La casa ha sido recientemente renovada y ha sido terminada de manera impresionante para el turista de alta gama que busca alojamiento de 6 estrellas.

El dormitorio principal es cómodo y espacioso, y está terminado con un hermoso baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje con puertas plegables que se abren al balcón. Lots of great - some very disappointing

The place is fantastic, but you need to know two shortcomings. 1. It has 3 bedrooms NOT 4. The fourth bedroom is a broom cupboard in a separate building with a bunk bed. 2. The neighbour to the south complained about us having too many cars and a caravan parked in the driveway and music that was playing at very low volumes on the verandah. The manager called us to "take the music inside" even though I stood under the speaker and asked her if she thought it was loud (which she agreed it wasn't). She said she would have to come and inspect if the neighbour complained again. The neighbour is clearly overly precious about their special pad in Eagle Bay and this will affect you if you intend to enjoy the place while they are down there at the same time. The good news is that the place is great apart from that. Beautiful views of trees and ocean and a really comfortable and spacious home. We would definitely go back again, but without so many people (i.e. 4th bedroom).

Thank you for your review and feedback. We would like to take the time to address the points raised. 1. The fourth bedroom. On the listing, it states "Separate from the main house is the activity room and the fourth bedroom. The activity room comes complete with billiards table and ping pong table. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, but please note this is not suitable for very small children." We recognise that you were disappointed with the size of the bedroom and have added the following information for clarity: "The fourth bedroom is a small room and would be suitable for children or teenagers. " We hope that helps future guests to better understand the accommodation. 2. Neighbouring properties. Exclusive Escapes takes our obligations and responsibilities to neighbours very seriously. Each house that we manage operates under a licence issued by the City of Busselton. This licence allows us to operate under certain conditions, including that guests should "not disrupt the normal amenity of the area", including noise. If any of our neighbours are disturbed by music or noise from a house at any time, we politely contact our guests and request that they reduce the noise or take it inside. We do apologise that you took exception to this, however, all guests agree to our terms and conditions upon booking and we do expect all guests to be respectful of the neighbouring properties. 3. Extra cars/ caravan. Under the licence issued by the City of Busselton, each property is licenced for a maximum number of people. Having a caravan or extra cars is a flag to us that guests may have more than the allowable numbers staying at a property. As always, we welcome all guests to our properties and request that guests adhere to the terms and conditions set out for each property. I note that you were impressed with the views, comfort and size of the home. As all of our homes are privately owned, we can say that the owner has worked very hard on presenting this property in the very best light they can. Kind Regards, Exclusive Escapes Management.

Fabulous stay

The house was great. We really liked that each bedroom was quite separate from the others. The kitchen had great quality appliances and well stocked with good kitchen utensils. Great to have the games room. The view was wonderful and you had the view not only from the balcony but from the living areas and main bedroom. The location was fabulous. An easy walk to the beautiful beach. A short drive to dunsborough and some good lunch spots and a 30 minute drive to great wineries and restaurants. It was perfect for our family holiday.

Perfect Beachside Home

We had a fantastic stay and the home did not disappoint. Extremely well equiped with all that we would need and a perfect location. Will book again for sure.

Family Retreat

An exquisite private hideaway with views to die for. Equipped with everything a family holiday requires: games room, library of great books and DVD’s, boardgames, music and entertainment system - while the main suite provides a luxury retreat with a spectacular view even from the bath.

A superb house with a spectacular view

We have just returned from a glorious stay at the Whitehouse over the Xmas New Year period. The house is superb, recently upgraded with a spacious lounge/kitchen area, 3 main bedrooms each with their own nicely renovated bathrooms, a really great master bedroom bathroom with spa and a ;long deck across the entire front of the house that looks out to the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances, a very quiet Fisher Paykel dishwasher, KitchenAid appliances. There is a games room with pool table and table tennis. There are two bunk beds but they are very short and would only work for young kids, not adults. That is the only minor negative in this most easy to live in house with superb outlook. You will love it.
