Beautiful home with an amazing host! Baskets of toys were a nice surprise and a lifesaver for the little ones on the rainy days we had during our stay. The location was great…quiet cut-de-sac, equidistant walks to the beach and the pool, neighborhood streets connecting to “downtown” Rosemary, and a short drive to Market 30A, Publix, and any restaurant you’d want. Looking forward to staying again.

We rented this beautiful home for our family of 6 adults and a little 2 year old toddler. Everything about the listing is accurate, and the house is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. We walked to the beach, the pool, the farmers market, dinner, and shopping. You literally don’t have to drive anywhere if you stay here. Our friends rented the carriage house that is attached to this property, which was a huge bonus if you need extra room. Great place, great location, great host! We will look for this house again for future trips to Rosemary Beach.

Very special, beautifully designed home with generous amenities. We particularly appreciated the luxurious private beach and pool access. We also fell in love with the upscale Rosemary Beach town experience. Rebecca was very communicative and did her best to make sure it was a smooth stay. Having young grandkids, the baskets of toys were a huge plus. Thanks, Rebecca!

Our favorite house we’ve stayed in at Rosemary. The house was stunning and clean. Very family friendly for all age ranges. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need. We will be back!

Amazing house!

This property was absolutely stunning and everything we could have imagined. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, extremely clean, and in the perfect location (1 min from the beach and a couple minute walk to the town center). If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Kind, responsive, and generous owner; gorgeous, very well-stocked, and well-maintained luxury property in a great location. This is one of the very best properties we’ve ever rented (and we’ve rented a lot!). Our one-week stay here was blissful and we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rosemary Beach! The home was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Everything was exactly what we hoped for and more.The host was fantastic and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The little pool was such a huge bonus—exactly what our kids needed after a long day at the beach! Having bikes available to ride around Rosemary Beach made the experience even more fun, and there was plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and feel at home.One of the little details I especially appreciated as a parent was that she had toys available at the house. They were perfect for my kids, ages six and four, and kept them entertained while I was making breakfast or dinner or while we were just hanging out at the house. It was so nice not having to haul a bunch of toys with us just to keep them occupied during the downtime between beach trips. Such a thoughtful extra that made traveling with young kids that much easier!It was such a special place to stay and experience Rosemary Beach together as a family. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better trip and can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect Family Vacation

This is all around fantastic property in fantastic location. The entire home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, with impeccable attention to detail in every room. Short walk to the beach, close to all the shops and restaurant in Rosemary Beach, located on green space for kids to run around, and plenty of space to spread out. The owner is very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. Already looking forward to coming back.

Holiday visit 2020

Beautiful home and really well-stocked, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The lovely porches allow you to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, even if it's raining. Our favorite house in Rosemary!

Great rental for families

Beautiful home with lots of space. Great location near tennis courts and easy access to beach and pool. There is also a playground close by. The small house pool was perfect for a toddler. Owner also provided bikes. We come to Rosemary every year and I would definitely rent here again.

Fantastic property!

We had a great visit to this property! It was my wife’s 50th birthday weekend and this property was perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We also had a private chef come in one night for dinner and everything we needed was in the house. Working with the property manager was seamless and all the information was provided so we didn’t have to reach out for questions once we arrived. I highly recommend this elegant property and will be staying there again in the future.
