Esta nueva casa de 4 años en el desarrollo de Coral Canyon en Washington, Utah, es un refugio perfecto. VISTAS VISTAS VISTAS !! ¡Tarifa muy barata por noche en comparación con otras casas! Tengo excelentes críticas! Esta propiedad tiene una estadía mínima de 30 noches de acuerdo con las reglas de la HOA. Se aplica una tarifa por mascota no reembolsable de $ 200. 00 y por 1 perro pequeño adicional más es una tarifa no reembolsable de $ 100. 00. ¡LOS PERROS DEBEN SER CASA ROTA! NO SE ADMITEN GATOS.
Este encantador 2,100 pies cuadrados. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños. La oficina tiene un escritorio muy agradable como se ve en las fotos para usar por negocios o placer y un futón muy cómodo que puede dormir 2. Las 3 habitaciones están bien amuebladas y el espacioso dormitorio principal incluye una puerta corrediza de vidrio con un bonito patio para sentarse y relajarse y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas. El amplio dormitorio principal tiene un baño principal grande y un amplio vestidor. Esta casa tiene INTERNET (Infowest) y CABLE (Dishnetwork) con Netflix. Wifi contraseña dada a la llegada.

Puedes disfrutar del Coral Canyon Clubhouse con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, sala de cardio / pesas, sala de yoga, pickle ball y tenis. La casa club tiene magníficas vistas del Parque Nacional Zion, que también está a 45 minutos. conducir desde Coral Canyon a casa !! Hay un campo de golf público en Coral Canyon y un pequeño lago de pesca para disfrutar. ¡A tres puertas de esta casa se encuentra el sendero para caminar, correr o andar en bicicleta y está a 17 millas alrededor del desarrollo! We love this place and come annually. Laura the host makes entry and leaving super easy. The house is well stocked and sits on a lot with terrific views.The community Coral Cannon is exceptionally well maintained and residents are welcoming.We always enjoy using the community center.

This was a wonderful longer term rental property. The house was clean; there was lots of room; the rooms were well furnished with solid and high quality furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans/cooking utensils. The view was gorgeous and the neighborhood is wonderful - lots of walking and biking trails. Laura as the host was outstanding. She is very responsive and very helpful. When we asked if there was a hotpot to make coffee, she immediately ordered one to be there when we arrived for our stay. Upon arriving, we recognized the TV was older and did not allow many of today's streaming applications. Laura responding by letting us pick out a TV, get it installed by the rental management team and paid for it. This was simply over the top service. Any problems or questions we had were promptly answered. I would say she is without a doubt one of the best hosts we have encountered over many years. The backyard is perfect for dogs - large and well fenced. Our dogs loved every a large landscaped yard to room. The master bedroom and bath are large and there is a sliding door to the patio. The entire backyard is very private as there are no houses behind this unit. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Terrific View Lovely Home

The home sits on a hillside overlooking St George. There is a trail 3 doors down perfect for morning and evening walks. The home is well stocked and the owner is always ready to address your needs. We have stayed many times and have enjoyed the and the community.

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Coral Canyon. The spacious home with a fenced back yard is in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and trails. Our dog loved all the walking paths. The sunsets and Mountain Views were stunning. The home is well furnished with everything you need. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful place

The house is exactly as described. The location is great for walking, going to town or simply sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. The owner is very responsive and has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway.

Great Place!

The house is very nice and has a beautiful backyard that overlooks St George. Sunsets are beautiful to watch. The neighborhood is quiet. Location was about 20 minutes from Zion NP which I love to explore.

What a wonderful setting for exploring Southern Utah

This is the second time we have spent a month in this beautiful VRBO. The opportunities for hiking are endless and this year the wildflowers and cacti were in bloom! The paths around the neighborhood are beautiful and the views of the Pine Mountains and Red cliffs are stunning from the back yard. Laura is responsive and cares for her property and her guest’s experience. A great place!

Sunsets are Priceless

This is a wonderful house with Amazing sunsets. All the outdoor activities are within 30 min of the property, yet its located on a beautiful ridge in a quiet neighborhood. You wont regret renting this property.

Exceeded expectations

This lovely home was even nicer than we expected it to be. It is very well maintained and well-stocked, Laura's pride of ownership definitely shows through. We were especially delighted at the night view over the canyon, and took advantage of the nice outdoor furniture several nights. The living areas are bigger than the pictures indicate. The community is beautiful and there is a nice loop walk up to the park and back down a trail behind the house, views everywhere. Because it is situated between St George and a town called Hurricane, it's very convenient to Zion and you don't even need to get on the freeway. Hurricane is a nice alternative for dining and shopping to very busy St George. Highly recommended!

Wonderful in Washington

We really enjoyed our stay in Washington UT. The house was great. It was nice having a ranch house with just one level. The house was very well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. We stayed for the month of October. This was a working vacation for us, so we set up our workstations in the kitchen table area and also used the office area. Since we work on computers, the internet access was important. The internet speed was adequate for our purposes. It was slow at times but for the most part worked OK. The place has a fabulous view of the city and the nearby mountains from the backyard. The big screen TV in the living room worked well and the sofas were very comfortable. We made use of the oversized garage. We brought our off-road vehicle with us and had room to park it and the trailer in the garage along with our car. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious. It was nice having a king bed. We made use of the work out facility at the clubhouse. They have a nice pool also but we did not make use that. We did not have any visitors because of COVID-19 so we did not make use of the other two bedrooms and bathroom. The location of the house was perfect for us. We made excursions to Zion NP (many times), Bryce NP, North Rim of Grand Canyon NP, Vermillion Cliffs NM (White Pocket), Cedar Breaks NM, Cathedral Gorge SP in Nevada, and did some off-roading near Washington. We found some good restaurants in town and near Zion NP. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely book it again if we return to the area.

St. George for Thanksgiving

We had a lovely time. The house and property was lovely. The view was delightful. I particularly liked the location outside of town and the easy access to walking trails. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely home and views

The house was exactly as advertised and working with the owner, Laura, was quite easy. The house is in an executive development on a quiet street. The backyard and patio were wonderful places to enjoy the sun and views. Going to downtown St. George was an easy 10 minute drive.

Perfect place to explore Southern Utah!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a month to explore the beautiful outdoor opportunities in the area. The location was excellent for trips to Zion, Bryce, and the State Parks in the area for hiking and biking. It was so comfortable to then relax in this well equipped and comfortable home with impressive views each evening. Laura was so very gracious and responsive to any questions we might have had. Even our dog Nellie didn’t want to leave!
