Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Shortly after arriving, we discovered bedbugs and I immediately notified the host. Instead of addressing the situation promptly, I was told that we could still stay at the property even though my children and I were being bitten. The host also could not tell me when pest control would arrive. Pest control did not come the same day, and only two rooms were treated. I’m still concerned that other areas of the property were not properly inspected or treated.Having guests continue staying in a property where bedbugs were actively present was extremely concerning, especially with children involved. This should have been treated as an urgent health and safety issue.There were also other problems with the property. I specifically paid for the hot tub, but it was not hot and never properly heated despite the host stating that it was turned on. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor and unreliable.Overall, between the bedbug issue, the delayed pest control response, the uncertainty about whether the entire property was inspected, the unusable hot tub, and the poor Wi-Fi, this was not the experience I paid for. I would expect a property to be thoroughly inspected and safe for guests before anyone is asked to continue staying there.Other than that, it is a beautiful place
