Villa Coralita está situada en el exclusivo French Oyster Pond. Esta villa frente al mar ofrece la máxima privacidad, el confort clásico con una magnífica vista de los yates de vela y la isla de St. Barths en la distancia. Villa Coralita es una mezcla de estilo mediterráneo criollo y atemporal contemporáneo, construida en varios niveles con 4 dormitorios independientes y baños en suite.

La entrada se abre a las elegantes áreas de estar y comedor flanqueadas por una cocina de planta abierta y mejorada por altos techos. Las puertas corredizas se abren a la cubierta de sol a media altura encaramada sobre la piscina de 40 pies y la terraza inferior. El comedor se encuentra en la terraza cubierta. A través del área de la piscina puede llegar al muelle privado.

En un lado de esta villa está la suite principal, adornada con una cama romántica, un dormitorio cerrado para un bebé, baño privado y un balcón privado. El otro lado ofrece tres dormitorios independientes con baños en suite, cada uno con un balcón privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado

Great Property

Nice Home, not the greatest location. Mostly due to Hurrican Irma damaage from 2 years ago. So first, regarding the home itself, we liked almost everything about it. Communication while on property was excellent. House was in great shape, and very nicely laid out. Almost everything inside the property was wonderful. My issue was more with the area, and the listing's description of the area. They list a boat dock, however the boat dock is damaged on not really usable. Notwithstanding, the whole harbor itself is not really usable, as the markers were damaged during hurricane 2 years ago, and never secured again after. The beaches, which they say are 5 minutes away, are awful. Again, hurricane damage makes them basically non usable. The restaurants we had the same issue. If all the restaurants close by, almost all were closed, most with no chance of rebuilding due to such sever damage. We still had a great time, due to everything being only a 15 minute drive away. My advice would be - if you never plan to leave the house, it is a great spot. If you do want to leave the house, and go to the beach, or to a close restaurant, I would stay in a different location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay.The Villa was clean comfortable and the area was quiet.There is a great view of the marina from the upstairs deck and comfortable furniture and a nice table on the upstairs deck plus a grill.The pool deck has nice chase lounges and chairs and the pool is clean,perfect to swim laps in.The villa seemed freshly painted inside and out.The dishwasher,cooktop and refrigerator were newer and worked fine.There is no oven but we did not miss it.We always had an adequate supply of hot water for our showers and no power outages.When our phone did not work the maid let us borrow her phone to call the property manager who came over very quickly and brought a different phone that worked.When we came in to pick up our car at the rental place our escort was waiting and was easy to follow.The television was easy to figure out and worked well.The housekeeper was very nice and a great cleaner.We like the separation of the bedrooms in the villa.Our grill outside worked well.There are alarms provided and a security gate and we had no concerns for our safety. We had a great stay.

Wonderful Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Remax was so pleasant and easy to work with (thanks Victoria!). The house is laid out perfectly for groups that want privacy. There is a common area with a kitchen, living room and balcony. The bedrooms are all separate buildings on the property with their own bathrooms. The pool is large and we stayed in it when we were at the villa. Our housekeeper, Ivorine, was wonderful and chatted with us each day about the island. We also hung out on the private dock a few evenings and walked up to Mama Pizza for dinner. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roaches in the kitchen, bathroom and in our towels. Towels smelled after being washed. Two occurrences of large rats squiring across the balcony. The villa was for sale and didn't seem to be maintained. Two power failures one of witch lasted 14 plus hours leaving us with no A/c running water and flushing toilets. The villa began to smell and we had to evacuate to a hotel.

Loved this place!

I stayed at Villa Coralita for nearly a week in March with my boyfriend, my sister and my sister's boyfriend (we're in our mid-late 20s). We loved it! It's in a perfect location. Pictures are as is; there were no surprises when we arrived. The view is amazing! We loved laying by the pool, listening to music on the outdoor speakers & taking it all in! We rented a car, which I would say is absolutely necessary. You can't walk to the beach, but it is a short drive away, as are a few restaurants. We had some minor issues that we noticed our second day (iPod dock wasn't working, problem with TV, some outdoor lights off) but when we contacted REMAX, they sent Paul over immediately & everything was fixed. Paul was phenomenal! So was Lenka, our contact at REMAX -- amazing! Quick to reply to all of our MANY emails & questions prior to arrival (& the few questions we had while we were there), & she made our dinner reservations in advance. She also set up a driver for us at night (which I would recommend). The pool was clean and the housekeeper kept the house spotless (even did our dishes!) every day. I am a stickler for cleanliness & this house was up to my standards. NOTE: the bedrooms are all separated from the main living space (kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom) so you have to walk outside and essentially in a different direction to get to each bedroom. This would not be ideal for families with kids, as it is very separate and private, but worked just fine for us. Also note: there is no oven. St. Martin/St. Maarten: Loved it! Can't wait to come back. Had no issues with crime and never felt unsafe. That said, we always locked the rental car and the villa & left nothing inside the rental car at any time. We loved the beach at Orient Bay (spent the day at Bikini Beach Bar), explored Pinel Island (great hiking, beach was so-so), watched planes land at Maho Beach (cool for about an hour), and took a day trip to St. Barths via Scoobidoo Catamaran (loved it). Grand Case is about a 15 min drive from the villa; same with Cul-de-Sac. There is a large supermarket just past Orient Bay where we shopped, as well as two markets within five minutes of the villa. Loved Le Tastevin for dinner in Grand Case, had delicious food (but poor service) at Sol E Luna, & enjoyed the Talk of the Town lo-lo in Grand Case. Closer to the villa, in Oyster Pond, we had a great dinner at Canoa. We would definitely recommend Villa Coralita & hope to return soon! Enjoy!
