Este condominio frente al golfo del séptimo piso fue comprado recientemente y tenía azulejos nuevos. La cocina está abierta con encimeras de cuarzo, gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos nuevos, utensilios de cocina nuevos y un Keurig (solo traiga sus propias k-tazas). Hay una nueva lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad en el área de la despensa, un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "y un reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray en la sala de estar (incluidos muchos DVD para adultos y niños).

El dormitorio principal y la sala de estar tienen puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón abierto que cuenta con muebles cómodos y hermosas vistas del Golfo.

Unidad 1072 tiene una nueva cama king size en el maestro y dos nuevas camas queen en la habitación de invitados. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana. The pictures on VRBO were accurate. Our condo was VERY clean, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, kitchen was very well-equipped. Furniture and beds comfy, fan in the closet was a plus, overall a very lovely stay. We would absolutely love to stay in this unit again! 3

Perfect Vacation

We loved our property! It was just as described! We loved that it was small enough that you weren't constantly waiting on an elevator, we had an issue with a tv and that was immediately fixed! We loved the easy access to and from the beach and my piece of mind letting my teenagers go back and forth! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic place to stay

Overall, our stay was fantastic. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully updated and was easy to utilize. The construction noise was only very loud one day during our stay, but other than that, the noise was no issue. There is a slight inconvenience of having to walk all the way around tower 1 to get to the beach, but it was not a long walk at all. Would recommend this condo and will be going back! Hey

Wonderful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo!!! It is very spacious, newly remodeled, and has an awesome view. The kitchen is well furnished. The primary bedroom and bathroom had lots of space and the shower was roomy. There is plenty of seating. I unfortunately had to work for part of my vacation, but was able to set up on the dining room table enjoying the view out of the large sliding doors. The keypad to enter the condo is very handy - no keys or cards to keep up with while you're on the beach. Having the free beach setup is a definite plus! The owners have a note of the little "quirks" in there to be aware of. They live there part of the year and you can really see how much love they have for it. I have stayed at this property a couple of times, but would definitely stay in this particular condo again!

Love the beach set up included with our rental. Only down side was the construction. The elevators were difficult to navigate, as only one was operational all week. We’re enjoyed the ocean front balcony in the morning and evening. There was some renovation work going on and that generated some noise and mess. Also, checking in was confusing and difficult to find our condo. The office was closed when we arrived and there was no one to help. Other than that we had a good time. We would stay there again.

And I think when there are solid floors in the condos the owners might look into having 1 or 2 robot vacuums to help with the sand. And have them set up to run every day. And the Sona closing at 6 o'clock was very disappointing as I am a parent of a two-year-old and three-year-old and once they go to sleep would like to go relax.

My original reservation was for a different condo in the same association but they had moved us to this one because of renovations. Unfortunately, this tower was also under renovations. We weren't able to access our balcony during our entire stay, which wasn't communicated to us prior to arrival. There was a lot of loud noise throughout a lot of the day. I understand that renovations are necessary but it wasn't pleasant to stay here during the renovations. Otherwise, the place is great and the location is great.

Beautiful Condo and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo! Wonderfully decorated, well stocked kitchen for cooking, good furniture, and amazing views! Weloved all of the movies, books, and games available for down time entertainment. The grounds are very well kept and parking, beach access,and check-in/check-out were easy. Overall the condo was clean enough. The floors need a better mop between occupants. You could see footprints on the tiles when you came in and your feet get black from walking barefoot. There were spots with dried up stains (hoping sunscreen) stuck to the tiles. The bedskirt had a stain going down it leading to the floor stain. The sheets on the bed all had tags at the head of the bed. I assume they were put on wrong, but it was annoying. Most of the towels had stains which is off-putting. Also upon arrival the garbage disposal button in the kitchen was stuck down. This became an issue when the dishwasher backed up into the sink and there was no way to remedy it without a working disposal. I ended out handwashi ng dishes the last half of our stay. Lastly, their was a pile of hair sitting on the drain in the master shower upon arrival. That is just unacceptable to me. We also had two times that we were relaxing in the condo that a management company worker put in a code and opened our door to come in. They apologized saying they mixed something up, but that is NOT professional. So while the condo was amazing, beach setup, and the view, the management company that services the condo was definitely lacking. I hope they remedy the issues mentioned and improve upon their cleaning, because we really liked the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd stay at Shoreline Towers. Loved #1072 it was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. Decorated nicely. We had a great view and good deck furniture. The Beach was amazing as were the Fireworks. We got a kick out of the heated toliet seat Lol. You wont go wrong with this unit. We loved it. Be sure to eat at LaPaz Mexican Restaurant just outside of the parking lot it is wonderful.
