We were there on a chilly weekend and there were no blankets in the entire house. We had to take spreads off other beds to put on our beds. I texted the contact lady and left message to please drop blankets off and never heard from anybody.The furniture needs updating. Chair and sofa cushions have seen their day. I would not recommend this house for older people.

The beach access boardwalk essentially starts from the driveway and red bar is also an easy three minute walk. This is a great property for two couples or a smaller family.

House was clean as a whistle and perfectly located near the boardwalk to the beach. We also enjoyed the large, sunny deck (especially when the winds kicked up on the beach).

I brought along my dog for the week, so the large front deck was perfect and allowed us to sit out nights in comfort. Easy access to the beach and Red Bar/Chirango's. The house has more of beach vibe, simple and clean. I locked myself out of the house the first night with my dog locked inside! and the owners were quick to come to my rescue. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is Amazing!

This house is the ultimate beach house - cozy and so close to the beach. We had 4 people and one dog and had plenty of room. Home could use some TLC and bit of updating, but that won't stop us from coming back. This is our second time staying there and probably will not be our last.

Views of the lake and ocean beyond great. Here during Ida, so heavy rain and winds caused us to hunker down and really enjoy a book and the home. Grayton is a favorite of ours. Great communication with managers. Loved the credit for renting beach gear. Beach walkway is literally across the street. Would love to stay again

It was perfect for our family of four, and we were thrilled to find a place that fit us so well so close to the beach/Red Bar/etc-- (most of the available rentals in that immediate area are 5 plus bedrooms and way too big for our crew). The expansive deck is the best feature and the house itself is a great mix of old school beach charm and modern appliances and furnishings. Definitely plan to return!
