Acogedora cabina de estilo Adirondack con paneles de pino nudoso en la sala de estar con cómodo sofá y silla de mezclilla y un futón de tamaño completo perfecto para uno. El juego de comedor Adirondack para 3 se sienta frente a un mural de la escena del lago. El dormitorio con techo tipo catedral incluye una cama Queen size, ventilador de techo y amplias ventanas con vista al lago. Baño de paneles de cedro con ducha. Met all of our needs. A full kitchen, nice lake view, bonus was the kayaks on site along with life jackets. A very tranquil stay beginning with the fountain and koi pond as you enter the property. Jeff and Lisetta were great with communicating and checking in if we needed anything. Also, very kind of them to let us know there was no one coming in for a few days and to take our time on checkout. Took advantage of that and the good weather with kayaking on Goodyear Lake!

It was great

The property was as expected and a good spot for those going to Cooperstown Dream Park. The bathroom was very tiny but clean. Despite low ceilings, the whole space was not at all cramped and was quite cozy. The absolute best part was the deck and views of the lake right outside.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay while our son was at the Cooperstown baseball tournament. If you are a quiet family who enjoys the downtime then this is the place to stay. It reminded us of staying at your grandparents house! We fished on the dock (quick purchase of rods from Walmart), kayaked,, a enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lake house while in Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament. The home offered both beauty and tranquility, which was exactly what we needed during such a busy week. The only thing that could have made our stay even better would’ve been a washing machine on-site, but thankfully there was a laundromat not too far away that worked out just fine. The homeowners were incredibly accommodating and kind—we truly appreciated their hospitality!

Great Place

Very cozy spot with a lot of charm. Close to Cooperstown that had a lot of amenities. House is on a private drive with a beautiful small lake. We were offered the use of small paddle boats but didn’t use any. The option was nice though. Loved the photo book showcasing the progression of the house over the years. Note that this is adjoined to the owners main home via a breezeway. Some deck space is shared too. They met us with the key and took us through the property. A form of electronic check-in would be better to avoid having to coordinate arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lakeside retreat

Thank you for the cozy spot to stay at with our pup. I was able to take him on a couple of walks by the lake and appreciate the mapped out directions provided in the guestbook. Last night, we sat by the lake on the beautiful new deck down by the dock and watched the sunset. It was so peaceful. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed and enjoyed waking up to the view. The space has everything that we needed, and you can tell that thought has been put into it. Cooperstown is about 15 minutes away and we were able to spend the day at the baseball Hall of Fame.

Peaceful Lakeside Cottage

In town for baseball tournament at All Star Village. Happily our team did well - 6 games into playoffs! Sadly games took us away from this adorable cottage & peaceful lakeside setting. Not enough time here. Would definitely return to fish, swim, kayak, star gaze & relax. Hosts were lovely and available - but only when needed. Photos on VRBO are exactly what you will see.

Beautiful & Perfect!!

The owners are amazing, and the property was perfect. We enjoyed beautiful views of the lake, and relaxing outtings in the kyacks. Great location for going back and forth to Dreams Park to watch our son play baseball. We had our dog, Cooper, with us, and he enjoyed taking walks on the road and meeting all of the neighbor pups along the way. He also loved swimming in the lake with us too! The home was quiet, relaxing and we loved staying there. We had a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay!

We were there for our son’s Cooperstown baseball so we were busy but short time we were able to spend the time there it was just perfect for two of us. We were able to get out from the business and totally relaxed in the nature. Host were so welcomed and nice! We would recommend this cottage to anyone regardless with baseball or no baseball.

Amazing cottage!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful little cottage next to the lake. Jeff and Lisette are the kindest and most helpful/responsive hosts. We highly recommend this place for a memorable stay while you’re in Cooperstown.

Great stay for Coop Tourney

Loved the location… beautiful, peaceful, quiet lake setting. The owners were very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. It was a perfect cabin for me being on my own and would have been as well if my wife was able to join. Bed was comfortable and had a cozy family room to watch tv. The only downside was a very strong musty smell that the cabin had. It didn’t bother me that much, but was something that I noticed every time walking in the door. Most likely due to the setting? I loved being able to kayak around the lake or sit comfortably on the deck and dock to enjoy the view. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Charming Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at the property with our golden retriever (who LOVES the water). The property is connected to their home, but was very private and we didn't feel intrusive whatsoever. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a lux stay by the lake :)

A great stay at Cooperstown

Visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week, we had a wonderful time at this clean, roomy cottage! A great value at this lakeside location in a quiet neighborhood close to the park, we highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area!

Wonderful Lakefront property

We stayed at this wonderful spot right on Goodyear Lake for a week while our son was at All Star Village. It was the perfect location for respite from watching baseball games and exploring Cooperstown. Their lakefront decks/dock are gorgeous, and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The house was the perfect size for two adults and a child. The hosts are kind and extremely responsive. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful Lakefront Hideaway!

Absolute Charmer Lakefront house. Exactly as advertised with no disappointments. Close to All-Star Village and downtown Oneonta. Very clean and well maintained, includes everything needed for a wonderful stay. Fantastic multi-tiered deck that leads to a recently upgraded lower dock with additional seating. Choose between upper or lower view for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Owners are close by and quickly respond to any questions or needs. We'll be back for sure!

The lake is beautiful and you are tucked away in the Country however so close to shopping and attractions. You can choose to be as busy or quiet as you need to be.

We are a small cozy intimate respite providing a place to recharge and relax for our guests. There is a Koi Pond and Perennial gardens greeting you on your way in to the front door and as you walk out the back you overlook Goodyear Lake. The stairs to the lake offer you three different place to sit/eat. Paddle to the Cove, stay in our Bay or travel up the Lake. It's up to you! Take several walks right from the front door and explore the trails along the railroad track, the lake roads OR hike the State Land across the lake.
