Esta espaciosa casa de 1450 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones / 2 baños fue completamente renovada para tener un ambiente moderno, abierto y funcional, pero aferrándose al encanto de Nueva Orleans. Servicios de hotel de lujo, cocina completamente equipada, mesa de comedor para 10 personas, maravilloso espacio de trabajo, cómodas camas queen de diseño, baños privados y dormitorios, y un maravilloso patio privado. Bayou St. John es un vecindario maravilloso, céntrico, a dos cuadras del hermoso Bayou (arroyo) que conduce directamente al Parque de la Ciudad. Camine hasta Jazzfest, a minutos del French Quarter, Uptown y Lower Garden District.

La casa se abre a una gran sala de estar, espacio de entretenimiento y comedor. Techos de diez pies en toda la casa crea un entorno abierto y espacioso. La sala de estar tiene un sofá futón que se dobla hacia abajo en una cama doble.

La cocina tiene electrodomésticos nuevos y modernos con un espacio de comedor para hasta 10 personas. La cocina está completamente equipada con platos, cubiertos, vasos, prensa francesa y cafetera, microondas, lavavajillas, estufa de gas y horno, ollas y utensilios de cocina.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size, con un gran armario. Hay una reina y dos colchones de aire disponibles, si es necesario. El baño de visitas se encuentra al otro lado del pasillo.

Best house and best host

This house is amazing. Photos don’t do it justice. It has so much charm and character, it’s big but also cozy, and it’s decorated so beautifully! Ninh was the easiest host I’ve ever worked with. Overly accommodating for our early check in and late checkout, and flawless communication.My only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time in this amazing house because our friends live down the road and we spent most of our time at their place. I really hope to come back and spend more time here. You won’t regret booking this house!

The Red Bayou House

We highly recommend this VRBO. It was very welcoming and cozy and clean and decorated with excellent style. Patio and landscaping was very comfortable and relaxing. Very well stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect. The owner/host was available to answer our questions and also gave great recommendations for places to visit and dine. Our stay at The Red Bayou House was fantastic !!!

The Best Stay!

This was probably one of the best rentals my family and I have ever rented. No cost was spared. The house is equip with everything you can think of board games, dishes/silverware,fresh bedding and towels along with complimentary drinks and coffee. It’s located near downtown and just short drive to any part of New Orleans. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hostess with the mostest! Answered any questions promptly. Accommodated our flight mishap. The house is beyond amazing and the perfect Mardi Gras vibe!! A Magical Home Away From Home

I planned a trip to New Orleans for the Super Bowl for my husbands 60th birthday. We had wanted to stay at a five star hotel but all were sold out by April 2024. I was very apprehensive about staying in a vacation rental because from past experience most were uninspiring and/or unkept and unsanitary. When I came across Ninh’s adorable carriage house it seemed too good to be true. It appeared to be very well cared for and well located. But the pictures just can’t convey how beautiful the home is. It is decorated and feathered like a pied a terre straight out of the pages of Architectural Digest Magazine . It truly is all that it promises and more : a lovely jewel box of glamour, comfort and design in a nice neighborhood close to everything quintessential New Orleans! And it’s a HOME , equipped with EVERYTHING a home needs to be comfortable from the fully stocked bar cart to the closets full of clean linens, towels and blankets to the pantry brimming with basic staples to cook a feast to the coffee makers, toasters and tea pots at the ready for morning beverages. Topping off the experience is the owner Ninh who is a perfect host. He was always available to answer questions or make suggestions for sightseeing and dining . Overall , our experience staying in the Red Bayou house was liking staying in a wealthy friend’s guest house. . Thanks Ninh!

Wonderful Experience

This was a great experience, possibly the best we have ever had with a VRBO property. Ninh was extremely responsive and helpful, the property was close to everything NOLA but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property was well equipped and spotless clean. Superior property...

We've stayed in many bnb's and vrbo's and have been hosts as well. This property stands well above the others. Besides it's comfort, cleanliness and provisions, it's ideally located for access to all parts of the city.

Delightful Red Bayou House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home. The house itself is beautiful and creative, but also very comfortable and well outfitted. The location is great. It was our first time staying in this sweet neighborhood, and we loved it. Great bakery (Nolita), restaurants (1000 Figs), and bars (Pal's) within walking distance. Also very close to City Park and other great restaurants (Parkway, Liuzza's by the Track, Gabrielle). We would stay here again in a second! Thank you, Ninh, for sharing your lovely home.

A Perfect Christmas on the Bayou!

The place is absolutely stunning and our family felt right at home in this comfy home. This was our 3rd Christmas in Nola and by far our best experience. The amenities and incredible artwork are beyond the listing description and the place immediately feels like home. Our daughter got engaged on Christmas Eve which made it even more special. If it’s available, rent it! We will be back.

A Gem in New Orleans

This was our first time to New Orleans. Nina’s house was the perfect addition to our trip. The decor fits the feel of NOLA. Although the weather didn’t cooperate everyday, we were still able to explore the neighbourhood and take short Lyft rides to other attractions. The local Parkway Bakery has great Po Boys and we also visited Pal’s lounge and a nearby Mexican restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Ninh was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we are ever back in New Orleans we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being a great host!

Southern Comforts Best

It was absolutely perfect from a very smooth check in, to the amenities and how stocked the house was, to how absolutely stunning the space was decorated and designed. This owner has impeccable taste and absolutely took care of us. The beds were comfy as were the couches, everything was clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival, the outside porch area was so cute and nicely arranged. The owner was super easy to get in touch with if you do need anything and is hospitibal ebough to leave a liat of places to eat and shop with any other informatuon you would need for your stay. It was all incredibly thought out. I wish more stars were possible.

We fell in love with this house. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house in New Orleans. It is gorgeous and you can tell a lot of care and detail went into this house. City park nearby is a must visit. The host was very kind and gave great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful New Orleans home

Beautiful, quaint property in New Orleans. I've been to the city many times and this is by far my favorite place I've stayed! Ninh is very thoughtful and welcoming and the home has an artist's touch. I only stayed 3 nights and could happily stay out the month. We came for the Taylor Swift concert like many others this weekend and we hit the jackpot with this property. Unlikely many hotels, our price was reasonable and didn't increase as the dates got closer to the show. We

Big Easy Getaway

The home is decorated beautifully and has everything youll need. Very close to town in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Went on a fun swamp tour and Amelie and Cohon a must for food. Celebrated my hubbys birthday at Brennans, home of the bananas foster. Overall great trip.

A beautiful gem in a quiet neighbor hood - Mid City

A gorgeously appointed home complete with wall art, house plants, comfy sofas, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen complete with salt&pepper, olive oil, etc. This little gem is in a very walkable area. 15 walk to Neyows Creole Cafe which was wonderful. 12 min ride to French Quarter. There is a great sunny patio in the back with a grill, several coffee tables as well as a dinner table for 6 outside. Our gracious super host was an excellent communicator. We were very pleased.

Home away from Home…

The Red Bayou House was the perfect spot for a long weekend… Had anything and everything you’d find in your own house as far as amenities are concerned.. Ninh has set the standard for future rentals.. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place to start and end our days in New Orleans.. Very quiet street in a cool neighborhood.. Just book it…

Can't Say Enough Good Things about This House and Owner

We use VRBO frequently, and this house is probably the best one we have rented. The pictures don't do the house justice. It feels much bigger in person and my teenage son chose the "small nook" as his room over the traditional bedroom because he thought it was cool and cozy. We especially loved the patio that was like having another living room as it was so spacious and clean. We were impressed with how quiet the house was and the thick black out curtains and comfy beds made for great sleeping. Parking was super easy and check in was equally as easy. The house is so well appointed. Besides the super fun and beautiful decor, the host stocks anything you would need. We had more towels than we could ever use, tons of luxurious blankets, any kind of cleaning product you could ever want, and all the pots and pans you need to make a meal. We also loved the thoughtful suggestions on places to eat that the host leaves for you. Don't miss Parkway Bakery that is in walking distance. It was packed so we ordered food and drinks and brought them back to the patio for a great afternoon. Last but not least, the owner was very communicative and answered any question we had super quickly.

Book this beautiful home!!

We have rented many vrbo properties but this far exceeded any of the others. The online pictures don't do justice to this beautifully decorated home. Ninh had everything there that guests would need. He left us a lovely welcome gift of wine, had a book with local recommendations that were spot on, was responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. The house was incredibly clean and we could walk to many restaurants and city park. Street parking in front of the house was always available and the security system in the house made us feel very secure. We would (and will) recommend this property to anyone asking for a place to rent in NOLA!! Thanks Ninh for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Bayou St. John is the quintessential New Orleans neighborhood. Colorful, vibrant, historical homes that run along the Bayou. Walk, bike, run, or kayak on the Bayou to City Park or down to the French Quarter. Centrally located, within 10-15 minutes to anywhere in the City. Bayou living like the locals, but be minutes from all the action. City Park, Esplanade Avenue, Krewe of Endymion Mardi Gras Parade, Parkway Bakery, Wrong Iron, Bayou Wine and Beer Garden, Pals Lounge, Broad Street Movie Theater, Wholefoods, Bayou Boogaloo, Voodoo Music Festival, Jazzfest are all within walking distance to the house.

Open, spacious, clean, bright, modern home with all the amenities and luxuries of a hotel stay, but feel at home and live like a local. Get your morning coffee and pastries from Mayhew Bakery, around the corner, and enjoy it from the on the front porch, back patio, or on the Bayou. Quiet but vibrant/colorful neighborhood. Close to it all (within minutes) but far enough away from the craziness that can be Bourbon Street, that you still get the full local experience. As a 5 star host, I want my guests to love the house as much as I do and readily/easily available for suggestions and recommendations while in town and make your stay most enjoyable.
