Ocean Blue Holiday Home de Kingscliff es ideal para disfrutar de una gran familia o grupo durante todo el año.

LJ Hooker Kingscliff le da la bienvenida a esta casa de vacaciones de diseño impresionante ubicada en Salt Kingscliff. Incluyendo 5 dormitorios, 3 baños y múltiples salas de estar, nunca estará en el camino del otro.

Mientras caminas por la puerta principal, esta espectacular casa de dos pisos rezuma relajación. Al entrar por la puerta principal, verá el hermoso mural de techo a piso de Norris Headland Cabarita Beach.

El primer nivel consta de dos salas de estar, comedor, un dormitorio con baño privado y una enorme cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que se abren a una gran área al aire libre junto a la piscina.

A medida que subes por la hermosa escalera de madera hasta el segundo nivel, verás dos puertas dobles que se abren al dormitorio principal, relájate y descansa en el balcón mientras observas a los niños y las mascotas correr en el patio delantero.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una bata y un baño hermosamente diseñado con baño.

También hay una tercera sala de estar en este nivel y tres habitaciones espaciosas, el baño principal incluye un baño y un aseo separado.

Esta casa tiene una piscina en el patio trasero que incluye hamacas para relajarse mientras disfruta del clima soleado. La zona cubierta al aire libre da a la zona de la piscina y tiene una barbacoa, una mesa y sillas al aire libre que son perfectas para barbacoas o entretenimientos.

La playa se encuentra a 150 m de esta casa, donde puedes disfrutar chapoteando en las olas o pasear por la playa de arena blanca. También puede disfrutar de una caminata o andar en bicicleta a lo largo del paseo marítimo costero, donde puede observar algo de vida silvestre local o nadar en las aguas cristalinas de Cudgen Creek.

A pocos pasos de Salt Village, que cuenta con cafés y restaurantes galardonados, también un hotel, supermercado IGA, tienda de botellas, The Spa @ Salt Day Spa y otros minoristas. Una unidad de 3 minutos lo lleva al Kingscliff Town Center con todas las comodidades que necesitará.

Located in nice quiet neighborhood, excellent property for family group. Nice large family kitchen, with 10 people in the house, we never felt crowded as there were 3 lounge areas plus a generous outdoor area. Sleeping facilities were exactly what we required, with no need for sofa beds.

Wonderful house for family Christmas

Lots of room, well equipped for all ten people. Near the beach and with a lovely pool. Property Managers very helpful. Christmas was easy and relaxed.

A 10/10 pooch-friendly vacation home. Perfect rating based on location, spacious interior, serenity of very quiet neighbourhood, privacy, comforts and house liveability. Brilliant full-width servery from cavernous kitchen to outdoor patio/pool area means 'the cook' never misses out on being part of the conversation, fun or relaxation. If you want to bring a beloved hound without sacrificing luxury or your own rejuvenation - this is the house! Can't recommend highly enough as short walk to 2km stretch of off-leash beach and on-leash dog-friendly patrolled beach is ideal for a summer family getaway. Ticks EVERY box!

Great sharehouse

Stayed in this house for a work conference in KingsCliff. Felt like we had our own space because there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple living areas and very spacious home. Close to beach, would be great for a quiet beach holiday. Very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of linen (included in price) - we've rented other houses in Kingscliff before and had to pay extra for linen! Wifi was also included and decent speed for 4-5 people to be using at the same time (mostly web/emails).
