Great location. Needs a clean

Real estate super efficient, location is impeccable, fisherman's Rock was brilliant. House needs a clean, dust and dirt behind furniture, kitchen has a layer of grime on all items not stored. Curtains smell and need a wash.

Beach house near the bush

The front of the property could be presented better and tidy up the rubbish around the property. Inside was clean but a few things to improve: the surf board as a table near the tv looks great but is really unsteady, the shower flow was quite weak, clean out the bathroom cupboard, also the cupboard under the kitchen sink really smells. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for only 2 days so wasn’t going to ask anyone to come out to clean the cupboard. I knew I had to bring linen eg towels and bed sheets but I didn’t realise I needed to bring teatowels - were these meant to be at the property? I recommend a taller fence in the backyard as there was little privacy from one neighbour. We enjoyed the nearby Berrara lagoon each day and playing some of the games provided. Perhaps provide wifi since the mobile reception is terrible- I know we were pre-warned about this though. While the property was reasonably priced for being close to the beach, if the above issues were addressed I would have felt better about our stay.

We had a lovely stay, the location was great nice and peaceful with a great beach experience!

The renting experience was very easy and made the stay even more enjoyable, with having zero complications. Great location and views, near the cutest village environment.

Lovely Cosy Trip

Lovely rustic stay in this nice little cottage, loved the outdoor and indoor fireplaces. One thing to note is there's no Wi-fi, not an issue at all was just a surprise to us so mentioning as an FYI.

Holiday at berrara

I was glad to be on holidays in berrara In Such a secluded location. Even though the property was not clean when I arrived the manager made sure a cleaner came very quickly and remedied the situation. Spacious property lovely back verandah close to beach and walks

Great location. Comfortable cottage

Located a short walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to the National Park bike trails, this little cottage was perfect for our family. It was a good size with comfortable beds and all needed amenities. It is a cheaper property listed on Stayz and we rate it 5 stars in that price bracket.

Lovely neat place

Nice place but dated. Could also be presented better on the entrance. The backyard is awesome though! Fireplace inside and outside was very useful and nice to have. Overall a very cosy, warm and neat place. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location

I stayed at the property with a few friends it was neat clean and simple. It had all the essentials and loved the wood fire available. I would definitely come back for a another stay.

Fantastic

First of all, a big thanks to the L J Hooker team every dealing we had with you was friendly and efficient. The quality of the staff was one of the reasons we chose Berrara, instead of Manyana, which we also looked at. We really liked the accommodation it had a kooky charm about it that was comfortable and inviting. Everything was clean. We liked being able to be less than 10 minutes walk from two gorgeous beaches! We had been to Berrara before, and really love Kirbys beach. The back patio where we could watch rainbow lorikeets in the morning and listen to kookaburras in the evening was a high point. Apart from that there was the beautiful silence, surrounded by majestic gums, that made 77 Berrara Rd such a wonderful tonic after a hectic year. Morning coffee on the patio was heavenly. We hope to stay longer next time!
