Beautiful condo in a perfect location. We love Ko’Olina and how well maintained everything is. If you’re looking for a tropical paradise, this is it. Very different from the busy, crowded Waikiki beach. The pool, spas and beach were all perfect! This unit overlooks the “quiet pool” which was very nice and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony to have coffee and play games. The 2bd/2ba layout worked perfect for two adults and three kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, spices, and nice appliances. We appreciated the chocolates and coffee upon arrival. We are already talking about coming back to visit.

Firstly, the Ko Olina community is among the most luxurious area in Oahu and beautifully laid out and meticulously maintained and manicured. There are 5 man-made lagoons along this community and includes rock walls to protect swimmers against the ocean and waves. The areas surrounding the lagoons are wonderfully landscaped and properties is very elegant.The Beach Villas are very high-end condos and this unit was wonderful and had everything needed to enjoy our 9 night stay including tons of kitchen ware. I would definitely recommend this particular condo and Beach Villas in general. The HOA really cares about the experience and enjoyment of the guests.

Great stay at Ko Olina

Our family of four (two adults, one teen and one preteen) plus my mother in law and sister in law stayed at this property for a week. It was in great shape and the perfect spot for our trip to Oahu. The property was well stocked with the basics for the kitchen and the bathroom, tons of beach stuff, and starters of everything else you'd want - paper towels, plastic wrap, toilet paper, etc etc. We were nervous we might be a little squashed but the place was spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and also hang out during the day. Everyone loved the porch, the pools and the lagoon access. We'd absolutely visit again!

We had the best time staying in the beach villas. They have absolutely everything you could possibly need for the beach. Stayed with our 1 year old son and the villa and surrounding area was incredibly family friendly. Would love to come back.

The condo was great!! Proximity to pools and ocean was really good. Would we stay here again??? ABSOLUTELY!!!There is no restaurant, however, you can pick up things at the pool bar or the Monkey Pod and Craft House are a just a 15 minute walk away.

Vacation with my daughter and baby. Beautiful lagoon in front of the Villa for snorkelling. The villa is well equipped for baby and kids. Keep in mind the traffic in Oahu is hectic and it takes about one hour to drive from Ko Olina to the east or north side of the island.

Wonderful Memories

First time VRBO renters here, happy to say great first experience! Owner was wonderful and great at communication. Check-in greeter/host, Shane, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Unit clean and fully-equipped, updated and comfortable. Front desk personnel always pleasant and willing to help. Location gorgeous! Loved the pools and lagoon area - absolute paradise. We were there for our daughter's wedding nearby and loved exploring the area. Fun resorts next door to visit for experiences, dining, shopping (Four Seasons and Disney Aulani), but a pleasure to come back to the quiet, relaxed condo environment. View from the condo patio is spectacular! Adults loved the "quiet pool" (unit overlooks), and granddaughter had a fabulous time in the "lagoon" pool, and she also loved the adventure each day of feeding the fish in the koi pond! Lots of stuff nearby - dining and shopping, and not too far of a drive from local Costco, Safeway, Target and Walmart for necessities. Definitely recommend visiting nearby Roy's for happy hour, and also very much enjoyed our visit to nearby Monkeypod. Local little grocery store has great wine selection, fresh made to order sushi and gelato! It was a wonderful first visit to the Ko Olina area, and we definitely plan to go back and would love to stay in this unit again! Thanks for the memories!

Lovely place to stay

Stunning and very clean and safe unit! We spent 7 nights and 8 days at this unit with our two kids, 18 and 17 years old. Prior to our visit, the property owner was very responsive and kind with our questions. The manager, Shane, met us at arrival. Shane and his staff were wonderful throughout our stay! The amenities in the apartment definitely met our needs. The couch in the main room was oversized and very comfortable. We threw a sheet on it and it was perfect for sleeping. Additionally, there were 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The washer and dryer was so nice to wash clothes in after a long day in Oahu! The building, pools and beach were also incredible! We always had plenty of space in the regular pool and also the lap pool! The beach is literally the best and least crowded in the area (at least during our stay.) The building is closely located to amazing restaurants and shops! We walked to them daily, even after a day spent on the island. We highly recommend staying here!

Hawaiian vacation

Let me start by saying the location is spot on. If you’re looking for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation this is the place to go. The staff was amazing and very kind. The beach logon is so peaceful and the pools are amazing. We stayed here for 7 days as a family of 5. They did have all the back essentials needed for a good day at the beach which was great. The only bad thing was The maintenance of the villa. For the price we paid it wasn’t very clean or upgraded. The greater came and did a walk through and even noticed all the grease left on the stove and said he wouldn’t send the house keeper over to reclean it “which they never showed”. The bathrooms had dirty floor mats and the shower/ bathtubs in both restrooms were slimy & had hair. In regards to the bedroom, the beds were soft and comfortable but smelled wet/ moldy. The pillows had that wet moldy smell as well. Overall our experience was pleasant. Hopefully the give it a good cleaning for future visitors.
