Una unidad de piso de dormitorio piso unidad directamente en la playa. Este condominio se encuentra entre Seaside y Rosemary ubicado a unos 15 kilómetros de Panama City Beach. Esta es una tranquila playa familiar y muy privada. Tenemos todas las comodidades del hogar y le damos la bienvenida a permanecer en nuestro lugar y disfrutar de este condominio frente a la playa hermosa. Nuestro porche trasero camina a la derecha en la playa. Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio con literas para adultos o niños. Tenemos un sofá cama que duerme 2 también. Esto es una zona muy exclusiva y orientado a la familia. Este es un gran lugar para unas vacaciones en familia o una escapada de parejas. Planee su fin de semana de las muchachas hacia fuera. Si te gusta andar en bicicleta, a continuación, traer sus bicicletas o alquilarlos localmente. Hay muchas rutas para bicicletas y un ambiente amigable con la bicicleta con racks de bicicletas disponibles en la propiedad. Reserve ahora y comience a planificar su escapada.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The condo is a bit dated but was really clean and well stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We brought our bikes and it was a very easy and short ride to Alys and Rosemary areas. The back porch was amazing for our morning coffee and afternoon wine while watching the sun rise and set. Communication was perfect and the ease of check in was great. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property! The access to the beach was so convenient. The private beach was not crowded at all. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really look forward to brining the family back to the property in a couple of months. Great host!

The beach view was stunning and the location couldn't have been more convenient. The space was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook at home.Our only significant concern was a strong mold/mildew odor throughout the unit. It was especially noticeable each time we returned after being out — though we did tend to adjust to it after a while indoors. Unfortunately, this issue alone would prevent us from staying here again.

We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Annual Girls Trip

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

View and location of this beachside condo was perfect for staying on the beach. This ground floor condo was clean and exactly as listed, with available parking lot with a space that just happened to be empty near the front door, was literally 8 steps away, which was very easy and nice. Several laminated information sheets explaining usage of TV remotes, and condo procedures simplified how everything works, with parking hang tags easy to locate. This was our first VRBO stay ever, so we didn’t know what to expect, and really appreciated all the informational presentations. Loved the beach decor, especially the pelican painting. Communication prior to our stay was accurate and clear with door codes, with fast response time, and information. If beach views are some of your favorite things, especially sunrises and sunsets, which I thoroughly enjoyed, watching dolphins from your living room, or your private patio, and private beach access, then I highly recommend staying with this host for this condo. We will stay here again.

We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Once you enjoy the Emerald Coast experience you will know why the Maynard family are proud to call this our "Home by the Sea."

Our property is our own vacation home. It is equipped as such and offers a family atmosphere separated from the hustle and bustle of some other popular beach destinations.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are nestled in between Rosemary and Seaside. We are in Seagrove Beach! We are just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park at Panama City Beach. It is really nice on 30A with quiet family friendly beaches. Our beach is very secluded from noisy crowds. You can walk right off our back porch to the beach and not worry about packing coolers and all the things you need for a day at the beach. If you forget something, just walk right up the steps to the condo. There is a nice veranda to relax and read a book and watch the children play in the sand. Cook dinners on our outside grill while watching the ocean and sunset. It is our families paradise. We are just minutes from Seaside and Rosemary. There are sidewalks that run the length of 30A for bikers or walkers. This is definitely a biking community with many places to rent bikes. Seagrove has been rated the most secluded beaches on 30A.
