This Condo is wonderful. Gives the feeling of being nestled in the woods. Walking distance to the Ski lift and to town and restaurants. Very cozy and comfortable. We look forward to booking for a summer getaway too.

Annual Breck Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo, Superb location - the management company were great (as always), nothing was too much trouble. The only point I would raise is, if you are staying for several weeks (as we were), the cooking pots and pans could do with a re-fresh, albeit a small thing, when cooking and preparing meals etc there is a lack of suitable pots etc. I would highly recommend this property, we will be back.

Good place great location hot tub and heated pool

We stayed here in 2023 the place is very nice love the mud room and location to the Quick Silver Lift less than a 10 minute walk. Has garage parking which is great! A couple of cons, the bathroom and shower were not clean upon arrival, there was dirty cookware uncleaned underneath the cabinet but was addressed in a fair amount of time. The bedroom tends to stay a bit cooler unless you open the door. Lots of amenities in the kitchen extra spices and other things but no spaghetti spoon. Overall, a great place to stay with a great location to lifts and main street would stay a 3rd time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Breckenridge stay at Columbine Condos was all that we excepted. The Columbine Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean and cozy. The view of the trees I was beautiful. Whenever we needed to ask questions the response time was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed hiking on the path behind the condos and along the Peak 9 trail. My husband enjoyed being able to walk over to Peak 9 lift and hit the slopes for some great snowboarding. It’s also close to walking downtown to shop and eat. I would highly recommend but don’t want you share this gem, so I can have the availability when I want to return.

A few suggestions.

Kitchen needs a cutting board and it would have been nice to have a clean sponge in the kitchen….. Also a fitted bottom sheet for a double bed doesn’t work on a queen sized bed….

The unit is clean with all of the necessities needed for a nice stay (except coffee - which was easily remedied at a nearby store). The location is great. Very close proximity to town, easily walkable, with a lot trails nearby. The Managers were very responsive to small items that we needed, including extending our stay by a night.

It is a short walk to the QuickSilver lift, there are bus stops within 5 minutes and the town centre is about 15 minutes away.The condo had everything we needed except a kettle, we contacted the resort managers who had one delivered before the end of the day, fantastic service.Being from the UK we didn’t have transportation but didn’t have any issues shopping at the City Mart and carrying our goods home. If you are from the US then you can have goods delivered by Instacart. All in all I would recommend this property.

The stay was amazing, there was a booklet of everything that was to do in Breckenridge and for a lot of activities and restaurants. Also a lot of board games and other fun activities to pass the time when slower. Ultimately, the property was amazing and the stay was just as amazing.

Enjoyed our stay

Good unit. Good service. Pretty much as described. Enjoyed sitting out on patio. Parking is easy and underground. We had a couple of issues that were resolved by the management. Woke up to cold water. They sent someone quickly to reset the water heater. Couch could be more comfortable. Washer/dryer combo kind of a pain. It takes awhile for drying cycle and usually had to run it twice. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

This condo was beautifully updated and filled with thoughtful amenities, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the garage parking, the generous closet space, the convenient-to-town location, the ease of check in and checking out and management company's responsiveness. The gas fireplace was an added bonus. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Nice Location

This is a nice condo with a convenient location within walking distance of Main Street. There are also nice walking trails within walking distance of the condo. The condo is modern and clean. The negatives are a Queen size bed (I would expect a King in a one bedroom). Also inventory was marginal ... hand soap, kleenex. Overall a nice condo and would stay here again.

Quiet and convenient

The property was comfortable, quiet, and it is a quick walk to Main Street. The bike rental suggestions in the guest book saved us money too. Great stay!

Snow Heaven

Wow! We wanted snow and we got it! March 2023. What a convenience it was to just step out the front door and walk into a winter wonderland with paths leading to the slopes! No need for a car really. Not to mention how close it is to EVERYTHING! Great, cozy, convenient, clean…feels like home. Highly recommend!!!

8 week ski trip

We rented this condo for 8 weeks. It suited our needs for the whole period and was comfortable and warm and provided most convenience items required for a prolonged stay. Convenient for the village and quicksilver lift (beware this can have some 30 minute lift queue’s, check the app) we found it easier to take a short walk and use the free gray south bus route to any of the other bases, (snowflake was our favourite with no lift lines).

Convenient Comfortable Condo Walk to Village

Nice Place Good Location near the Chair lift at peak 9

Only complaint I have about the place is the condition of the television in the bedroom, the display was difficult to see. Other than that the place was Steller and had everything you needed . Loved the mud room and being able to park in the garage was awsome. Would definitely stay at this place again

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect--short walk to the Quicksilver chair as well as to shops and restaurants. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable and could stand to be replaced. Otherwise it was a great stay!
