Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always tasty one townhome. The option for insurance should be offered and explained better. We had a passing in the family and was initially able to cancel.

Great beach, family vacation

The location to beach was excellent. Big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Recommend bringing food, drinks to property 3 bathrooms were all located within the bedrooms which could be a plus or a minus. There were 4 bedrooms.

The PERFECT vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about our stay at Mainsail was PERFECT! The 4 bedroom townhouse was gorgeous. The beds & pillows were like Hilton's (IYKYK). The beach was just steps away from our door. We hardly ever needed to drive anywhere. Mainsail provided comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas. The property manager was so welcoming and friendly and even assisted us with putting away our Instacart groceries order before we even landed in SRQ! Our experience was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! I couldn't have been more pleased. We were 7 adults...2 24 year olds, 4 55ish year olds, and my dad who is 96.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Mainsail 5 times, and we always leave feeling so satisfied and fulfilled. Our favorite unit is unit 12, and we were thrilled to see that the tv room downstairs was finally turned into a bedroom with a daybed! Our kids were thrilled they finally didn’t have to share a bedroom! The unit was overall clean and comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We didn’t need any help from the staff, so we didn’t have any interactions with them. We never did get a text or email saying our unit was ready, and when we arrived a couple of hours early before checkin, we couldn’t find a staff member to talk to to see if we could enter our unit early. So, we tried our door code and got right in. We let ourselves in and found our checkin paperwork in the kitchen table, so I suppose our unit was actually ready. We were just never notified. My only complaint is about other guests who wouldn’t clean up after themselves at the pool and left the pool filled with floats and pool toys. Would have been nice if they cleaned up after themselves so we could enjoy the pool without their floats all in the pool. Maybe a sign outside would help remind guests to put away floats when they leave the pool. Also late night guest bbqs/parties (11:00/11:30 pm) at the pool were not so fun to listen to when we wanted to sleep.

Perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! You are literally within steps of the Beach. Our adult sons played Spikeball on the Beach and sometimes walked to the Beach Cafe for breakfast. (That place is a bit of a walk …) We rented a golf cart for our stay which was so easy to maneuver for dinner reservations and activities. Would highly recommend this place again.

The rug at door was missing backing and part of backing was stuck to floor. Would be nice to have basket or something to put shoes in as so many owner's closets were locked. Towels were very stiff for bath towels. Cushions on deck were ripped in places. Could have used throw pillows or throw on couches. surprised at group parties at pool, wasn't expecting that.

Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and the staff was extremely helpful. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and I would stay here again. I was disappointed with the location/view from unit 12. Unit 12 is a very nice unit with lots of space but the ocean view is lacking and not what I wanted for the price that we paid.

Beautiful Towhhouse

The townhouse was very nice with plenty of room for 6 adults. There was an extra day bed also. The unit was spotless. May only complaint was that I was not aware that there was one parking space per unit until the day before arrival. Additional spots were available 1 mile away which is very inconvenient, especially because we had a member of our group who just had foot surgery. That should be disclosed in the description of the unit on VRBO (maybe it was and I missed it but it certainly wasn't front and center and we likely would have reconsidered that unit had we known). I will say that Matthew tried to be very accommodating by letting us use a staff space which we were very grateful for.

This was the perfect spot for a simple vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. The staff were super friendly and check out was incredibly simple. It was so nice having a place just steps from the beach as well as the pool just outside our door. We stayed in Unit 12 and had plenty of space for our whole family. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Holiday Rental

It is a lovely space, with everything you need and just a really short walk (no more than 50m) to the beach. There is a lovely balcony with views of the sea. The staff were lovely and very helpful with lending us kayaks, boogie boards etc. We had a great stay!

Wonderful property that had everything we needed for our visit to see our Daughter in Flordia. Walk is very short to beach with great views of the beach off porch!! Plan on staying here in the future!!

Beautiful location

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious unit steps from the beach. The sand and views were incredible. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The drive to the various restaurants and shopping was short and easy. We hope to return again soon!
