El apartamento es un espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños deleite, dando vista al mar desde su sala de estar y balcón, y tranquilas vistas suburbanas desde el balcón trasero. Metro aparcamiento seguro para un vehículo.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la vivienda, incluyendo una cocina totalmente equipada. Dentro del complejo de apartamentos, los huéspedes tienen acceso gratuito a la sauna, sala de juegos, zona de barbacoa, piscina y pista de media cancha, pero hay que reservar la cancha barbacoa y tenis con la oficina de recepción.

Great location; lots of common space

This unit is very airy and bright; all windows in the common area and great balconies. It's aging a bit, but you can't have everything :). Communicating with Sue was easy and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location!

We were visiting our son and his family a few towns away and it was perfect to be on the beach in Mooloolaba as a homebase. Everything is nearby and we were able to have our grandchildren over to swim and visit easily, with a few sleepovers in the second room with twin beds. Susan was very nice and easy to work with. Would love to stay again!

Another perfect holiday

This was our second time staying and again we just loved it. The apartment is so spacious with wonderful views from all rooms. Everything you need is there - full kitchen with supplies, linen, washing facilities, tv with chromecast, balconies and a secure carpark. The main strip of shops is just a couple of minutes walk away - as is Coles and a bottleshop. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Wharf. And of course the beach is directly across the road. This is now our favourite place to stay and we can't wait until we're back again. Thanks Sue - you're a great host. :)

Lovely winter beach break

A lovely place to enjoy some winter warmth and get away from the southern cold. Great location convenient to beach and main shopping strip. Apartment is spacious, clean, open and has great views to the water. Really enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back again in the future.

Great spot - awesome apartment for families

We really loved our stay at Sue’s apartment. While the apartment is dated it is comfortable and homely. The location and proximity to the beach and local shops and cafes is fantastic and the pool and tennis court at the apartment were used everyday by us. Sue was an excellent host who gave us lots of information and responded very quickly to all our questions. The main road is quite busy and noisy but all of the positives above far outweighed this for our family.

Amazing location

The moment we walked in we felt so comfortable and knew this was our home away from home for 10 days. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Views were fantastic and it was a couple of minutes walk to all the shops & restaurants. Across the road is the beach - literally! We opened the fridge to see a few drinks (incl alcohol) & fruit and a pantry full of so many things. Basically you use & replace. Or if you buy and don’t finish leave for the next person - which is exactly what we did. You have all laundry facilities and a line outside to dry. We were supplied a change of sheets as we were more than 7 days. The car park is secure. A very nice breeze comes through when you open the balcony doors. The place is a little bit dated but with the views & the price difference with the other apartments, who honestly cares. You just don’t notice. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Mooloolaba.

Quick trip to Sunny Coast

I stayed with a friend at this well positioned and equipped unit at Mooloolaba. Close to the beach, shops and plenty of places to eat out from casual to fine dining. If you want to use the large kitchen and cook for yourself, Coles is just down the street. We were very comfortable for our two night stay. Only negative (for me in particular) was that there were no insect screens on the windows and doors. Unfortunately mossies really like my blood, but likely this will not annoy most people. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the fact that we could do most things without needing to move the car from the underground car park. Thanks very much for having us Sue!

Great convenient apartment for beach holiday

This apartment is very generously provisioned for visitors, a pleasant outlook, short distance from a decent supermarket and all of the eating and drinking options on the beach esplanade, as well as the patrolled beach. You could stay a week without a car and be happy. Just about the most convenient holiday letting I have ever had.

Very Comfortable Unit

Sue made our stay very comfortable and easy. Our early check in was a perfect start to our week and Sue explained where everything was within our unit. The unit was well appointed and equipped with everything we needed during our week. We received plenty of helpful information prior to our stay and the bottle of Red wine was a nice touch. We have three grown up children who only occasionally return to the Sunshine Coast, so we don't get the opportunity to spend as much time with them at the apartment as we once did. Their loss is your gain!

As born and bred south-east Queenslanders, we know the local area very well and love to share its charms with friends and visitors. We believe in a sustainable lifestyle and support local farmers and food growers as much as we can. When we travel we love exploring new places and like to stay off the tourist path.
