¡Nos complace anunciar que la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 ahora está climatizada!
¡Ven a relajarte a la casa de playa de Jack! En el momento en que entre a esta casa, sentirá que está de vacaciones. Colores brillantes y divertidos y luz natural te dan la bienvenida. El plano de planta fue diseñado para brindarle grandes espacios para disfrutar su tiempo. La sala de estar y el comedor de la cocina abierta son el lugar de reunión perfecto para la cena familiar e incluso la noche de cine con un bonito televisor de pantalla plana. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 10 para acomodar a familias numerosas. La suite principal se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene una cama king size. Hay tres dormitorios y el segundo piso que incluye una segunda suite principal. Las cuatro habitaciones tienen baño privado y TV. El segundo maestro incluye un rey junto con un baño privado. La casa ofrece muchos extras como una espaciosa terraza con 8 mecedoras para ver las serenas puestas de sol. Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:
1) Jack's Place VW7 ofrece 3 espacios de estacionamiento pavimentados, 2 en el camino de entrada y 1 en el garaje. Si alquila un carrito de golf, hay un pequeño lugar lateral para el carrito.
 
2) Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals proporcionará las etiquetas de estacionamiento.

Big open gathering place

We loved the layout of the home. I give everything 5 stars but the total stay was not that great. Our ac would not work. The ac company that came said the owners had a lock on a set schedule . It was set at 75! So hot! But they (portaescapes) quickly tried to help us fix it and bought a portable ac to help with the situation..items in the kitchen are not that great. Need some new pots and things. We did not have a canopener , potato mashers,potato peeler or a wine opener . Bare minimum. But over all we had a great time. We really enjoyed the upstairs rocking area.

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Roomy, clean, lovely walking path to the pool, and beach was a quick drive down the road. Pool was about 4 homes away which was great! There was road noise from the traffic along the road. And the dumpster was a 30 second walk, which was great but we woke up to the garbage truck picking up trash early in the morning. Both things were minor, and I still give this place 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

We were so fortunate that it was a mosquito free weekend and we could enjoy the porch upstairs. I would stay here again for sure. The only con is the pool situation, two small pools for this big of a community like this is hard, The pool was murky and crowded. It takes nothing away from our visit though- we loved the beach!

Beautiful place to stay

The place was exactly as listed and the pictures, Beautifuly decorated and spacious. I like that Every room had its own bathroom. When we arrived the cleaning service did not leave any paper towels, so I called the propert mgr and they immediately brought them out. I will Say the floors were still a bit dirty in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms when we arrived. We did have issues with parking. I think because it was during spring break people were parking in our driveway so we werent able to park Our own vehicles at our rental. Which was very frustrating.. other that I would definitely stay at Jacks place again.

Wonderful Spring Break mini trip

Jack’s place was wonderful. We went for 3 nights at the beginning of Spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, the decor was lovely and the house was very clean. You can tell your management company is doing a great job. Thank you for having us as your guests. It was a pleasure and I will highly recommend Jack’s Place!

Love Jacks Place!

Really enjoyed our stay with the large living/dining area that seats everyone. Very nice accommodations all the way around. Great stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, and beautiful open upper deck for sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Very comfortable for our party of 7. Clean, great location, and plenty of natural light. Grill was dirty when we got there, and entrance and exit layout is less than ideal. Overall very nice place, though.

Plenty of room for our extended family. Love the upstairs balcony with rocking chairs. Just a short drive to the beach. Only small problem was there are now only 2 dedicated parking spaces for this house, so parking for 3 cars can be challenging. The property management company was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Would stay here again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to a friend! THANK YOU!

Excellent Property

The property was beautiful, it was very close to the beach, driving distance is 10 min. The only thing is that this property does not include golf cart access, which would be nice. We would consider staying here again.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed this beautiful house and our vacation to Port Aransas! The house was perfect for our group. We loved that we all had our own bathroom. Especially when coming home from the beach. We didn’t have to wait our turn to shower and clean up. All of the bedrooms had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The living room and kitchen were large and perfect for our group to cook and hang out. Kitchen was equipped with all you need (except spices so don’t forget your S&P). We loved the porch with the rocking chairs. It was a great place to hang out in the evening. We had 3 small cons. 1) bedroom tv’s didn’t work. No biggie since you shouldn’t be watching tv on vacation anyways 😉 but since they made a point to put one in every room, they should probably work. 2) The refrigerator needs to be replaced. All of the shelves in the refrigerator door are broken. I saw the cracks when I opened it to put our food in but figured they’d still support whatever we put in since they looked to be intact. Boy was I wrong! After putting a few things in the top shelf, it came crashing down, taking all of the groceries and shelves below with it and scratching my leg up pretty bad. This definitely needs to be replaced. With 10 people, we needed all of the refrigerator storage. 3) so many mosquitoes! Every time we opened a doer, a few would fly in. It was impossible to keep them out of the house. The exterior needs to be professionally sprayed regularly. Make sure you bring some mosquito yard spray to spray the bushes outside of the doors to keep them from coming in. Even with those 3 cons, still giving this property 5 stars because it is just beautiful and was perfect for our family. Thanks!
