Absolutely amazing!

This was my second time staying in one of this particular owners property and I couldn't have asked for a better time. The area is amazing and the condo feels like home. You won't be disappointed!

Lovely place

This condo is terrific,the furnishings were classy and it had everything you need for a perfect home base. The pool was very nice and a great temperature. We found the people were friendly and helpful. We loved coming back here after a day of sightseeing.

Nice and clean condo

Condo was very clean and equipped with plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels, bags and and beach chairs. I would rent this place again.

Very nice community!

The owner was great to work with and regularly communicated. The place was clean and well kept. The view was beautiful as was the sunsets. The pool was heated perfectly for the weather.

December in Venice

Fantanstic view of the Golf Course. The condo was very roomy and in great shape. Pool was very large, able to swim laps. Located in quiet and peaceful area.

Comfortable and Convenient

This was a great place to stay for my family of 3 during our week visit to Venice. Very quite and comfortable with plenty of space and nice golf course views from the living room lanai. The heated pool just outside the building was great for a quick dip and is very well maintained. The condo is also close to everything around town including multiple beaches less than a 15 minute drive. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Venice!

Perfect

This condo was perfect for us. It was a wonderful place to come back to to relax after long days helping out my mom in Venice. The location was close to all we needed, the kitchen well stocked, the screened balcony a lovely escape in the early mornings and evenings, and the beds were comfortable. Jeff was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

The Condo was in a great community with lots of sidewalks for walking. We didn't get to play golf but the 2 courses looked in great shape. The condo was very clean and nicely arranged for spending time at. I would recommend the condo to anyone. The screened in lanai makes it very comfortable for sitting outside to eat or read while watching golfers pass by.

Working with Jeff and Kim was a pleasure from the beginning to our unfortunate end, due to the hurricane hitting the coast of Florida our trip was canceled. I hope to someday rent again from Jeff and Kim because they were so easy to work with and prompt responders to all our inquiries . We hope to travel to sunny Florida sometime soon and will definitely rent from Jeff, to maybe find our own home in Florida.

A lovely condo with a fantastic view!

A comfortable home from home, with the most fantastic view over the sixth whole on the Bobcat Course, Plantation Golf and Country Club. We saw squirrels, osprey fishing, red cardinals, woodpeckers and sand cranes every day..not an alligator in sight though!! The local pool is within yards and the golf club, with all its facilities just a 5 min walk away. Shops are a short drive away and Venice beach is close too. Jeff responds very quickly to any enquiries, and was most helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo, and hope to stay again next year.

FABULOUS GETAWAY!

My husband and I recently returned from an 8 day stay at this incredible condo! The moment we walked through the door we were so pleased this was the one that we choose for our vacation. From the very start it felt like a home away from home. The condo is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and tidy and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. As I enjoy cooking I was thrilled to find the kitchen so well equipped with cookware and utensils. An extra special touch was the small grocery cart located in the shed by the carport for transporting our groceries from the car to the condo. This condo although on the 2nd floor had an elevator making it so accessible to get to and the plus was it was an added incentive to the view! Being situated on the 2nd floor gave us a wonderful view from the lanai. Loved the lanai! We so enjoyed having our morning coffee & tea sitting watching the early morning golfers, such a pretty view! The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of room for clothing and a huge walk in closet for luggage, shoes, etc. Having a washer and dryer was terrific. The photos of this condo are truly what you get, the living space is spacious and comfortable and our entire time there was peaceful and quiet. The pool is very close by and looked very inviting although we did not get the chance to enjoy it. The Plantations where this condo is located is in a lovely quiet area and less then 10 minutes down the road you will find the grocery market Publix, Walmart, CVS, and other shopping. Also it is a short drive to downtown Venice, restaurants, beaches and jumping on RT 75 to take you in any direction. A special thank you goes to you Jeff for sharing your beautiful condo and making our getaway so enjoyable. Jeff was a great help in planning our stay, very personable, returned our calls promptly to answer any questions, and goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. This listing is definitely a "keeper" for a short or long term stay. We will most certainly return to this beautiful condo on our next stay in Venice. Can't wait to get back! Thank you again Jeff!

Love Venice

It was very conveniently located to reach stores , beaches and restaurants . Venice is a beautiful town . The pool was lovely and the neighborhood good for walks . I had the best of times .

What a Very Beautiful & Extremely Clean Property with Impeccable Customer Service from the Manager!

As I entered the property, I was impressed with how very beautiful and how extremely clean the property was. It was also furnished with luxurious furniture that was quite comfortable to lounge in after a busy day. Because the view from the lanai was absolutely breath-taking, I generally started my day and ended my evenings out on the comfy lanai to relax and just enjoy the view. All of the amenities throughout the property made it feel like it was "your home away from home." In regards to the impeccable customer service from the property manager, he genuinely communicated with me before, during, and after my stay while at his property. This made the check-in and check-out process seem flawless. He also made sure to promptly provide me with all the information that I needed throughout my stay as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to those of you, who are looking for a very beautiful and extremely clean property with impeccable customer service from the property manager! In fact, the listing of this property was definitely accurate. I am truly looking forward to reserving this property from him in the near future!

Absolutely wonderful! Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. We liked the patio very much, was watching sunset every evening. Plantation is well cared, quiet and peaceful.
