Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaview was perfect for our vacation. It has a simple beach cottage feel with an ideal location. The beach access boardwalk essentially starts from the driveway and red bar is also an easy three minute walk. This is a great property for two couples or a smaller family.

Quaint Cottage, Excellent Location with Views of Western Lake

We loved our stay at this property and will be back! Can't beat the location for beach access. Easy biking distance to the hustle and bustle of Seaside.

Perfect beach house for a small family

Location is Amazing!

This house is the ultimate beach house - cozy and so close to the beach. We had 4 people and one dog and had plenty of room. Home could use some TLC and bit of updating, but that won't stop us from coming back. This is our second time staying there and probably will not be our last.

Great little gem on the beach in Grayton!

I never thought I could get a small, inexpensive rental on the beach in Grayton. Everything around this property is huge with 5, 6, 7 bedrooms. All we needed were 2, and this is right across from the beach boardwalk. Lots of space, nice porch, easy to go back and forth to the beach multiple times per day. Also one block walk to the Red Bar and Chirringos. Well worth it with a small crew!

It was perfect in fact for us as we were celebrating our 20th year wedding anniversary. I love the quietness of the community but can also drive in to Destin easily for another atmosphere. The house is nicely updated and very clean. Easy access to the beach and lake, nice views from the porch. We had a little trouble with the keypad but the property manager was prompt and very helpful. It was perfect for our family of four, and we were thrilled to find a place that fit us so well so close to the beach/Red Bar/etc-- (most of the available rentals in that immediate area are 5 plus bedrooms and way too big for our crew). The expansive deck is the best feature and the house itself is a great mix of old school beach charm and modern appliances and furnishings. Definitely plan to return!

Fun Time at Seaview!

I brought along my dog for the week, so the large front deck was perfect and allowed us to sit out nights in comfort. Easy access to the beach and Red Bar/Chirango's. The house has more of beach vibe, simple and clean. I locked myself out of the house the first night with my dog locked inside! and the owners were quick to come to my rescue. I would definitely stay here again.
