Excellent

It was such a cute and lovely place to stay. We were all so impressed with how accommodating it was for our group of 7. I only had to reach out twice with some questions but he got back to me right away. And the porch out back was such a wonderful place to unwind after the busy exploring days. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Quiet Neighborhood

This house is in a great location. Extremely quiet and easy access off 500W to get into town or freeway quickly. Lots of room, much more then we needed. It was clean and the neighborhood was pleasant. Would stay here again when in town with multiple people.

We enjoyed the easy access to the city for a good price. There were games and activities for the kids. It was clean and worked well for our crew.

Cute little place

The house was absolutely cute. And the space was more than enough for our family of 4. The house has a lot of charm. A little dusty and musky smell. But otherwise a great place. We would definitely stay again if we needed to.

We were in Salt Lake for a family reunion. This location was about eight minutes away from the main location we were meeting at. The house was excellent! And we will definitely consider it the next time we come back.

Comfy and Clean

Lovely home - we found the house VERY clean - new carpet, dishwasher, oven and range. Easy drive to downtown SLC - plenty of space to cook in the kitchen - safe neighborhood - close to grocery store and restaurants - only downside is no washer or dryer.

Very spacious and in quiet neighborhood

I stayed here for 2 months in 2024 and had a superb time. The property was a lot larger than expected, with newly refurbished kitchen appliances, and lovely back porch. The neighborhood is very quiet, and everything you need (groceries, food, gyms) is just a mile or so down the hill in Bountiful. Great view from the house as well, as it is perched up high over the Salt Lake valley. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and offer later checkout (12pm). I will gladly look to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in SLC!

Spacious and well supplied

The house was spacious and well supplied-plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, shampoo and soap, chairs. etc. Beds were comfortable. The weather was lovely and we would have liked sitting on the deck, but the chairs and table were thick with dust. Area rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. The neighbor dog barked a lot.

Definitely needs cleaning after each stay

The hous was perfectly located for us in a very nice neighborhood, it is a veru spacious house with plenty of sleeping accommodation but unfortunately it was way too dirty, as soon as we opened the door were greeted by a dusty smell, there was lots of dust everywhere, every appliance in the kitchen was greasy, lots of crumbs in and under the toasters but the cherry on top was the bathrooms the toilets were just filthy like someones bowels exploded and even the toilet seats were soiled, there was lots of hairs and mildew in the shower and bathtub, the good thing is that we found the cleaning supplies and well we had to take care of things before being able to use the bathrooms which is not the most pleasant experience. The house is nice and if it would be clean I would've given it 5 stars.

Great Experience

Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of seating in the living room, quiet neighborhood...zero complaints. Even had a Christmas tree up for us! Some have mentioned the "style" of the decor. Think of it as vintage. Plus, it's all solid, quality furniture that isn't going to fall apart if you look at it wrong. I felt as though someone was sharing the happiness of their lifetime there in this cozy home with us. Not a sterile made-for-looking-at home. Had a little hiccup trying to get in (which was my fault) and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent Get Away

My family of seven felt very comfortable at this place. Every room had lots of space for us to relax and eat food. The property manager was very kind and responded to our request in a timely manner. I don't think I will ever use a hotel again after this great experience.

Wonderfully inviting!

The home was not only easily accessible, but very clean and inviting. Everything we needed was available. Lots of space for everyone to be together. Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Would be the perfect place for a large family get together, or smaller group. It was perfect for our short weekend.
