Un minuto para Walmart 24/7 y la autopista 1604. Corto viaje en automóvil a SeaWorld, Lackland AFB, SixFlags. 25 minutos en coche del centro. Perfecto para la graduación de BMT. La casa está ubicada en un barrio residencial tranquilo, no se permiten fiestas ni personas no autorizadas. No se permiten más de 2 mascotas solo en el primer piso y no en la cama. Se aplica una tarifa por mascota de $ 50.

Will stay again!

First and foremost.. Kurt was a wonderful host! He called us before check-in to just go over a few things that were super helpful. The communication was easy and he was super responsive the whole time. The house and pool were very clean and we had a wonderful time. There was a group of 9 of us and the house was plenty big for all of us and then some. Instructions were very clear! There was a white board upon entering the house that had all of the useful info that you could even think about needing. The house is in a very good location… close to restaurants and highways! If you’re considering staying here, just do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks again, Kurt! We will be back. ☺️

Airport/Sea World

This is a good place being close to Sea World & airport. Was disappointed in the condition of the house to pictures inside & out. Furniture inside & outside was a hodgepodge of different pieces and old and tattered. Kitchen utensils & pots and pans were in pretty bad shape. Front door had a combo lock but not secure at all. The arcadia door to the back yard to pool didn't have the adequate safety lock/rod on it (was broken) so we were concerned that the grandchildren during our stay. Had lots of ants outside.

Worked well for a diverse group. Location - while not close to convention center was very convenient for food, supplies, and the freeway. Pool and backyard are exceptional.

Love it!!

We spend the weekend in San Antonio to assist to my Son Wedding, we spent a wonderful family time in this property. Clean, nice neighborhood, great communication with Kurt, assisted me and helped me during our stay. Nice protocol to keep sanitation and protect the guesses for virus. Well done!! We are planing to stay here again!

Perfect for Large Family or Groups

For the price, this house is hard to beat, plenty of bedrooms with great bedding, awesome large patio with pool, nice roomie kitchen and living area. and its a short 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. And best of all, the one small issue we had was promptly fixed by owner the same day. Highly recommend it.

Did not stay

We left within 2 hours of arrival. At the time of booking, the exterior security cameras over backyard pool and front of house were not disclosed. Several areas of the house were not up to cleanliness standards. Broken smoke detector. Construction project in back yard and debris behind shed was a hazard for pets (and children). Fence in disrepair. Front door window boarded over and painted black was odd. Kitchen lacked cooking equipment and dishes, and had no hand towels or hand soap. Host was communicative but only offered to clean house again and refund cleaning fee. Not acceptable - We left and drove back home, received refund after filing dispute with Home Away.

A Stay Away

With all our original summer travel canceled, but still wanting to have summer fun with our grandsons, we can always count on VRBO to provide wonderful comfy homes . Choosing your San Antonio home gave us bedrooms for everyone, a large kitchen for our son, a chef, to cook in and a lovely pool and backyard. We have lots of videos and memories of another wonderful “staycation”. Thank you Kurt and Pi Pi. Tamera and Patrick Davis and family

Great location to everything

The house was clean and spacious. There was room for a multi-family to stay comfortably. We came for an Air Force graduation and the home was perfect for us. The neighborhood was family friendly and we were comfortable taking walks in the evening. It was close to Lackland AFB, Sea World, Downtown, and grocery stores. The owners are extremely easy to get a hold of and were so accommodating! There is a space upstairs for sleeping on a futon bed - just know it is an open space and it's better to take the mattress off the frame as it makes a ton of noise.

Excellent for BMT graduation, families and close to everything.

Everything about our stay at this fine home was splendid. The house is large and there are more than plenty of beds and rooms to unwind. The pool was great (even in late November) and the neighborhood is really quiet. The best part was the houses proximity to stores and restaurants and especially Shipley's donuts which is just down the street. With Wal Mart and HEB just a 3 minute drive away it was very convenient. The condition of the house was excellent and the cleanliness was in order. We made use of the assortment of utensils/cookware and containers and there was nothing that was missing from our stay. It is an excellent house for Air Force graduations as the proximity to the on ramp for the freeway was close and even with the heaviest of traffic the base was no more than 20 minutes away, 10-12 minutes without traffic. I hope to stay here on my future visits to San Antonio. Kurt (Owner)reached out immediately upon arriving and was always just a text message away with any questions I had.

Ladies getaway

This place was perfect!! We had 10 ladies getting together to celebrate a bride to be! We hired in massage Movil for in house massages and we relaxed. Perfect place with lots of room. The pool was amazing!!
