Bienvenido a nuestra casa, el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Florida. Esta villa de 5 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños ha sido bellamente decorada en un estilo contemporáneo y moderno con muebles de lujo. El diseño es muy alegre, ofreciendo a cada uno su propio espacio y es ideal para una reunión familiar.

Al entrar en la villa, hay una sensación de espacio. Los halls de entrada conduce a un espacio de comedor formal, con una gran mesa de comedor, asientos cómodamente 10 personas. El área de la cocina / familia de planta abierta está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar e incluye mejoras a los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, la licuadora KitchenAid y el procesador de alimentos KitchenAid, la cafetera KCup y los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de calidad. La sala de estar en la planta baja cuenta con TV digital por cable en la pared con canales HBO, fútbol del Reino Unido y Netflix gratis y Amazon Prime. Un ventilador de techo es nuevo para 2018. La Master Suite de abajo está amueblado con un acabado moderno y tiene una cama king-size, un vestidor (con seguro) y montado en la pared de TV de pantalla plana. El cuarto de baño tiene una bañera, unidades de ducha y tocador independiente y acceso a la terraza de la piscina.

Arriba, hay una segunda sala de estar de la familia, que ofrece un televisor montado en la pared y una PS4. Un ventilador de techo es nuevo para 2018. Hay otras 4 habitaciones espaciosas (Master King Suite, Queen, Double Double y Twin) todas decoradas con muebles de lujo contemporáneos y televisores conectados a la pared y por cable.

La zona de la piscina y spa extendida es espectacular, con muebles de patio impresionante y un montón de asientos para junto a la piscina y comedor para tomar el sol en las tumbonas de la calesa. La zona de la piscina no se pasa por alto y es ideal para la observación de espectaculares puestas de sol de Florida.

La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar de pizarra de 8 pies (nuevo 2018), una mesa de hockey de aire (nuevo 2018), futbolín, dardos y asientos adicionales. La habitación cuenta con ventiladores de techo. Un cuarto de lavado (nuevo 2018) se encuentra fuera de la sala de juegos con lavadora y secadora.

A Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this home. We enjoyed days by the pool when we weren't out adventuring. We made meals and ate at the house. We had plenty of space for 6 people. Owner was very responsive to communication. We hated to leave!

Fabulous!

We stayed for a month and this home had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The property was clean and well-maintained. The attention to details was like staying in a 5-star resort. The outdoor area had five loungers, a large table with chairs, and a comfortable seating area and includes the use of a grill. I will be booking this home again for next year. I think I found my forever home in Florida.

Great house, convenient lovation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as described and there is enough space to spread out. It is within walking distance to resort pool and just a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 Disney Family Vacation

We enjoyed the home. As a family it was the perfect place. Kids loved the pool and the bonus room. Adults enjoyed it all as well. It was located close enough to DisneyWorld for a short trip there and back.

Wonderful stay

Property was clean and spacious. Nicest holiday home that we have stayed at in after 15 years of renting homes in Orlando area. Location felt safe due to security gate. Close to amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed the home

We had a great trip... the house was perfect and had all necessary dishes to make anything you could want! Plenty of towels! The board games, tennis rackets, gaming room was all great!

We loved the house and how clean it was upon our arrival. It was as advertised and then some. Yvonne was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely book there again.

Loved the Villa Peacock

The home was just as the photos and description promised—clean, modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were high quality and comfortable. We loved the pool and the lanai area. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus for the kids. We highly recommend this property.

Winter getaway

Nice house with extra large pool area. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use as much as we would have liked, but it was extra cool outside too. The spa was very nice! Enjoyed the game room, and gas stove. Well appointed kitchen and linens.

Superb spacious home

Superb spacious home for our family gathering. Plenty of separate spaces for multiple activities for the grandchildren. Main floor bedroom was ideal for grandparents. Nice community pool, water slide, lazy river and fitness room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Overall it was perfect for us.

Perfect Familiy Home close to all the action

We loved staying here. We are a family of 5 (infant, 4 year and 6 year old, me and my wife) and we loved every minute of our stay here. This home would also be perfect to stay with teenagers and grandparents. Most positive: + Perfect condition (upkeep is perfect) + Great Pool + Plenty of amenities in the home (pack and play, high chair, Playstation, tvs, pool table, airco, washing machine, coffee maker etc etc. + Great amenities in the community pool + Area safe and more relaxed than around International Drive We would definately stay here again next time

Awesome family home.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday with our 3 grown children and their families. The Peacock Villa was one of the two homes we rented and was perfect for all ages. Bigger kids loved the game room and pool and baby gear was readily available. Thank you for the use of your Christmas tree. It made things very festive. Great owner who communicates regularly. Highly recommend this home.

Just Perfect

This was our first family trip and Yvonne made everything so easy. Check-in instructions were very easy to follow as were check-out. The house was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were bigger than what we expected which was great. The kids LOVED the swimming pool. Even with everyone in the pool, there was still enough room to swim without worrying about bumping into others. I only wished that we were able to stay a little longer so we could have enjoyed what the clubhouse has to offer but we'll save that for our next trip. Overall, it was a great experience and the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Great holiday Villa!

The villa was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. It would have been nice to have had another settee to sit on when we were all in the lounge area, rather than the 2 chairs.The pool was well heated,which we had paid extra for.We did have a few issues whilst there, which Yvonne did her best to rectify through her managing company. Unfortunately, the ongoing patio door problem to the pool area was not sorted, despite visits from the Managing Company. It was difficult to slide open and close and an alarm would go off, if not achieved quickly enough.There were instructions for safety, that this should not be disengaged.The outdoor fan could not be switched off, but a new one is due to be fitted.Yvonne always got back to us promptly and did her best to rectify the above from the UK.Yvonne also provided us with a large sun umberella and stand, to shelter some of our family from the hot evening sun. This request was met with very promptly and one delivered the next day.It is a shame that there is not a Very Good category to rate Yvonnes property. The only reason we haven't rated overall excellent, is due to the above items.Despite that, we would not hesitate to recommend to any future renters who want to stay in the Davenport area.

Springbreak Vacation with kids

We had a great time by the pool and jacuzzi. We had been looking for a time away and to have fun with the kids. The pool was used all day and I also did the pool heating because I know the water could be cold at times even for Florida during April . The hot jacuzzi was so relaxing and ideal. Nice sunset can be seen too. The home looked clean and exactly like the pictures. I wasn’t sure about renting a home due to COVID but when I found this home and saw good reviews I knew it was the one we needed. The game room was a plus to enjoy during the day or night time. Located near I 4 as well so it was easy getting around. Kitchen was good if anyone wanted to cook which we didn’t and ordered food very close by. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon. Lastly Monique the property manager was very responsive and stopped by the first day to ensure all was good.

Loved it here!

What an amazing place! We had a wonderful week here. Beautiful, clean, and well kept house that is even more beautiful than the pictures elude to. Outdoor furniture, pool, and spa were lovely and heated to the perfect temperature. All beds were comfortable and towels were good quality and plentiful. Host (Yvonne) was always very responsive and provided hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap that would last most of your stay if you wanted to use, and we topped that up as needed. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need!! Games room was also great. Washer and dryer worked well. The bathroom and shower entrance from the backyard pool was very convenient for children (and adults) post swimming! The resort itself offers an additional beautiful pool, a water slide our kids loved, and a little lazy river with free access for all guests. We couldn’t be happier with our visit and look forward to returning sometime! PS. House is also close to a Target, grocery store, and approximately 30 minutes to Disney and Universal pending traffic.

Great stay at Villa Peacock

The property was as shown in the pictures, clean and spacious. Beds were really comfortable. The pool was a decent size and clean. We had the pool heat and it was a good temperature. Yvonne was very helpful and prompt at responding when we booked and in advance of our holiday. And we had a contact whilst we were on holiday, who we only needed to speak to once whilst away and again she was helpful. The clubhouse facilities and pool were a nice extra, which we didn't think we'd use, but actually did on a number of occasions. Food was good there too. Overall a really enjoyable stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

Love it here

Our second time, and it did not disappoint!!! Yvonne is great to connect with prior to booking, and Sharon was great at resolving the door handle and toilet sticking…they had someone there very quickly, and it was resolved without issue for us. We love the home, the yard, and the resort itself. We look forward to our next trip (whenever that may be).

Mooie villa, leuk zwembad

Villa was oké, een paar kleine mankementjes, zo stond er schimmel in de potjes in de badkamers, er lag een vuile handddoek achter een deur, een bed as wat wankel . De garage konden we bijna niet gebruiken omdat er geen koeling was. Al bij al wel een leuk verblijf gehad.

Beautiful Home!

My family really enjoyed staying in this home. The home was beautifully decorated and the living spaces spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The amenities were great too! The kids loved the property clubhouse which included a spacious pool, lazy river, water slide, playground, and a cafe. I will definitely try to rent this property again when in the Orlando area.

Communication is the 🔑

Yvonne always communicated from the beginning of the process till the end. The home was picture perfect just as advertised. There was plenty of dishes, pots n pans, utensils, and enough room to accommodate my family's needs. I would definitely choose your home again. Also, the new patio furniture looks nice.

We chose this Villa because of its excellent open plan layout and suitability for extended/multiple families - with the 2 Master Suites and 2 Lounge areas.
We chose Solterra resort for its excellent facilities, the proximity to Champions Gate with access to Golf and its convenience of access to the I4 and the many Florida attractions.

We are constantly updating and adding new features with new furniture added to lounges in November 2021 and new pool furniture in June 2022.
We replaced the fridge freezer in June 2023 and washer and drier in November 2023.
