Spanning over 180 m², divided into four rooms, there’s plenty of space for six people to relax and unwind. The three bedrooms feature large windows overlooking the beautiful garden and the lake.

The apartment features a well-equipped, new kitchen and a spacious living room with direct access to the large garden and the swimming pool.
Another highlight is the fireplace, which lends the living room a cozy, warm atmosphere.

For those arriving by car, a garage and a parking space in front of the house are available.

The property, which offers complete privacy, has something for everyone—in addition to the highest level of vacation comfort, it also has great potential as an event venue, such as a yoga and meditation retreat or the perfect location for your wedding celebration.

SamarCasa is located in Montagnola (municipality of Collina d’Oro), about 15 minutes from Lugano. The region is known for its green countryside, picturesque villages, sunny hills, graceful lakeshores, Mediterranean climate, and varied scenery.
