The property is set on 105 acres nestled in the foothills of Mount Caroline and you can be the sole occupier for the duration of your stay… freedom, peace and a true sense of tranquility.

The four spacious bedrooms (one with king size and one queen size beds) have a magnificent view of the rolling hills surrounding the property. There are also two attractive bathrooms plus an additional powder room and a beautifully appointed kitchen/dining room and two separate recreation/relaxation rooms, complete with pool table, DVD player, stereo equipment and a range of games, books and magazines. Two beautifully warm wood heaters, along with central heating, ensure the whole retreat is cosy and warm.
A covered BBQ area makes an ideal spot to sit back and soak in the atmosphere whilst enjoying some of the Yarra Valley’s fine wines. A large outdoor spa is situated so as to maximize the view surrounding the retreat. Walking tracks wind through the property, past tranquil dams edged with trees and pockets of natural bush. For the more adventurous, one track takes visitors to the top of the property for breathtaking, panoramic views of the surrounding area. Native animals and birds abound and can often be seen close to the house and throughout the property.
