1 dormitorio, amplia sala de estar, amplia cocina comedor, balcón con piscina, río lento, jacuzzi y vista al mar. Duerme 4-6. Equipado para un bebé (parque infantil, trona), 2 bicicletas. Estacionamiento, lavandería en el lugar.
 Ubicado en Blue Water Villas, el condominio es la segunda fila, pero no se tarda más en cruzar Ocean Blvd que en bajar por el ascensor desde lo alto hasta la playa. Estacionamiento justo en tu puerta.
Condominio en primera planta con balcón muy amplio. Siéntese en el balcón mientras los niños están en la piscina o en el río lento. Tina caliente en el lado también. BlueWater Villas es un complejo asociado al Blue Water Resort, por lo que puede acceder a varias piscinas y jacuzzis, snack bar, sala de juegos, sauna, gimnasio.
El condominio tiene capacidad para cuatro y seis personas: un dormitorio con cama tamaño queen y un sofá cama nido. También tiene un colchón inflable de tamaño queen con bomba eléctrica incorporada para que los niños duerman.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in our vacation rental after arriving. Our bed was not made, and considering we were on vacation it should have been made upon arrival. Also our air went out our last night and they wouldn’t come fix it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The place wasn’t dirty but my clean isn’t everyone’s clean. We sat my 1 year old & 6 year old in the living room while unpacking and in less then 20 min my 1 year old was black from the floors. The sliding door was such a hassle definitely for our 6 year old because it was broken and so hard to slide but we made it happen. Overall we had an awesome time and everyone was super nice !!!

Be careful

The place was nothing like its pictures. It was basically a hotel room that was converted into an apartment. They didn’t tell me that drug dealers and users would be asking me and my guests for money. One lady asked my husband could she blow him for $20. Staying there made us never wanna visit Myrtle Beach again

Fraley trip

My husband and I brought our daughter and a fried to Myrtle Beach to celebrate her high school graduation. The place was not fancy but we didn't care. It was clean and close to the beach and that was great. We had a good time.

Very cute condo in a great location. Convenient to everything. Loved sitting on the balcony and coud see the ocean. Great amenities and staff very helpful.

As for the condo, there were roaches and other bugs in it during my extended say. They said they would have someone out to spray but, it did nothing, The bedroom is about 5 ft. From the main stair access and elevators. It’s noisy and you can hear every conversation outside the door. I cannot recommend this place.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not ideal for me. The door to the unit is in the bedroom. You are next to the main access and elevators to all units. Very busy and noisy. I’ve found roaches in the place. Shower is small and kitchen is useless. If you stay, plan on eating out every meal or carry out.

Cute, cozy and convenient!

We've been here a little over a month and will be staying until Christmas. We relocated to the area and this was perfect for our temporary stay while we browsed local communities for a long term rental! The beach is right across the street with a little look out to watch the sunrise! We love the hot tub right outside the room but werent fans of the one inside with the pool. Theres a mini mart a block away that was super convenient for quick needs. There is a bunch of stuff in the closets so they werent usable but that was only an issue because we had so much stuff since we were staying so long and brought as much of the stuff as we could in our van for moving. Otherwise, its nice that they provide so much to use for your stay! We even tried out the skimmer boards! I work remotely so I had to finagle a work space in but I was able to fit my large desk with laptop and multiple monitors near the kitchen table. The smoke detectors can be very sensitive but werent much of a problem as long as we made sure the fan over the stove and bathroom fan was on. We did have a couple roach visitors but I think that was from us not closing the balcony door all the way as it didnt seem to be a consistent issue or more than 1 at a time. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family when they come to visit!

Decent for the price

Decent stay for the price. But honestly was disappointed that it wasn’t as close to the beach as I initially thought. You had to pay for parking because there wasn’t anything close the beach parking. We rented a golf cart to easy travel around the beach and it wasn’t necessarily “golf cart friendly” being that you couldn’t park the golf cart anywhere but in the garage. We had the hardest time finding parking. With the garage full, and the close by parking full. The villa is third party ran. So there is no check in early or changing the dates. You have go through the third party for any questions. Which I think should be against VRBO rules since it’s a third party. It should only be for privately owned rentals. Our check in process was horrible. We got there at 3 and check in was at 4. But they didn’t send us our check in information until I called to ask for it when I got there which they informed me they were supposed to do 48 hrs before. Which was a whole mess in its own. After we already rented the golf cart they told us you only get one parking pass per unit and that you couldn’t pay for extra. The security guy was nice enough to hand write one for our golf cart. The unit DOES NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, or toiletries so make sure you bring your own and had we known this 48 hrs before we would have brought some from home. The walls are paper thin. And the unit is right next to the elevator. Any noise. Wether it’s 6am or 12am. People were so loud

Softball Tournament

Like locations close to softball tournament. The only thing that I would ask is they fix the tile floor in Bathroom. There are few cracked ones. Because this are 12x12 it is not small cracks. Not a show stopper by any means. Would stay again either way.

This was our 1st mother/daughter trip!!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Bluewater Resort! We loved the close beach access which is across the street, and the 5 different pool choices between the resort and the condos. Friendly, helpful staff taking time to help you. The condo was clean and we loved the pinic table on our balcony that faced the outdoor condo pools and the ocean acoss the street! I woukd recommend this resort and condo to others.

The place was very dirty when we arrived. We walked around for 5 mins inside the place barefoot and our feet were literally black.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looked better online. Nice pool and deck area. Microwave reeked of bacon from previous guests. Could have checked it while cleaning. Silverware, dishes etc were not properly washed. I get nothing is provided but I ven one roll of toilet paper in bathroom would have been appreciated. Guess if you’re single with no kids and mostly looking for a place to sleep this is for you. Not for me with 2 littles. Space was tight compared to pictures online.

Check in experience

We drove about 11 hours, obviously we were so tired, we arrived there about noon. Very hot outside, we waited any way because we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. There is no front desk, there is no one to talk to. I called a number that I found on one of my emails about 3:20 to see if it was possible that we can get in early, but the person that answered the phone said no, you will get a email with your code about 4pm so we had to wait, it felt like that was no accommodation what so ever or say let me see what I can do or something. But overall we enjoyed our vacation. We definitely be back. Thanks!!

Not bad for the money

Location was good and no major problems. You couldn’t tell when we first checked in but after walking around in the apartment for a while your feet would turn black from the floor being dirty. It also has different furniture than in the listing photos and needs a new stone and pans. The only other thing is that there are no blankets included for use with the sofa bed. All in all a good deal for the price though.
