courtyards has a great business center, Pool and Exercise room.

This condo was everything we needed! Had a wonderful time!

This condo is in the heart of City Place. Everything you need is within a few walkable blocks. Restaurants, movies, shops and even a grocery store. Despite all the activity in City Place the condo was a quiet oasis. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and it feels spacious for a one bedroom condo. There is a large screen TV and WiFi is good. They even provide beach chairs! The pool in the condo complex is beautiful and the personnel in the condo office were always pleasant and helpful. The condo owners are terrific. There was a small issue with the TV which Arthur immediately took care of and Debra was always very prompt and gracious in answering questions. We wish we could have stayed longer.

nosy, lot of construction

Very nosy and dirty due to construction outside. The hurricane windows did not block out the construction nosie which started at 7:00 am and went on all day.At least three new constructions will be started outside the window so the construction is not going to end any time soon.The condo is also very dark and the lighting is very dim. The location is good if you like to walk everywhere and there are lots of restaurants etc and things to do in the area. The landlord always returns your texts and comes when needed. I would not stay in this rental again.

Perfect location!

We stayed the month of November 2018 at this property. The one-bedroom condo is TRULY in the heart of West Palm Beach's Cityplace. Half a block off the plaza, but far enough to not be bothered by crowds. We walked everywhere...restaurants, movie, grocery store, waterfront, library, wine and beer places. The unit itself was very comfortable, although furniture is showing some wear, and plates and bowls were chipped. However, the kitchen was loaded with utensils and cooking ware. While we were there, the interior of the whole building was being painted, which will update it. Also, Cityplace is renovating the whole plaza, and it will be even more tropical and accessible to pedestrians. Another plus is the unit includes a parking space in the attached garage. Very convenient! The owner was very responsive to text messages. Our first "long term" stay in Florida was excellent!

NICE!!!!!!

I recently stayed at this lovely condo in City Place for a month. It was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could need, the king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the soaking tub in the bathroom was a nice plus. The unit is on the top floor, convenient to the elevator and the entire property is gated. The pool area for the entire complex is a nice walk through two beautifully landscaped courtyards, very pleasing to the eye. City Place is packed with wonderful restaurants and shopping, all within steps of your front door. Parking is also convenient with a reserved spot close to the garage entrance. The only issue I had with this condo is that in the evening, especially on weekends, there is a lot of noise from the street below, from late night revelers to motorcycles speeding down the street. It didn't stop me from enjoying my stay, though. I would definitely return here and would recommend it to others. The hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with. Thank you!
