Cape Bora Bora: Escápate a una casa de pueblo de Seacliffs que es literalmente como ninguna otra en la comunidad. ¡Esta casa de 4,284 pies cuadrados está decorada profesionalmente con muebles y electrodomésticos de alta gama personalizados y es nueva en un programa de alquiler! Cape Bora Bora tiene seis habitaciones grandes, todas con baño privado, muebles nuevos y una vista del océano. Tiene capacidad para 20 personas cómodamente en la cama, con un sofá cama que puede acomodar a dos más.


El segundo nivel de la casa tiene un área de estar con televisor de pantalla plana de 47 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD con sonido envolvente, excelentes vistas, una mesa de billar y medio baño. También hay una terraza exterior con asientos para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas. Este nivel también tiene 2 dormitorios grandes, cada uno con un baño completo. Cada habitación tiene dos camas individuales en literas completas y puede alojar hasta seis personas cómodamente en cada habitación. Genial para los niños !!


Mientras camina, o monta, (hay un ascensor), al tercer nivel de Cape Bora Bora encontrará una sala de bonificación / área de oficina que le permite acceder a otra cubierta. También hay 3 dormitorios grandes en este piso. Dormitorio # 1, "Summerhouse" tiene una cama king size, vista al mar y un baño completo. El dormitorio n. ° 2, el "Palm Room" tiene una cama tamaño queen, vistas al océano y acceso a la cubierta corrediza a la terraza y un baño completo. Coastal Joe Rentals was right on it and we did have our elevator working soon. Also we discovered a leak on the top floor from the A/C unit. There was someone at the house to check it out in 20 minutes! Good thing we called, major crisis averted!!Thank you Coastal Joe for the great customer service. I would certainly love to rent from you again!

Cape Bora Bora

Usually by the second day of vacation I start getting home sick, this was not the case at this Beautiful beach house. Everything was clean and decorated so tastefully it felt like home. The comfy beds to all the extra blankets in the house. Great job to all the people taking care of this home. Me and my family all loved cape bora bore at cape San Blas. I would definitely book a trip again.

It is definitely our favorite so far! Accommodations were even better than described. There was so much space for our multiple families with a wide age range of kids. We loved the multiple fridges, the huge sofa and large table. We enjoyed the puzzles and loved that there were no missing pieces haha! The only issue we really had was some water heater issues, but the rental company responded immediately and it didn't hinder our stay. There were tons of beach toys in the garage that our kids enjoyed.

Roomy, well decorated, easy access to beach and swimming pool, and has GREAT balconies for dolphin and pelican watching!The staff at Coastal Joe Vacations are fabulous and responded well and quickly to any questions we had while we were there. The one negative we experienced was the grill. I planned two meals (for 13 folks) based on grill availability. When we looked at the grill it needed serious maintenance. I called the office and the next working day Alex was there taking care of business. Impressive!I highly suggest this unit for any large gathering - most especially if anyone has special needs and an elevator benefits.

Great stay in Cape San Blas!

We had a great multi family stay at this property! There were several maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were resolved quickly. The property managers are great! There were several areas to relax for all age groups. Would love to rent again.

Good stay

Great property, we are already booked for next year. Only problem is some family's leaving their beach setup on the beach overnight and having a fire on the beach at night is good but people should clean up afterwards.

Some of the issues we had the first time we stayed there were resolved, so we had a great stay. The 3 refrigerators are a must for our family of 20. There were a couple problems with the ice makers and elevator that were not resolved, but they were minor. The Wifi was a bit slow for the two that needed to work a few days while they were there, not what I would call hi speed. We love the location and size of the unit.

Great Property!

From the moment of check in until the day of check out, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Cape Bora Bora in beautiful Cape San Blas Florida! The house was great for our group of five families. Well stocked, nice condition, and beautiful views of the Gulf Coast. Close to the beach and pool! It was a very nice community to rent in. Thank you!!

Pack little has everything

We had 6 adults/6 children (age 2-13) and a 4 beds to spare. Stayed many houses/condos before and this is the winner! Best stocked kitchen/house/beach toys of any. We should have just brought clothes/groceries/beach tent…because everything else was there. Easy walk to beach and pool. Close to good food! Highly recommend!
