Hello Felicia, We are sorry about the hot tub issue, unfortunately as I’m sure you understand, sometimes these things are out of our control. About the oven, we’ll look into it because usually it’s cleaned between guests. However, the BBQ works fine, there is ALWAYS dish washing liquid (on the sink), dishwasher tabs (under the sink) and washing machine detergent tabs (on the shelf above the washer and dryer). We put a total of 13 toilet paper rolls (the additional ones are always in the cupboards under the sinks) for your 5 nights stay for 2 adults and 4 children (and you were actually more because there were at least 3 cars). In fact, after your stay, in the downstairs bathroom’s cupboards there were still 2 rolls left untouched. Thank you for your feedback, we’ll make sure the oven is properly cleaned.

Hello Natalie, We are sorry avout the experience you had. As I explained duting your stay,1 kayak actually got stolen. As for the lake, you asked in advance if the water was clear and i told you: “Yes you can swim in the lake, but there is no sand, it’s rocks and moss on the bottom. For the oven, you wrote to me saying that there was smoke coming out, but that you found a solution of cooking on the BBQ (which made sense to me since it was summer). I apologized for the oven, but after that until the end of your stay you did not write a word to express your unhappiness, so we assume you are satisfied. You mention that you were not able to enjoy all the ither great activities thst you usually do during summer st the cottage. What other activities? The description of the cottage is quiet clear, it mentions everything that is included, what other activities were you expecting to find? Lake, kayak, soa, ssuna, outdoor fireplace, pool table, baby-foot table, other outdoor games such as a set to play badminton. We are sorry that you left unhappy.
