Estamos ubicados en un entorno privado y seguro en la hermosa arena y aguas azul turquesa de Sapphire Beach. Dos minutos de viaje a la ciudad de Red Hook, donde puede encontrar todas sus necesidades, incluyendo: mercado de alimentos, tiendas, restaurantes y lugares nocturnos. Además, servicios de ferry a St. John y las BVI. La unidad de condominio B20 es espaciosa y 1000 pies cuadrados. Capacidad para 2 personas con una cama king size, cama queen murphy en la sala de estar, 2 baños completos y cocina / comedor. Dos televisores, artículos de playa, sillas de playa, toallas de baño y ropa de cama. Vistas de St. John y las Islas Vírgenes Británicas. Por una tarifa adicional se dispone de arreglos para la recogida en el aeropuerto, necesidades de comestibles y servicios de lavandería / limpieza. Nuestro condominio se llama Chillville por una razón por la que puedes "relajarte" totalmente, estar en paz y quedarte donde la diversión es buena.

Perfect Location and Hosts

It was our first time visiting St Thomas and we are so happy we chose to stay at Sapphire Beach. Location location location, the beach is stunning, there’s food and entertainment just a short walk away. Plenty of places just a short drive away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous plus Dawn and James have provided everything you could possibly need while there. They are extremely fast at responding, helpful and full of great recommendations on places to visit. We will be back and can’t wait to stay at their condo again.

Excellent Experience

We loved this condo unit. It was perfectly situated on Sapphire Beach. It's also an excellent location to the ferry and many restaurants. The unit was clean and modern. Dawn was amazing in communication! We would stay here again 100%. Thank you Dawn!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It has been beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. Dawn was the perfect host. She provided us information concerning the St. Thomas Covid requirements prior to us traveling. She provided all the information we needed to access the property and kept in touch with us during our entire stay. If you are traveling to St. Thomas, this is THE place to stay!

Pretty condo in convenient location

I appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the two full bathrooms. The location is just a two-minute drive to Red Hook, which is very convenient for access to the ferry and restaurants and shops. The property manager was extremely responsive, including helping us in real time to unlock the lock box. This condo served as a great home base for the journeys to St. John and other areas of St. Thomas.

A Dream Come True

I cannot recommend this property enough. Everything you need is in the condo and you are just steps to the beach. The view and the cleanliness of the beach were amazing. The locals were very friendly. I can't wait to come back. I really didn't want to leave! Thank you so much!

Amazing Place!

We had a lovely time. The location was a dream - right next to the beach and close to everything. We would love to go again. Instructions and information provided by Dawn was on point and super helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for a long weekend getaway

Dawn was an amazing host! She was very helpful in the check-in process. She reached out a week before our stay with a very helpful information packet about the island. Her condo is amazing, just wha we needed for a retreat from DC. The pictures do not do it justice; the cleanliness was on point. We enjoyed having access to a kitchen, which helped us with out slow moving mornings. After we returned from any day exploration, we got some really good sleep in the comfortable king-size bed. The AC was great to have overnight, as the weather does get hot. I will definitely be staying here again, and recommend this property to anyone considering St. Thomas for a vacation.

One way ticket to Chillville

If you are looking for a place to stay in St Thomas, please book your trip based on this condo’s availability. You will find no better amenities, location, and comfort. This perfect condo nestled on Crystal Cove on Sapphire Beach is perfectly situated close to the beach with palm trees right outside your door. Fully furnished and climate controlled with a beautifully updated full kitchen, what more could you want! Not to mention, our hosts were courteous and communicative, they thought of everything and equip you with lots of information about the island and best places and restaurants to visit before your trip. Because of their guidance, we had an amazing trip to St Thomas and we will absolutely be returning one day to Chillville!

We really chilled in Chillville!

From the day we booked our trip to St.Thomas, Dawn was on it! What we need, where to go, what to expect. This property is exactly how you see it! Beautiful, clean and close to everything! She is the perfect host and the condo had everything we needed and more. I would definitely be back and hopefully in this condo! Thank you for making our honeymoon getaway great!

Fabulous Get Away

We had a fantastic time on our trip. Our check in process was easy and painless and Dawn does an excellent job making sure everything goes smoothly. The condo is incredibly clean and has everything you could need for a beach vacation. The property is steps from the beach and everyone we met were friendly and inviting.

Beautiful Relaxed St Thomas Condo

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Dawn & Jim's condo in Crystal Cove. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing comfortable stay. The instructions we were provided were spot on and greatly appreciated! The location not far from Red Hook was ideal. We would love to come back again soon.

Great time

Had a great time here, we were very close to the water u could see it from the front window. My wife and I loved the town of redhook which was right around the corner with excellent food, weather and shopping, would definitely rent from here again.

As advertised and much more

The property is as nice and modern as it looks on the website. If you’re on the fence about choosing this unit over another one, then no need to be on the fence...this is the one! Communication from the owner was excellent before and during our stay. The attention to details paid by the owners is obvious when you arrive. Good luck trying to find something they haven’t already thought of to make your stay feel like home. If you do, you’ll be surprised with what will be done to take care of it! #Frother. When we are back to Sapphire Bay, this is where we will stay.

The best stay ever

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We have traveled extensively and Dawn has, by far, one of the best, most complete apartments available. Everything was included and thought of. The check-in was seamless. The location is perfect. From beach bags, chairs and noodles to plenty of towels, wine bottle stoppers, paper and writing tools and a complete set of cookware and utensils. The list is endless...one could live in this lovely apartment indefinitely. Along with all supplies, the bed is extremely comfortable and Dawn was wonderfully attentive. She informed us of anything of import on the island and kept in contact to ensure we had the very best stay. If that is not enough, the decor is gorgeous and there is plenty of seating in the living area. A top notch stay and hostess. We highly recommend Dawn and her lovely apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Planning a trip to St. Thomas?... you found the place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Dawn & Jim's condo on Sapphire Beach St. Thomas. The condo is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including beach chairs, beach bag, coolers, towels, etc. Having two bathrooms is nice to get ready. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra bed for families. Wi-Fi, cable TV, and movies are available. A dip in the warm community pool is wonderful after a day at the beach. The beach at Sapphire is wonderful making it a tough decision about leaving and exploring other beautiful beaches in St. Thomas and the other Virgin Islands. The beach bar is wonderful with reasonably priced drinks, music, and good food - try the fish tacos! And you have nice lounge chairs with shade available for renters. The beach attendant is a great resource of what to do on the islands. Dawn sends you a well done document of what to do in St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands - a great planning resource for your trip. She is also very responsive to questions you may have. Red Hook is minutes away offering ferries to other islands, good restaurants, boat excursions to other islands, and grocery shopping. We recommend a day trip to St. John (regular car and passenger ferries available) visiting beautiful Truck Bay and swimming with turtles at Maho Bay. You can also enjoy a day trip to other islands - we used 'Stormy Pirates' leaving out of Red Hook. Pick up a copy of 'This Week' at the airport for schedules of ferries and cruise ship to help plan your visits to other islands. Planning a trip to St. Thomas?... you found the place to stay!

Lovely Condo

The condo is lovely - it's been updated and very nice. It's a quick walk to Sapphire Beach which is also great. The beach is very nice, good snorkeling and has a beach bar. The condo is close to Red Hook for restaurants and groceries. The owners were lovely to work with.

Fabulous, clean, updated, convenient

Fabulous! Our time spent at Chill in Paradise was beyond our expectations. Prior to our arrival Dawn checked in to make sure everything was ready to go. Any questions we had were immediately answered. Dawn provided a wealth of information of fun things to do while on island. If we needed anything Norma was there to help. The condo was clean and true to the pictures. It was great to have beach chairs and a cooler to use on our day trip to Meagan’s Bay. Sapphire Beach is paradise. Beautiful blue water, soft sand as well as beach chairs. This is not our first time on island and it will not be our last. We will definitely be stay at Chiil in Paradise again!

Chill in Paradise at Smith Bay is outstanding!

Dawn and Jim were the perfect hosts, from the moment we booked the unit we were guided through the entire process from start to finish, they are more than attentive they truly wanted us to have the best vacation possible. Dawn sent a fantastic information package to assist with all the local information of use to functioning happily. The unit itself has been very tastefully remodeled with new kitchen and bathrooms, is well cared for, immaculate, clean and comfortable. The location could not be better in terms of access to the best parts of being in St Thomas... the only issue is that the beach was so great we never felt the need to do much exploring! So by posting this review, I’m likely to reduce my chances of finding it available when I need it next time, and there will be a next time! Thanks so much Dawn & Jim! Vicki & Mike January 2019

Beautiful

The property was wonderful...literslly just a few steps from a gorgeous beach. And there are numerous amazing beaches close by. A couple minutes from Red Hook where there is food, marina, car ferry to st john, bars and a grocery store. Norma was amazing, so kind and polite. Would definitely come back to paradise

Just perfect...Truly a piece of Paradise

NYC Escape

I had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, due to the frigid weather in NYC. The trip exceeded all of my expectations! The condo is charming and spacious on the inside and I felt as if i was in the comfort of my own home. The condo is located just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Sapphire Beach, where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a cocktail on the beach from the Sapphire Beach Bar. The condo came with four beach chairs which was very convenient for our day trips to Maegan's Bay and St. John's. I would totally recommend staying here to families, as well as couples, as there is plenty of room for everyone! I cannot wait to come back!!!!

Perfect Gataway!!! Highly Recommended!!

Crystal Cove was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and very clean. It had towels, a full kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Having 2 bathrooms was great for our all girls trip! The beach was footsteps away, with chairs for the guests and a bar which had drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking to go to St. Thomas for a vacation! Thank you so much to Dawn and Jim for letting us stay there!!!

Our stay in St. Thomas was fabulous!

We have stayed at Crystal Cove five other times in different rentals and found Dawn and Jim Wozniak's condo to be the best yet! They did a fabulous job updating their condo and the artwork in every room is absolutely eye catching! The furniture and bed are the most comfortable places I have slept on or in! The Condo was immaculate and Dawn's personal touch is definetly present. She keeps in touch with the renter to make their transition into paradise seamless! I will definetly be looking them up on our next trip to St. Thomas!

Two minute walk to the white sand blue turquoise waters beach, beach chairs, tennis courts, swimming pool and laundry room. Unbelievable views of BVI's and St. John. Two minute drive to Red Hook for ferry, restaurants, shops, boat rentals, etc.
