Ocean Song 331, es completamente nuevo con una hermosa cocina completamente nueva, baño y pisos nuevos en todas partes. Disfrutarás de increíbles vistas al mar desde este piso superior. La sala de estar abierta tiene vista al mar desde dos lados con puertas corredizas de vidrio que van del techo al piso, muchos asientos y un cómodo sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera de acero inoxidable, microondas, superficie plana, horno, lavavajillas y lavadora y secadora apiladas en el hogar. Hay una barra de desayuno con asientos para dos personas y una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas.

Relájese en el balcón en forma de L que da a la playa y al área de la piscina del complejo de condominios y tiene muchos asientos cómodos. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una lujosa cama tamaño king de California y una silla cómoda para leer o ver la televisión. El baño es amplio e incluye una gran bañera de inmersión, una ducha a ras de suelo y dos lavabos. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, así como en el dormitorio. WIFI está disponible y llegará al exterior en el balcón frente al mar. Otros extras incluyen libros y juegos para su disfrute.

Este es el condominio de esquina de estreno ubicado en el piso superior del edificio Ocean Song del complejo Beachside Colony Resort e incluye el acceso a las tres piscinas, dos espacios de estacionamiento en el garaje cubierto, acceso a la playa y el restaurante The Deck. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, rampas y estacionamiento para discapacitados. Estará ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle de Memorial Park que cuenta con un área de juegos para niños, canchas de voleibol, canchas de básquetbol, canchas de tenis, y la Biblioteca y YMCA.

Beachside Colony ofrece calor de piscina entre los meses de octubre a marzo. El calor de la piscina está disponible solo en una piscina y se calienta según el clima y la mecánica y no es un servicio garantizado.

Negatives: I thought the grout in the shower was yucky. And there was a red scuff in the tub. The carpet was dingy in the bedroom. The outside appearance of the whole property was somewhat run down. The mattress was HARD! Positives: spacious, nicely decorated, lots of storage space, beautiful views of ocean from our balcony, and the beach was SO close!

Relaxing stay

Awesome Beach front room. Watched dolphins a couple of mornings from our room balcony. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. Walked everywhere except for when we needed groceries so we didnt have to carry them a mile. We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it here. Stayed in February so not busy season yet so not crowded at all. If you want to have a R & R place to go, this is definitely it!

April 2019 10th Anniversary

Such a beautiful place to celebrate 10 years with our 6 year old son! His favorites were playing on the beach (mere steps!), the beautiful sunrises (from his bed!) and the visit to shark tooth island! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo for 2 people. Facility was clean. Other guests were very friendly. 2 pools. One pool got cloudy on Wednesday. I was disappointed no one cleaned it. Food was great at the restaurant. Nice quiet place to get rested

Arrived early morning after a long travel day expecting to retire into a clean comfortable environment and it was disgusting. I have photos.The foam mattress pad I won’t discuss it made me ill. The room had dead bugs everywhere from the chairs to the doors. The shower needed re cleaned. We sat in our beach chairs the first night.The house keeper they sent did a great job trying to clean things. That was our first impression!We did give the restaurant good marks, the staff and food were excellent. The view was amazing. Lost the awning off the balcony in the storm.

Panoramic ocean views

The condo was just as the pictures show. It is an inviting modern, clean, and spacious condo. However, The filter for the water and ice maker was over 99 days(or 3 months & 9 days) old which is way over due to actually filter the water and it took a while for it to make ice. So we just bought a couple gallons of water. The bed felt more like a box spring instead of a mattress so if you like a really firm hard mattress you will love it but if not I would recommend bringing a mattress topper. The pullout mattress in the sleeper sofa is uncomfortable for adults too, feels like sleeping on the frame. When trying to call the office no one ever answers so you have to leave a message and they only text you to communicate and told me they would not be able to accommodate for the mattress and would have to order the filter. So don’t expect much help while you’re there. The beach was just a short path away from the condo pool area. As well as the pool area is nice and the views of the ocean are great.

This is the third time we have rented this unit - we come to Tybee every three years from Colorado for a family reunion - and we continue to believe this unit is the best available at Beachside Colony. It is spacious, well-furnished, beautiful, comfortable, and well-situated, being on the corner and on the top floor. We LOVE the unit.HOWEVER, this time we stayed, the property management company was absolutely DEPLORABLE. There is not sufficient space here to innumerate how truly awful they are, but in essence, they, firstly, would not allow us to check in early even though the unit had been cleaned the previous day and we had asked months in advance explaining our extenuating circumstances (and even though Beachside Colony allowed ALL of our family members to check in to their units HOURS in advance); they NEVER provided us with a parking pass (even after we were threatened with being booted) even though they continually promised they’d deliver one (we had to drive all the way to their office to get it ourselves); AND the unit had a constant incredibly annoying beeping sound (like a smoke alarm when the battery is low) which they NEVER came to fix. Someone texted me at MIDNIGHT (and woke me up, of course!) to ask if the sound was still occurring (of course it is! you haven’t FIXED it!) and then, AFTER I fell back asleep, texted TWICE MORE to (finally) say someone would fix it the NEXT day. But no one EVER fixed it. We listened to that horrible beeping 24/7 for a WEEK.

The very best

We visit Tybee often with a large family who rents many different units at Beachside Colony and we believe, without question, that this is by far the best condo in all of Beachside Colony. It is always available before or on time; it is immaculately cleaned; the fixtures, furnishings, appliances and decor are all high-end; the expansive view of the ocean and the pool is unparalleled; and in our many stays in this condo, unlike family members in other condos, we have never once had any issue (like late entry, dirtiness, or broken appliances or a/c) that would disrupt our vacation. This is a well-managed, pristine condo that provides everything one needs for a perfect beach vacation.

Loved it!!

First time staying in Tybee and this place was awesome! The views were spectacular, pools were nice and clean, access to beach was great. Only draw back was bedroom TV was on the fritz, but that wasn't what I came for. Family had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful beach location

This is a nice updated condo. The main reason we picked this one is because of the ocean front views. View was perfect for watching the sun rise & cargo ships come into Savannah. We could even watch the dolphins several mornings. A couple of little things, along with the great view comes the noise of being right above the pool area. Tybee is great at shutting everything down at 10pm at night however just know this spot is a bit noisy compared to some. The main bummer was the trash truck that came to empty the complex dumpsters at 6am on a Saturday!! The dumpters are below the condo in the parking garage which echoed the beeps & banging terribly. Not the condo owners fault but the complex should really look to try to change their pick up time/day. Overall, Tybee is wonderful, Savannah is beautiful & if you want beautiful beachfront, this condo has that.
