Cypress Flats dispone de un hogar 2300sq pies recién remodelada con todas las comodidades para hacer de sus vacaciones algo para recordar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, baño y una televisión por separado, el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de matrimonio y un vestidor, el "porche para dormir" cuenta con cinco camas individuales y un televisor para reproducir un DVD, hay una sala grande y una zona de comedor con otra televisión. Hay un edificio separado con una lavadora / secadora. Hay un aparcamiento cubierto en una cochera grande. Otras comodidades incluyen una mesa de picnic, cámaras de aire, hoyo de barbacoa, y un muelle flotante. Hay dos kayaks que vienen con la propiedad. Quick trip

Some of the pros of staying are:Kids had a great time. Loved staying near the river where the kids had easy access to kayaking and paddle boards. They also loved having the ability to fish whenever they wanted. The cons were: The inability to have a fire at night in a fire pit, it was chilly at night. We also felt like we were being watched. There is a house that sits right next door and it would be impossible to have any privacy if they had been home or would come outside. We appreciate the fact that they rent it out so we can enjoy it. Not sure if we would ever right there again just because of location to our needs.

Peaceful easy feeling

That about sums it up ! Very peaceful place to watch hummingbirds, or float in the river. My older married kids enjoyed kayaking and paddling boarding. Did a little fishing and a whole lot a sittin and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. The children enjoyed swimming in the river. We did some fishing. We saw plenty of wildlife. Very enjoyable trip and would recommend anybody to try this location.

Riverfront perfection

This sweet home was perfect for our family's spring break. It's quiet location (zero road traffic but not too far from town), backing right up to clear water on the Upper Turtle Creek, made for the best relaxation. Despite the cold weather this weekend, we enjoyed some fishing, kayak/paddle boarding (boards at the house), and bird watching. Our favorite parts about the property was the sleeping porch with 5 twins bed (so each of our children could have their own) and the big cozy chair situated in the corner along the back wall of windows. We will definitely plan to visit this property in the summer.

Great Fall Experience

We enjoyed everything about this property!! Super close to the water and had plenty of yard for us to play with the games provided. Weather was a bit cold, but it did not keep us off the kayak and paddle boards. So peaceful, relaxing and beautiful fall colors in the trees. We will definitely stay here again in the summer.

Beautiful getaway!

Cypress flats was a great location to get away from the hassle of the city. The direct creek access provides for very convenient experience on the water which is absolutely lovely. Brought my family in for a hunting trip and this place was very convenient to the locations we were visiting. Highly recommend!

Creekside Paradise

Pictures do not do this property justice. The house has everything you could need, and super comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and relax indoors and outdoors. The creek was perfect temperature with nice clear water. My kiddo had a blast fishing and watching all the fish swim around. We hope to come back next year and many more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or host.

Fabulous!

We went w/ our son and his family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The house was beyond our expectations -- lots of linens, dishes, utensils, etc., were supplied. The owner was so helpful in advance and after we left. Our grandchildren had lots of fun in the cool, clear water of the creek as did we. We'll be back! Many thanks to Lori for providing a relaxing place to celebrate the birthday with family and enjoy the gifts of nature!

Annual Girl’s Trip

My friends and I come here every year for our girls weekend and always have such a great time. The house is always clean and stocked with the basic necessities, so no need to o Dr pack with household items. The privacy on the water and the quiet surroundings makes for a relaxing time away from the stress and chaos of our everyday lives. We look forward to coming back for as many years as possible!

Sweet Stay!

We stayed here for a weekend trip in the summer and it was a great stay. The house was very clean, and cool in the summer heat. There were plenty of pans, baking sheets, etc., in the kitchen (we cooked all our meals there). The water sports items were a great hit as well! We took our own rods, though, didn't see them stocked up with those. Otherwise a great stay, highly recommend!

Friend Reunion Fun

The house is so beautiful, clean, well laid out, spacious, and private. The waterfront could not be more perfect. All the amenities made our stay so full of fun and adventure! We love how well thought out the rooms and the outside of the house are for the maximum amount of fun for the adults and all 5 kids! It was the perfect spot to meet up with friends for a weekend! We can’t wait to come back!
