Okay

The bathroom floor had gum stuck on it. It seemed to be dirty but it was stained. I would recommend putting a new floor in. The blinds in the bedrooms didn't close all the way.

Just needs a few things but cute place!

This was a very cute place to stay and the rooms were very clean. However there is not enough staff due to our room was not cleaned the following day and they ran out of clean towels. They also need a grounds keeper to keep up with the pool, outside trash and landscape. The staff only had one Residential washer and dryer they were using so laundry was piled up. The rooms did not come with any paper towels, items to use the oven, And the pull out sofa was horrible to sleep on. I recommend not using the sofa bed. This place was at a great location with walking distance to the beach, A nearby fishing pier, and nearby restaurants. Cute place if you come prepared.

Great condo for families!

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. It was an easy walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants and shops. We are familiar with Deerfield Beach and really enjoy the location. If you choose to drive to the beach (which we did on some occasions because of all of the gear/toys) it is easy to find a parking space and the meters take credit cards. We prefer to hit the area of the beach a few blocks south of the fishing pier, which is still guarded but has less crowds. You also want to take the time to walk to one of the little parks off SE 19th Ave that are on the Intercoastal. If it's near the hour or half hour when the bridge opens, you might catch a glimpse of a sailboat or yacht. For groceries, head over the bridge to the nearest Publix supermarket on Hillsboro Blvd. If you want some fresh seafood to cook for dinner, head to Pop's Fish Market just a little further down Hillsboro. As for the condo itself, the interior is updated and master bed was very comfortable. The two twins in the second bedroom were more than adequate for our children but one of the mattresses is getting a noticeable "dip" in the middle which an adult might notice when sleeping. The kitchen has all of the basics - coffee maker, toaster, microwave and stove. This unit does not have a dishwasher and while I don't mind hand washing, I would have appreciated a dish rack of some sort. The only thing I missed was a baking sheet of some sort for the oven. We did not use the laundry facilities as I chose to go to a laundrymat in Deerfield (sidenote, there are several area laundries that have very reasonable rates per pound for doing laundry for you). THe condo did have plenty of towels as well as towels for the pool. We did not use the housekeeping or need to change out our towels while we were there but it is offered. The WiFi worked well and I was surprised to find they had premium cable with HBO and Showtime. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings but just be aware that the pool immediately goes to a depth of 4 feet at the steps and then quickly to 6 feet so there is no real "shallow" area for small children in the pool. Our youngest who is a non-swimmer happily wore her lifevest/floatation device. There is ample seating around the pool deck, including tables with umbrellas and covered lounge chairs. Check in and check out was a breeze and parking was readily available. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Sweet Sunshine

Just spent 4 days at Club Lux Resort. It was great. The accomadations were perfect. Everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a 5 min walk to the beach. We found this great breakfast place called the Playa Bowl. I highly recommend the resort. The pool was very clean and the water was nice and warm. We would definitely come back again.

Great location!

This property was very nice and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the refrigerator leaked and the sink as well. It took them 4+ hours to address it as well as multiple phone calls. The place was recently renovated so that might have the reason for the problems. Otherwise it was clean and up to date.
