RECIENTEMENTE RENOVADO Nuestra casa de playa está idealmente ubicada, a un corto paseo de la hermosa Bahía de Geographe, una playa protegida perfecta para familias pero lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio. Recientemente renovado a un alto nivel en todo y configurado como una escapada de lujo, la casa es luminosa, moderna y acogedora. La nueva sala de estar de 65 metros cuadrados tiene un piso de concreto pulido blanco, techos altos y mucha luz natural. Ideal para familiares o amigos que desean una base para explorar el suroeste.

En un extremo de la sala de estar hay una impresionante vidriera, una característica de la cocina que está equipada con un horno Miele, placa de gas y lavavajillas integrado. Una gran mesa de comedor de 8 plazas está idealmente ubicada para disfrutar de las delicias locales. El salón tiene una chimenea para las acogedoras noches de invierno, una gran televisión de pantalla inteligente y un armario de libros y juegos. Detrás de la sala de estar hay un segundo baño más una lavandería con lavadora y lavabo. También hay un ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso para comodidad durante todo el año.

Este salón combinado, área de cocina y comedor conduce a través de puertas francesas a la zona exterior. Aquí hay una barbacoa y una mesa de comedor exterior para que los huéspedes puedan cocinar y cenar cómodamente o relajarse y leer un libro debajo de la pérgola. Los árboles y el césped proporcionan un área de enfriamiento para disfrutar de un tiempo de inactividad precioso.

Great Dog Friendly Accommodation

Birthday 🥳 week Celebration

Loved that it was so close to the beach and a quick drive into city centre. The house was clean & tidy in a quiet street with a large enough living area where we could all congregate for a chat or watch a movie.

The retreat we needed

Amazing family getaway, including our little schnauzer. Perfect location, beautiful home, great home away from home. We needed some time out to spend quality time with our late teen aged kids and this did not disappoint. Our host even decorated for Xmas. Just perfection. Thank you.

Wonderful mini break location

Wonderful house for a last minute getaway. House comfortably accommodated 4 adults, 4 children and an (outdoor) dog. Very clean, modern interior and the outdoor shower was very handy when returning from the beach only a short stroll away. Communication with the host was easy and Mel responded very quickly to all my questions. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Perfect holiday home great location beautiful home

Beautifully decorated home, natural light through the French doors and skylights. Beds so comfortable, very clean on a arriving. Bathrooms very modern & rain showers. Safe nice garden and outdoor area. A few minutes walk to the geograph bay. Owner was a delight to contact and lots of extra welcoming touches thank you Mel for sharing your beautiful holiday home

Beautiful House, Brilliant Location!

From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The house was very clean, modern and styled beautifully. The house was equiped with everything we needed and the location to the beach was perfect. Mel, the host, was so lovely to communicate with and was very helpful in providing local recommendations for places to eat and explore. We will definitely be back to this little slice of paradise! the communication, level of detail and helpful recommendations for local resturants and places to vists

Great place near the beach in Quindalup

We stayed at the house for 10 days leading up to and including Easter. We enjoyed the location, close to the beach but quiet and far enough away from the centre of Dunsborough to avoid the Easter crowds. We had up to 7 adults and 3 toddlers in the house and it did not feel crowded. Mel was a good host and checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they did not impact our holiday. We reported them when we left and Mel is getting them fixed. We took 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed the runs on the beach a lot. Would stay here again.

Summer holidays with the whole family (including our dog!)

This holiday home provided my family and I a much needed break from the 'everyday' rat race of living in the city. Dunsborough Bay Beach House provided spacious living areas, easily accomodating meal prep, board games and movie watching all at once. Previous holiday homes have struggled to provide enough space for our family of 6 (plus furchild) as most have small living areas - ultimately we find ourselves falling over one another. Every one of our 4 teens had their own bed and private space to retreat. They could enjoy new independance exploring the beautiful area on their bikes as the pathway runs parallel to the beach - which was a stones throw away. They could ride into town, have a bite to eat, swim with the dog at the beach, go shopping - all without needed a car ride! Once home we found the location to be peaceful and quiet. Then home was very clean and very well stocked with all the little things you forget to pack. The coffee machine had pods, the pantry had condiments, the fridge was huge and easily fit all our groceries. Our dog loved the backyard and it was very secure. He didn't appreciate his daily outdoor shower but we certainly did! The little things made this house a home away from home. The only negative was that the couch was so comfortable I struggled to leave it. We will definately be back! Bec Carney

Fabulous property and so conveniently located! It was clean and fresh and presented to a very high standard! Mel was so lovely to deal with, and went out of her way to make this a good experience for us! We can’t thank her enough 😊

Down South perfection

Dunsborough Bay Beach House was a fantastic getaway for the weekend. Everything possibly needed was provided for our stay -plus more! Comfortable couch, beds, bathrooms and car parking! Beautiful walk to clear waters of bay. Mel was an amazing host! looking forward to planning another visit!

Almost perfect

First off I would say the host is one of the best I have dealt with, really quick response to my questions and more than happy to help out. The location is amazing if your looking to get away from the town but still close enough to enjoy. The beach is a stones throw which was perfect. The house was ok, I wish I read a few more reviews about what you actually get. For those looking dont do what I did and Google the house as you will be disappointed. The property is much smaller than you think. You basically get 4 minor double bedrooms, there is no master bedroom with en suite, which as adults is frustrating and did ruin the holiday a little. When you pay top money you would expect the whole house and with a master. If we got the whole house then it would have been a different story. Thank you

Stunning property, wonderful getaway

We had a great week with friends staying at this beautiful property. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with loads of natural light and everything you need! We also loved the special touches such as a bottle of local wine and a welcome card for us on arrival. The property is super close to the beach and perfectly situated for visiting all the sights of the south-west. We thoroughly recommend this lovely place to recharge and relax.

Relaxing baby moon getaway

My partner and I had a beautiful relaxing weekend getaway before baby arrives. We were able to bring our beloved fur baby and take her for walks along the beach. The house was beautifully renovated and we felt right at home as you have everything you need. Highly recommend :)

Father’s Day Getaway

Process from booking to end of stay was great. Mel was excellent in the whole process from booking in to checking out. Also helpful with suggestions for dining out. The chocolates left for my hubby for Father’s Day was a welcome surprise. Would have liked to have had a grater, and maybe a cheeseboard and knife set, ironing board and 1-2 more casseroles to use. Otherwise can not fault the location to beach and cleanliness.

Great Getaway

Lovely refurbished home. The fireplace kept us warm and toasty for our winter getaway. Mel, the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. We really liked the skylight in the shower.
