¡Biltmore Phase 1 Poolside Paradise visto en el popular programa de HGTV!

1ª Unidad de planta Utilizado en un espectáculo HGTV popular.

Nos complace compartir nuestras últimas renovaciones en el hogar. Se fue toda la alfombra. El condominio ahora tiene hermosos pisos de baldosas a través de fuera. Lo hemos complementado con alfombras y algunas nuevas obras de arte para darle un aspecto completamente cohesivo. Además, hemos expandido el patio oeste (que da a la montaña), hemos añadido un toldo retráctil, lo hemos amueblado con cómodos asientos para 4 personas y hemos añadido un frondoso seto para una total privacidad. Realmente es un espacio de vida extra completamente nuevo.

Estamos tomando reservas para la temporada de invierno 2019-20! Reserve sus vacaciones y quédese en esta increíble unidad de 2 habitaciones + den que tiene la particularidad de ser presentada en un popular programa de HGTV. Un episodio de "House Hunters" se grabó en el verano de 2015 y se emitirá muchas veces en los últimos años. Esperamos que los invitados disfrutaron viendo tanto como disfrutamos de la caza de la casa!

Algunos de los puntos destacados de esta unidad son vistas a la montaña:

• fresco y moderno que ofrece una decoración confortabilidad, con reminiscencias de diseño de mediados de siglo.
• estupendo libre WiFi de alta velocidad (esto no es su promedio Wi-Fi hotel).
• Libre de Netflix en la zona de estar y dos suites.
• 50 "Samsung Smart TV y barra de sonido en la sala de estar. Cada suite está equipada con un Samsung Smart TV.
• ropa de cama de lujo (hacia abajo y almohadas de plumas alternativas, 400 sábanas de algodón TC, edredones y colchas), tanto en suite de invitados.
• 2 patios personales; 1 con vistas a las montañas al oeste, los demás pasos de la piscina.
• En la unidad de apilado lavadora / secadora.

Va a ser como en casa en este extremadamente amplia unidad que cuenta con cerca de 1.200 pies cuadrados. De espacio habitable. Tiene la apariencia de un complejo de lujo con toques de estilo de mediados de siglo que hace verdaderamente Palm Springs. A su llegada, será completamente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar y un montón de cosas que lo hacen mejor que en casa. ¡De eso se tratan las vacaciones!

Sala de estar:
La unidad cuenta con un plan de piso abierto que se presta a la familia de la diversión y el entretenimiento de vacaciones! La sala de estar, estudio, comedor, cocina y están todas abiertas y amplias. La tecnología emocionante que ofrece una "Samsung Smart TV 50 con acceso gratuito a Netflix, cable de Time Warner, y el DVR para que pueda grabar todos sus programas favoritos.

Cocina:
los cocineros caseros van a querer para nada en la cocina muy bien equipada. Todo es nuevo! Esta cocina ha sido remodelada de arriba a abajo. Cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama Frigidaire incluyendo una estufa de gas, microondas y refrigerador de lado a lado. Está provista de pequeños electrodomésticos Cuisinart, cuchillos, artículos de hornear, ollas y sartenes.

Suites Confort:
Hay 2 dormitorios; una principal con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite y habitación de invitados con una cama de matrimonio y sala de baño separado. Tanto las habitaciones están equipadas con Samsung Smart TV y tener acceso a liberar a Netflix para todas las últimas opciones de cine y televisión.

Funciones al aire libre:
Hay 2 patios. Ambas están equipadas con sillas cómodas y con estilo de brazo, un pequeño sofá, y mesas auxiliares. Son perfectos para tomar un café por la mañana con vistas a la montaña o un cóctel junto a la piscina. Es el lugar perfecto dentro de Biltmore Fase 1!

Another great month in PS

We love this condo, and come back every January for the film festival and the weather. It’s beautifully maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, two patios, and proximity to the spa. Great mountain views and an easy walk to the French Bakery. Love the view of the lemon tree and dessert hummingbirds from the kitchen window.

Serene retreat

This was the 7th time that we’ve stayed in this condo—that pretty much tells you the story. The property owner is so responsive and has supplied everything you need for a restful and comfortable stay. The location is very convenient and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. You can’t go wrong with this place.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and was equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. An extra bonus is how close the apartment is to the pool. It is just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ll be back!

This condo is perfectly located with easy access to downtown Palm Springs and too many restaurants to visit in just a month. October is a perfect month to be here as the pool almost feels like it’s your own private space. The condo itself is so comfortable and well supplied that it feels like you’re home as soon as you walk in the door. You can’t help but relax.

Love this place!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at this condo, having skipped a couple of years due to CoVid. So good to return! The location is excellent, the unit is well cared for, and the attention to detail is outstanding. Ann is very responsive although we have had few questions or problems over the years. This time we especially appreciated the upgrades in the kitchen: calphalon cookware, new stoneware, and a new dishwasher. A beautiful and comfortable environment! Planning to return.

Perfection!

The condo has an understated elegance and a mid-century modern vibe. It underwent a major renovation a few years ago. We have stayed here at least four different times, maybe more. We clearly love it. Ann and Rick are very responsive and continue to make improvements to the property. This year we noticed the new leather couch, new carpet, new frig, coffee table, and the sparkly globes on both patios. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, and the linens luxurious. Throughout, there is a real attention to detail. The condo is in the perfect location: close to both downtown and the Indian Canyon trails. We definitely plan to return!

Short Furniture

Our stay was wonderful in every way. We have reservations for next year same time same place. We love the unit, the landscape, the property, the people.Our only complaint: the pool furniture is too low. Two men got out of the pool our first day to come help my husband up from the lounge chair. He sat in an upright chair, which are also low, the rest of our one month stay to get some sun. Not comfortable. We noticed others who did not attempt using the lounge chairs for the same reason.Outdoor and indoor furniture in our unit is also low. We stacked cushions on a living room chair so my husband would have one place to sit down indoors.We appreciate this opportunity to comment. Thank you for an otherwise great experience at Biltmore Phase. One.

A little bit of Paradise

This condo has everything you could want or need to feel like home but better because you’re in Palm Springs. After not going there in 2020, when I walked into the condo I felt like I’d come home. The beds are comfy with great pillows which really helps when you’re away from your own. The condo is just steps away from the pool and the outdoor areas are so inviting. The overall property itself is lovely and well maintained. By November I suspect the lemons, limes and grapefruits on the many citrus trees around the grounds should be ripe and ready to enhance your drinks and meals while you enjoy staying in. The location of the condo is very convenient to several different shopping areas as well as downtown PS and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The owner helps make your stay outstanding because she is so responsive and clearly cares greatly about making your stay a good one. Of course I might be a bit biased as this was the 5th October I’ve stayed here and will keep coming back as often as I can. You can’t go wrong here.

Great base for exploring the Palm Springs area

We enjoyed an entire month in this condo. During our stay the HGTV show House Hunters featuring this unit was aired. It was fun to see how Ann and Rick picked this particular condo and decorated it in a mid-century modern way. I love the colours used for accessories. The unit is spacious and airy, and looks onto the hot tub and pool. We picked some lemons off the tree located by one of the patios for our rum and coke. The kitchen is well laid out and supplied with everything you need for cooking. Also appreciate having a barbeque. Very comfortable bed and pillows which is fabulous if you are there for more than a week. We are very active and were out every day hiking, biking, or golfing, and it was nice to come back to the condo for a relaxing hot tub, and a glass of wine and dinner. The condo is well located near Palm Drive East (access to everything) in a nice residential area - next to the Deepwell neighbourhood where many former stars had homes - I had fun going out for my runs there. Also, lots of great examples of mid-century modern architecture on Apache Street in the Twin Palms neighbourhood just across Palm Drive East. There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants on Palm Drive East. We shopped at Trader Joes, Vons, and Ralphs nearby for groceries, and tried Koffi for coffee, Appetitio (Italian) for pasta, and Tinto (at the Saguaro Hotel) for tapas - all good. Thanks to Ann, and Bret in Palm Springs, for getting us settled in at the beginning. We had a lovely time.

We love this condo and have returned many successive years. It's a renovated, beautiful space, well located, and attentively maintained. We have rented other condos in PS due to lack of planning, and the others were big disappointments. Ann is responsive and easy to deal with, and they continue to update. Last year it was the leather couch and dish washer, this year a new washer and dryer as well as new pots and pans. It is close enough to downtown and the hiking trails as well as grocery stores and restaurants. And it is immaculately clean. A beautiful, peaceful experience once again!

Comfy getaway

Great condo with all the comforts of home—and a pool. The location is handy to restaurants and shopping and easy to get into Palm Springs itself or head the other direction to other communities and activities in the Valley. You can rest and relax in a quiet retreat or head into the desert to hike or visit other sites. Don’t skip the Living Zoo!

Perfect in every way

The property was absolutely perfect in every way....mountain views out of one window and a pool view out of another. The house was spotless and very updated, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ann and Rick thought of everything including pool towels and slippers. Highly recommend this very perfect property. :)

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the early communications with Ann through our month long stay—there was literally nothing lacking. We will miss afternoons on the patio, being steps from the pool/hot tub, and the wonderful location. We also really appreciated having plenty of space (the den with sliding door is a fantastic bonus) and a great internet connection. We would go back in a heartbeat!

It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with the owners of this property the past four years as we stayed in their unit during the month of March. They reside at the condo part of the year themselves and take personal pride in keeping it impeccably clean and well-maintained.
