Sólo unas pocas cuadras del famoso restaurante Red Bar! Bien amueblada. Parrilla y aparatos agradables para su conveniencia. Excursión a pie o en bicicleta a Grayton lago que es ideal para kayaks, tablas de Yolo y la pesca. Aparcamiento con capacidad para 4 coches. mesa de comedor para 6 personas. Si quieres estar en el centro de la actividad en Grayton Beach, este es el lugar para usted. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, playa, lago, increíble, no se puede pedir más! Inicio alquileres de sábado a sábado durante la temporada de verano. Lavadora y secadora ubicada justo al lado de la cocina antes de entrar en el dormitorio principal. This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at the Lazy Magnolia for a fall girls trip. The house is beautiful and clean. It is an easy walk to the beach and several local restaurants. We just love it and would highly recommend it for an amazing beach week.

Charming and quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Lazy Magnolia. We loved it the first time and this was even better. They did some renovations that were amazing. We loved this charming home for all of the reasons. It’s so cozy and feels like home with lots of special touches. It’s a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Charingos, Red Bar, Raw and juicy at Hibiscus. Jenny at the office was so helpful We are already booked to stay again for next year.

Grayton Beach Gem with nice pool and covered porch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice, well maintained house and would definitely stay here again! The outdoor space and pool area were incredible. Gas grill, flat top grill, ice maker, TV, and covered front/back porches were outdoor amenities. The inside of the house was perfect for two families. Plenty of space, nice flooring and decor, and plenty of accessories in the kitchen for cooking (if needed). Short walk to the beach and/or local restaurants and shopping. Take advantage of the beach gear credit (if offered) to rent bikes and would also recommend renting a golf cart to get to RedBar, Crackings, Black Bear, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Blue Mountain Ice Creamery, and even the beach. Sunday to Sunday rental was perfect! Only way to make the house better would be to set the timers on the outside lights to light up house at night.....but overall, highly recommend Grayton Beach and Lazy Magnolia!

The owners have presented this home in a manner that is fabulous for guests. The décor is a delightful beach theme throughout the property. Spotless in every corner, comfortable beds and sofas, truly beautifully done bathrooms. The location is perfect, with the beach just down the street There’s a screened in porch with a swing perfect for napping. The outdoor space is amazing! Pool, gazebo, and state of the art kitchen , along with wood burning fireplace will leave you in awe. There are more amenities than a person could ask for. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

Another Great Week at The Lazy Magnolia

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed another great week at the Lazy Magnolia in beautiful Grayton Beach. We have stayed at a few other places on Magnolia St and Pine St, but the Lazy Magnolia is by far our favorite. It is such a comfortable, cozy place, you just feel instantly at home. The porches and pool are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. We love biking or taking a rental golf cart to the great nearby restaurants ( favorites include Red Bar and Crackings ) and shopping. We look forward to coming back to Grayton and the Lazy Magnolia next year !

Fabulous house in a perfect location. Beach ✅ close, restaurants and bars ✅ close, shopping ✅ close, private heated pool ✅, many relaxing conversation areas ✅, great screened in back porch for lazy afternoons ✅! Not required but, we rented a golf cart for the week and it was helpful. I would definitely book thus house again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Lazy Magnolia! The old-fashioned feel combined with modern conveniences made for the perfect weekend house. The well-kept backyard pool and spacious screened porch were fantastic places to relax while the kids played, and the inside was very clean, decorated nicely, and well appointed for feeding and sleeping a family of 6. We especially loved the 2 huge upstairs bedrooms with shared bath and closets. And, of course, the classic Grayton experience of walking to the beach through gorgeous old flora can't be beat!

Grayton Beach stay

Loved the house, it was just like it looked in the photos. The location was convenient for a short walk to the beach, and the pool area of the house was lovely and inviting. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the big bedrooms and bathrooms, pool, front porch and the best was the screened in porch where we spent all our time when we weren’t at the beach.. easy walk/bike ride to beach, general store.. quiet beaches but you can hit busy seaside with an easy bike ride.. the house was well equipped with everything we needed! Would stay here again!

Wonderful! Great service from property manager.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect! So clean and welcoming. Wonderful amenities. It’s more updated as far as decorations than the pictures show. The pool heat was incredible. We had one question during our stay and Cole, with the property management company, was all over it and quickly. So friendly! We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was a must in early April. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you have young kids (ours are 8 and 11 and handled it fine but probably would have complained when they were younger) but it's convenient to the general store and restaurants. The house is roomy, perfectly decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need - great choice if you like to cook! We would definitely stay here again.
