Amazing condo in an amazing area

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean upon arrival, the check in process was very easy, and it was all for a very fair price. We will be staying here the next time we are in Orlando!

Volleyball stay

The location was perfect to walk to restaurants and grocery store. The place was clean and nice. The only thing we would like are ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Our stay was wonderful. It had many amenities that you didn’t have to worry about. Close to many eateries and market. We would return. If we were to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. When we arrived they were late in leaving us by 10 min. Other than that it was clean but there was no fry pan :( we wanted to make breakfast but no pan just the spaghetti size pot and 2 other pots. I would recommend Lofty Lodge great location and only 20 miles to Disney. Internet and Cable was great for relaxing after a long day park hopping.

Very nice stay

Check in was easy. And apartment was very clean. Only complaint was I booked another night and they must have changed the code to the door but luckily my son stayed behind when we went out so he could let us back in. over all had a great stay and hope to book again in the future.

Great stay but a couple small things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was a breeze, the place was beautiful and it's perfectly located in the middle of everything! My only small issues was the fridge water dispenser didn't work (the ice did) and the king bed mattress felt like two gorillas rented out before me. Both sides of the bed had deep ruts that really kept me from getting a decent sleep. I ended up just crashing on the couch the first night.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't very pleased. Was promised early check in and then was denied. When we finally was able to check in wrong security code to our door was given and had to contact the office several times to get in and that delayed our entry. While we were stating they were painting our building and they painted our condo door without making us aware and we got paint on our hands and belongings at one point. The painters also would leave their materials in the hallway and stairway limiting access throughout the building. Painters also took up three parking spots the whole week in front of our building making parking difficult and making us walk several units away from our building. This was unacceptable in my opinion and should not have had renters in the building while construction was taking place.

Needs better attention from mantainence and management. Security?

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 6 nights the neighbors were loud rude snorting cocaine on sidewalk at 5am asking for my parking spot while im trying to load my car to go home , i moved it to avoid conflict. (Farther walk with luggage without a cart (not supplied by Vista Cay) No parking pass so you can park as many cars as you would like. These units are also sold so you have another person who sat in his car waiting for (his spot) Mean mugging people. Where is Maintainence? Fridge needed attention or replaced,dryer shot lent all over top of washer and dryer( easy fix if they cared),missing and broken items on/off the wall,the 10' high ceiling make hard to reach and clean up high.
