Comfortable three bedroom (plus study with single bed) family home with full amenities. Large secure back yard. Short walk to town centre. Close to Rail Trail. Ample off-street parking. Pool table, table tennis available. Outdoor setting under the beautiful fig tree.
Three double bedrooms, single bed in study. Note: vintage furniture, so two out of the three double beds are high off the ground so may not suit those with mobility issues. Two bathrooms. New induction oven in kitchen.

We stayed for two nights as we had a wedding in Flowerdale. The house was very clean and conveniently located to the Yea shops. Definitely recommend.

Yay for the Yea Fig tree house!!

Relaxing getaway for the family. Melissa was a kind, gracious and generous host. Loved all the kitchen equipment and had to play one more game in the games room before we left!! We will surely come again!!

Honestly loved it here!

The house was a lovely step into a modern look and the past with it decoration. Kids loves the ample space and the place was truely just so lovely and my kids want to stay there again really soon. Which I think we will.

We had two nights at this property with another family and we all had a wonderful time. Easy walking into Yea, for shopping, cafes and pubs. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied with sheets, towels etc. Highly recommend.

Such a great place to stay

We had a lovely week cycling the Great Victorian Rail Trail. Having a lock up garage was particularly helpful with the bikes each night. The house was clean, warm and really well equipped. We loved the kitchen and how warm the bedding was. We'll book again.

Our main concern was that the house smelled so musty. I had to go around and get the dust off every single couch and every cushion before they were suitable to even sit on. The house needed to be aired out before our arrival. There was also leftover food in the fridge that we did not appreciate.

Everything you could need has been provided

I have never stayed in such a well appointed house. All the appliances were in excellent condition and nothing was missing, we even had sharp knives which is very rare to find in a holiday rental. The house is very comfortable for a group travelling together and a great location for riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail.

Girls Trip at Fig Tree House

We absolutely adored this place and want to come back. My friends and I had our girls' trip here this year and it was incredible. From the start, the communication was fantastic, quick and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated with so much character, and all the appliances and facilities are as advertised. We used the laundry, kitchen and bathroom with no problems. We loved visiting the Yea market and the community atmosphere in town is lovely. We had a wonderful time together in the house, everyone slept well and the furniture is very comfortable. I recommend this place very highly, especially if you're someone who appreciates attention to detail and a cosy atmosphere.
