Great location with amazing view!

The condo is on the 4th floor directly across from ocean with amazing views of the sunrise. The property has gated 1 car parking and was easy to access with the instructions provided. The condo was clean and has a full kitchen and everything you need. The strip has many restaurants and shopping available. Fantastic beach get away!

Great beach trip

Overall great location and amazing views from the condo. We were originally sent info for the wrong unit, but the owner quickly fixed things for us. There were a few minor things like the bed being a full size instead of queen, but overall gorgeous place and a great week at the beach.

Very nice place! I had no issues of any kind. When texting the owner, she gets right back to you. I recommend this property.

Annual getaway!

We always have a great time in HB! This is the first time we stayed at the other end of the alphabet!! We love the location and the action! Who doesn’t like people watching!! We even got to see a pigeon family grow by 2!! Momma and pops were very generous and shared the balcony with us!

Amazing view!!!

It was wonderful! I booked this unit for my father in law for his 60th. They loved the view and enjoy the sunrise every morning and people watching at night. Perfect view for the fireworks on Wednesday! They loved their week and I think about renting this place for myself and husband! The only complaint from my in laws is the full size bed everything else 10s across the board.

The property could use a little more maintenance. Stayed at this unit last year and found some of the issues still were not addressed including a toilet handle that continues to malfunction as well as stained comforter and mattresses. The location is terrific

Beach stay

This condo pics need to be updated. The deck furniture looks beautiful but the cushions were very worn and uncomfortable. Bed was hard as rock, microwave and oven were dirty. Finally the toilet handle broke 1st day there and messaged and called owner and left message and theynever responded. We flushed by pulling chain in tank the whole week. I have at other condos in this building and they were much better than this one.

Condo was fine, owner not so much

Unit was fairly clean when we arrived, location as mentioned is great. A few items, wash cloths, etc. were missing but no big deal. Being avid NFL fans, one of the first things we did was turn on the TV to find the correct stations. Surprise!, No TV or Internet. Shot a text to the owner who called back, then was put on a conference call with the cable company for two hours! Not a way to start a short stay when you have to waste that much time. Finally, the day before we were scheduled to leave, the owner, Sashi, called and said that she had lost their cleaner and could we clean before we left. I said we would, and the morning of our departure we did just that. Because their dryer is so slow, we could only wash and dry the bed sheets and pillow cases, and not the towels. Not wanting to leave wet towels in the washing machine we piled them on it. Dished were put in the dishwasher and run, and the rest of the unit was left in great condition. When we arrived back home, Sashi sent us a message complaining that the towels weren't washed and that the clean dishes were left in the dish washer. I'm sorry but we paid a lot of money to stay there and we wen't hired to be maids. .

Beautiful view and nice location.

Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times as it would not flush. I must say that we didn’t contact the owner about it. The balcony was awesome and we would have stayed out there most days but it had not been cleaned and there was quite a bit of bird droppings and feathers on the deck and furniture. I was a bit confused because we were charged a cleaning fee, but had to make sure all towels were washed and put away by check out time of 10 AM. No time for a shower before we left. There was a comment on the paperwork we were sent about a “security deposit “, but no mention of how much we paid or when we would get it back. We have been going to Hampton Beach for over 20 years and thought we would try something different but will stick to hotels going forward. It should have also been mentioned on the paperwork that you need to go to the condo to get the “clicker” to open the gate to park. I had to call several times to find that out.

Amazing stay

Could have not asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location. The view of the ocean, sunset and sunrise each day was something we looked forward to. Also, the fireworks view was incredible. The one and only thing we experienced at the beginning of our stay is our location of the condo which is directly across from the elevator. At times you could hear the people come on and off when in the bedroom. Also, the smell of the trash was below the bedroom window. It only lasted a day or so until they came and took the trash away. Otherwise, the cleanliness, design, location, comfort and view could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were available and extremely helpful with any"issues" (setting the tv up)or questions that we had. The response was immediately. We are hoping to rent again for next year 2023.

Beach Front Penthouse Condo

The condo was sparkling clean and very well outfitted with linens, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and appliances. The Keurig stopped working so we messaged the owner (Shashi) and she had a brand new replacement delivered the next morning. We found Shashi always available via IM and very responsive. Comfortable bed and living room and balcony furniture. Excellent location right on the beach with a great view and in the midst of shops, food vendors and restaurants. We had a great weak. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!

The condo was beautiful. Well equipped and comfortable, and close to everything. You can get to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and everything along the strip within minutes. Highly recommend! Shashi was very helpful too. We would definitely go back.

Enjoyable stay. Great location!

We had a great week at the Sea Spray. The condo was clean and had all the amenities of home. This is a great location for the beach, restaurants and night life. Would definitely stay again.

Ocean View Condo

We had a wonderful trip here. The condo had what you needed. I appreciated having more than 2 towels, as well as capability to do laundry! The views were fantastic. People watching from the deck was our favorite. So much to do on the boardwalk, and so close to nearby states for day trips! Would definitely stay again if we come back this way. Shashi answered any questions we had right away.

Excellent location !

You cannot beat this location! It is right across the ocean and views are amazing. We were very paranoid about traveling especially with little kids in this covid environment, but the apartment was very clean when we arrived and the kids loved the location and stay!

Nice but cable problems

The condo was very nice, bed comfortable and furniture in good shape. Equipped with everything you need to stay at beach, except the chairs and umbrella. We didn’t cook, so many nice places to eat. Be prepared for noise and traffic as you are right on the boulevard. Biggest issue was the cable was not working in the main room. Called/texted the owner and when she did answer she was away on family emergency, overseas. I did call the cable company to see if problem could be taken care of remotely, no luck and because owner overseas there was no resolution to problem as they are the only ones that can request service visit. If watching TV is high on your list it might be an issue.
