Fabulosa villa privada orientada al sur con impresionantes vistas al final del callejón sin salida

"Golf Course Vista" es una villa fantásticamente ubicada en el área de Long Meadow de Rotonda West. Esta espaciosa villa, con excepcionales vistas privadas e ininterrumpidas orientadas al sur del campo de golf Long Marsh, es muy adecuada para una estancia tranquila y relajante.

La villa está ubicada en el extremo absoluto de una calle sin salida, lo que significa que no hay tráfico en absoluto, y también, debido a la disposición circular de las tres casas en la calle sin salida, absolutamente ninguna visibilidad de los vecinos. desde el área de la piscina y la cubierta, pero con una vista de 180 grados del campo de golf y varios lagos.

La piscina climatizada y el área de la cubierta están orientadas al sur, con sol todo el día. La piscina tiene calefacción solar, así como calefacción eléctrica opcional.

La casa, los baños, la cocina y la piscina han sido bellamente remodelados en 2015. La piscina ha sido repavimentada, dándole una fantástica sensación de agua azul. Ambos baños han sido renovados con encimeras de granito, y se ha instalado una bañera independiente en el baño principal. Todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina son de acero inoxidable.

La gran sala de estar con dos sofás está orientada al sur hacia la piscina y el área de la cubierta, y tiene grandes controles deslizantes de bolsillo, que dan la sensación de estar al aire libre, con fabulosas vistas nuevamente. También tiene un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas.

La terraza tiene una mesa de comedor para seis personas y sillas cómodas, (hasta) cuatro reclinables exteriores Lazy Boy y dos tumbonas muy cómodas.
La acogedora sala de estar se encuentra junto al rincón del desayuno, y también cuenta con hermosas vistas orientadas al sur al campo de golf y un control deslizante a la piscina. Nuevamente dos sofás y TV de pantalla plana de 48 pulgadas.

El dormitorio principal con cama king-size y colchón de espuma viscoelástica muy cómodo tiene controles deslizantes a la piscina y está conectado al baño principal y al vestidor. Un televisor de pantalla plana se encuentra en un armario.

El baño principal tiene dos lavabos, una bañera independiente y una ducha a ras de suelo, todo totalmente remodelado en 2015.

Las dos habitaciones restantes tienen camas queen nuevas y sus propios armarios. Ambas habitaciones comparten el segundo baño con ducha a ras de suelo y encimera de granito.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, los extras habituales (tostadora, cafetera de filtro, etc.), pero también tiene una cafetera Keurig adicional si lo prefiere. Cuenta con amplios cubiertos, vajilla, vasos, utensilios de piscina, etc., ya que somos conscientes de que nunca puede tener suficiente.

El cuarto de lavado separado tiene una lavadora de carga frontal, secadora de carga frontal y fregadero.

La casa tiene un garaje doble con acceso por control remoto. En el garaje encontrará cuatro bicicletas para adultos y dos bicicletas para niños para su uso. También incluimos dos juegos completos de golf, y tenemos muchas sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf y refrigeradores que se pueden usar. ¡Y dos rastrillos de dientes de tiburón para sus viajes a la cercana playa de Manasota Key y otras playas fabulosas!

Toda la casa y la terraza cuentan con Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. Se puede utilizar un teléfono de línea fija para todas sus llamadas dentro de América del Norte, sin cargo.

Excellent home for vacationing family.

Quiet neighbourhood with private pool lanai area. This area recovering/recovered very well from Hurricane Ian. This home had some roof damage but unharmed interior. Well furnished throughout with large spacious rooms. Living room and family room equipped with large tv and Roku. Kitchen very well equipped.

Rotonda Vacation 2019

We have stayed in a number of Rotonda properties over the past 10 years. This particular property at Long Meadow was undoubtedly the best and fully delivered to our expectations from the owners advertisement. The villa has exceptional facilities and is situated in a fantastic setting. The villa is totally private and not overlooked, unlike others that report being private but actually are not. The villa overlooks the 9th tee at the Long Meadow Golf Course, again an outlook that is extremely difficult to match elsewhere. We enjoyed a fantastic vacation, the pool, BBQ, beds, etc were just perfect, we will return!!!

Fantastic summer vacation

We had a fantastic two weeks in the villa which is situated in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It was clean, very well furnished, amply stocked and had lots of space for 4 adults and a teenager. The pool/lanai area was great, there was plenty of wildlife to see while chilling in the lanai, we had herons and other birds, gators, snakes and even a bobcat that grabbed a bird 10 ft from us. The golf tee is close to the backyard, they mow it on a regular basis and you'll have golfers with golf carts come and go. It's not much of a disturbance though. Grocery shopping is about 15 min away with car and it's about 20 min to Englewood beach. There's beach chairs, parasoll, coolers and bikes to borrow which is great. We highly recommend this villa, thank you Julian and Anna-Marie!

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

This lovely house is situated in a very quiet part of Rotonda with excellent views across the golf course and dams. It is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a solar heated pool. In our 56 night stay we only went out for dinner 3 times as we would rather dine on the deck watching the sunsets and listening to the surrounding nature. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place!

This was our fourth vacation in this area, our first time at this house but hopefully not the last, because this is a perfect home away from home! The surroundings are lovely and quiet with great views. The home is very well maintained and the most well equipped house we have stayed at - we really dit not miss a thing which made our stay super easy! It is beautifully decorated and we felt like home immediately. The lanai with the pool is lovely - our boys played in the pool for hours and hours. The beaches in the area are so beautiful! Our favourite beaches nearby are Lighthouse beach at Boca Grande and Blind Pass beach at Manasota Key, but we also always spend at least one day at Bean Point beach on Anna Maria Island, which takes about 1,5 hours to get to. The owners are super nice, responded to any question swiftly and made us feel very welcomed, comfortable and safe. We really would love to return and would recommend this home to anyone!

What's there not to love!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed home. The location, right near the golf course, allowed for beautiful views of nature such as many different types of birds in all sizes from Humming Birds to Sand Hill Cranes and also Alligators in the golf course water hazard close to the house. Excellent home away from home

We stood at this home from June through August 2021 and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do the home justice. The house is beautifully appointed with all the comforts and essentials of home. We are a small family of three (our daughter is now 5) and enjoyed having the space to spread out (3 bedrooms, two living rooms and a beautiful pool backyard). The home is filled with books - for adults and kids - so it was great to read to our daughter before bed or relax with a glass of wine and a good book to unwind at night. There are also board games and movies for entertainment! My husband and I are working from home and it was convenient to set up our workstations in the dining room and still be able to watch our daughter playing/doing remote schooling in the living room. Solar heat in the pool was great! It got sunshine all day - literally until sun down. We were able to take dips at all hours of the day. The outdoor shower was also a nice touch and allowed us to wash off some of the chlorine before going in the home. It’s an enclosed pool area so that minimized the number of bugs/lizards. We were also able to open the doors in the living room leading out to the pool area for easy indoor/outdoor living space. The property manager and home owners were attentive and easily accessible. The home is well taken care of. Someone came every Tuesday to clean the pool and check chemical levels. The front and backyard were also mowed weekly. The neighbor is very safe. The homeowners provided bicycles that we could use. The home is close to wonderful beaches and restaurants that are family friendly. The homeowners also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler so we didn’t have to buy it during our stay. 10/10 would recommend - don’t hesitate to boom. We’re excited to plan a return visit!

Perfect place to stay

We stayed at this beautiful home in Rotonda West for three weeks. What a comfortable retreat from the worry of Covid. It was the perfect place to relax. The home was spotless with everything one might need for day to day living. The bed was comfortable and bedroom spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of dishes, cutlery, utensils, appliances for daily use. The pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor seating, dining, lounging etc. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the pool and beyond it the golf course. It is very private as the houses at the end of a court. It is at the tip of the pie so very private for eating outdoors and swimming.. There are three comfortable bedrooms, we only used one as it was just two of us., several bicycles, pool and beach toys. We had a wonderful time and would not think twice about returning or recommending it. Loved it and Host was easily accessible. Thank you for sharing your bit of paradise with us. Melissa and Paul C.

My family and I tremendously enjoyed our stay in the Rotonda. The house location was excellent, The Rotonda is a 15 minute drive from many attractions and the house being in a cul-de-sac provided us with privacy. The owners and property managers were highly responsive. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a month away from home. The pool was great. We had a very enjoyable month away and we miss it already.

Quiet area and very relaxing

Property as advertised, pictures accurate. Great layout if traveling with others - guest bedrooms and den opposite side of house from master suite, with main living space between. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Very peaceful and definitely worth the stay.

A perfect place to stay

We have stayed on Rotonda many times and this is by far the best property we have ever used. Great outlook over the golf course and the setting sun. Very well equipped and comfortable. Only point bear in mind in cooler months you may need the electric pool heating if you want to use the pool and there is a small extra charge for this. I would heartily recommend this villa

Amazing Holiday vacation

We spent our Holidays vacation in this beautiful villa in Rotonda West. The house is in a perfect location with a lot of privacy, the lanai is facing the golf and it is positioned in such a way that you don’t even see your neighbors. It is beautiful decorated with everything necessary, the kitchen is so well equipped even a cupboard with spices J. The house is spotless and has everything to make your stay perfect. We felt like home. It was hard to leave such a beautiful place. The owners were always very responsive to any inquiry we had and the manager returned promptly our call when we had questions. Perfect

The house is ideally located and it's position offers an amazing lush green view of the golf course and a small lake. It's also incredibly peaceful which makes it the perfect to relax. The house is just wonderful and has a great interior design with a great "nook" which allows for a separate area to read or watch TV. In the kitchen there's every appliance you could ever need and there are abundant plates,cups,glasses etc. The outside pool is large and there's plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the view. Our hosts were wonderful and checked in on us to ensure all was AOK. We couldn't find the remote control for the garage and their property manger contacted us within 10 minutes of us asking where we could find it. For us it's important to have fast wifi and a smart TV is also a must. The house had both and the wifi is super fast. Our stay was 10 out of 10.

YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

We absolutely loved our visit to this amazing property! The location is ideal - privately located at the end of a cul-de-sac and on the 18th hole of Long Marsh Golf Course. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious lanai area (which is complete with plenty of seating and a gas grill). Golfers pass by but are far enough away you barely notice them and you don't even see the neighbors homes on either side. Inside the home is very comfortable and you will find everything you could possibly need. The kitchen with updated appliances is fully equipped, there are 2 living areas with TV's, and the split bedroom arrangement provides privacy between the master suite and guest bedrooms which are all nicely decorated. You will find the property description and pictures exactly as presented. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their home as it was immaculate. Owners and the property management are both very responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this home to others with no hesitation.

We loved it !

We had a lovely time in this superb villa. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked at all by the neighbours. The lanai is facing the 18th hole of a golf course. The 2 living areas are extremely comfortable with large satellite TV screens. All bedrooms are really nicely decorated and the kitchen fully equiped. We used many times the bikes to cycle in the area - particularly enjoyed the nature rail close by. We had the regular visit of a heron in the morning and saw many turtles , a Bob cat (I think that is how they are called !) and many other lovely birds. The beach is about 10 to 15 min drive from the house. During our stay we visited Sannibelle, The evergaldes, Miami, St Peterbourgh and Sarasota.

Wonderful villa with fantastic views

A beautifully appointed villa, recently refurbished with top quality appliances and furnishings. Set in a very quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa overlooks the golf course. Near enough to provide entertainment watching the golfers, but far enough away to provide privacy. The pool is excellent with a spacious lanai, neither of which are overlooked by the neighbours. The seating in the two main living areas is extremely comfortable (something we have not always found to be the case in other villas). The internet access was reliable and very fast and the property was spotless. The owners have gone to great trouble to ensure that you have everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, pool toys, ladies & gents golf clubs, bicycles and more. We really relaxed & felt very much at home. We have stayed in Rotonda many times and this was the best, we hope to return next year

Very private, extremely comfortable and affordable.

We stayed here for 9 nights in May 2016 and found this property to be everything that it was advertised to be. Well appointed kitchen, gorgeous pool with a fabulous view of the golf course. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends. Both the owner and the property manager were easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Great experience overall. Fabulous location!

Golf Course Vista is a fabulous villa in a perfect location. Overlooking the 18th hole of Long Marsh Golf Course, the villa is completely private and affords uninterrupted views with no neighbours in sight. The villa is also beautifully appointed and presented with everything any guest will need, even for an extended stay. Given the opportunity, we will definitely return!

Immaculate, beautiful home and grounds

My husband and I found this home to be immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. The lanai and pool area which over look a golf course is perfect any time of the day. This was our fourth stay in Rotunda and our favorite home of all. It is close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. We would love to stay again on another visit to Englewood. Thank you to the owners who made our vacation so memorable. It truly shows they care about the people who are lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful property.

Relaxing in Style

We spent 8 weeks in this lovely villa. We shared it with a family member. The home has many upgrades. Walk-in showers, fantastic mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and lots of room. It is tastefully decorated with updated modern decor. There are plenty of pool toys and beach equipment. We even used the special cages to search for sharks teeth. The villa has a great location with southern exposure for sun at the pool. We loved opening all the sliding glass doors and felt like we were outside all the time. The grill was used for almost every meal. Breakfast every morning by the poolside helped kick start your day. The peace and quiet was like being at a spa.The area offers many sight seeing opportunities. We visited Gasparilla Island, Englewood Beach especially Stump Pass BeachPark, Venice Beach, Punta Gorda, and Siesta Key. Can't tell you how many sunsets we saw overlooking the gulf. They were breathtaking. Shopping is 10 mins away for groceries and other stores like Walmart. Boutique shops in all the small towns. Working with the owners and manager was very easy. They were on top of things and easy to reach. The best feeling we had was that it felt like home. We will definitely be back.

An outstanted spacious rental home

We are a retired couple who really enjoyed our three week stay in your beautiful Rotonda home. The house is well furnished and supplied. We particularly enjoyed the location overlooking the activity on the golf course. There are many restaurants and shopping places nearby. Englewood. We would be pleased to visit your home again if the opportunity permitted.

Perfect home for a family of 5 to relax in the sun and enjoy peace and quiet

Brought a family of 5 (all college/high school age children) and parents to enjoy two weeks in Florida to escape winter's wrath in the Northern US states we came from. The home was large and roomy. With two separate living areas and a large west facing lanai the home provided the family with spaces to be together or be separate depending on the mood. The kitchen had every appliance necessary to cook meals easily when we chose to do so, there was a BBQ outside to cook there as well when needed. For the nights we didn't feel like cooking nearby restaurants provided everything from fresh seafood, to Italian, to even the quick run to McDonalds depending on the mood. (a must try is Nicola's for Italian - close by, reasonable and usually waiting room only for dinner). The home is situated on a golf course that is semi-private so the golfers that do come by are courteous and quiet and enjoyable to watch. Beaches are an easy 5-10 drive to enjoy the warm gulf waters, look for shark teeth (Blind Pass Beach is the local favorite beach to find teeth at) and bask in the sun. If you want big city entertainment Tampa is only a 1.5 hour drive away. All in all this was a great place for the family to unwind and be together.

We are a Dutch - British family who have been coming over to Florida regularly for the past 30 years. We live in Luxembourg and love to travel as much as possible with our two children. When in Florida, we absolutely love the pace of life, the climate, the golf, the easy way of living, the beaches, the shopping - basically everything! And Rotonda is superbly located for this.

This villa is located in Long Meadow, a popular and newer part of Rotonda West, with a truly exceptional view, one of the very best in Rotonda. The location is very private, no neighbors in close range, south facing and with little traffic. When we found this villa. we knew we had found our spot. We are sure you will also enjoy "Golf Course Vista" Villa.
