-7 large luxurious bedrooms, many with amazing views and gorgeous bathrooms: 6 full baths and 2 half baths.

-7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths in all: SLEEPING 18, comfortably in beds. (PACK N PLAY and CRIB also on site, if needed).

-(5 standalone king beds and 2 stand alone queen beds and 1 set of Queen upper/lower bunk beds).

-4 bedrooms on SECOND floor (1 king and 1 queen are beach-front with patios)

-3 bedrooms on FOURTH floor (includes 1 huge beach-front king and patio)

-Kitchen and living room and Laundry on THIRD FLOOR.

-Standalone 1/2 bath on kitchen-living room floor and another

-Standalone 1/2 bath at interior pool entrance-ground floor level that also serves the pool.

-All bedrooms have own bathroom suites except:

**the 2nd floor rear queen bedroom shares a full bath with the 2nd floor rear king bedroom.

**the 4th floor rear king bedroom has the queen bunks in an adjoining room and they share a full bath.

-For refreshing sleep, bedrooms have room-darkening curtains, memory foam mattresses, and really comfortable bedding and pillows.

-Large well equipped and stocked kitchen with multiple dishwashers and refrigerators and a dining area that seats up to 20. High chair available on site too.

-Luxurious and modern bathrooms with soap/bathing supplies provided..

-Multiple popular indoor board and card games and Corn-hole on site.
