Esta suite le proporcionará la escapada caribeña tranquila y verdaderamente lujosa que ha estado buscando. La ubicación de esta villa es simplemente fantástica, ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos (2-3 minutos) de no 1 sino 2 playas de arena blanca en polvo y cálidas aguas cristalinas del mar Caribe. St Thomas

Inside bathroom and kitchen was nice, the rest of it is in need of quite a bit of help. The lighting was terrible.Outside around pool area was not good. Missing tiles around pool, dirty, weeds all over. Outdoor furniture was dirty and stained.

The property was not as depicted in vrbo. The bamboo blinds covering all doors were either broken or very difficult to raise. Lights above bed were on all night due to a broken dimmer. Toilet seat was broken, patio furniture was filthy and there were no outside working lights outside by pool so it didnt feel safe to sit out there at night.

New Year surprise

Overall, we were disappointed with the condition of our unit. While the kitchen and bathroom seemed to be updated, the outside had broken tiles, paint stains and broken screen doors. Unfortunately, the pools water was too cold to swim inspite of the temperatures outside. Having access to pool was a major reason to stay there.This was our third time to this development when it was part of a hotel. Dissapointed!

Disappointed in paradise

The property is a work in progress. While the kitchen and bath have been upgraded the patio area is in desperate need of repair. No landscaping and no amenities in the kitchen. Was to receive a welcome basket ..had one can of coke and two small bottles or Tito's..not even two cans of coke and no rum. The water was turned off and had no notice from the host .no gallons of water provided. I've stayed at this property before but not this unit. I would t waste my money in the future

It was OK, but.....

Overall, the "villa" was good. It was clean, private, and fit our needs. The updates were really nice. Loved the kitchen and bath. The bed was comfortable. Everyone we came into contact with were great on the property. There is a restaurant on site which served excellent food.The cons: Very poor communication with the management team. The management team is not on site and there is no address listed anywhere for how to contact/meet them. I asked for the rules/regs prior to arriving, but did not receive them. I asked for contact info prior to flying out since we left during a snow storm in and did not receive anything via email. The welcome book that is always present in an VRBO is not updated again leaving only a phone number to contact the management team which isn't answered after 6 p.m. at night. The listing was somewhat misleading. States 5 minute walk to beach, what they don't tell you is that you have to walk on the side of the road to get there which is definitely VERY unsafe. The listing also states that there are washing machines on site. Well, there are 2 washing machines which require quarters but no way to get them, so bring your own. One of the machines was broken and the other one was not in the greatest shape. Same with the dryers. For the price we paid, would definitely look at other options before staying here again.

Great time!

We enjoy this spot a lot! The pool was incredible to have and clean and we used each day! the property was exactly what we needed! We were given fresh towels on certain days even! Everything was clean and all of the hotel necessities were provided. There is even a great restaurant on site that we would have drinks at each night. You can’t beat this spot! It’s quiet and clean and it’s in a great location. Would stay here again no doubt!

Quick weekend getaway.

It’s a pleasant experience but needs some updating. TV in bedroom area and a full length mirror suggested. Welcome basket was nice. Transportation was convenient.

Place is at a good location and private pool only about 5 minutes walk

our unit 111 needs fixing, almost every thing falling apart like table lamp in the living room loose, kitchen faucet, bathroom one of faucet loose, microwave control panel loose, bedthroom ceiling fan. Bathroom has a draining problem water takes time to drain is almost level, Also is not well secure unit, no fence back of the pool, there's no way to lock doors of unit, the main door it locks but any one can just kick it open, the door is poorly built. There's no privacy. Somebody from the office came and knocked the door didn't give me time to open door when I stepped out of the unit he was inside

Pleasant Stay near Sapphire Beach

Older unit but recently redecorated. Comfortable, clean and conveniently located near downtown Redhook and the best St Thomas beaches. We loved the private saltwater pool and used it every day after the beach. We pretty much had to find everything on our own as no local information was given or available in the unit. The office is located off site so we communicated via messaging through VRBO, which worked okay. The restaurant on site, Pangea, is very good! And the beach within walking distance, Sapphire beach, is lovely. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Pavillions and Pools unit and would stay again. A rental car is recommended!

Wonderful

Very pleased with our accommodations. The privacy and comfort was amazing. Quiet, clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend to others. First time visiting the VI. I know this sounds crazy but I didn’t know how much I would love having chickens and roosters as property vacation buddies! Lol The property is well maintained and landscaped. Property is not on the beach and is not visible from the property but the walk to Sapphire beach takes about 10 mins and to Lindquist beach is about 15-20 by foot. Lindquist was absolutely beautiful and snorkeling on the left side close to the surf has some interesting fish but be careful of the sea urchins they are tucked in and around the corals and rocks. Highly recommend taking or purchasing some decent water shoes just for added protection from the sharp corals and urchins. A short dive past Lindquist is Coki Beach and the snorkeling there was crystal clear with tons of curious tropical fish that seem to be as interested in you as you are them. Probably one of the prettiest beach views to take in also. If you are looking to swim with turtles check out Brewers Beach, not the most scenic beach but the water are calm and the sea turtles are easy to snorkel with and observe. Hull Beach is kind of a hidden beach but totally worth the drive if you really want to see some cool underwater landscapes and tons of different fish and corals. Definitely need to wear water shoes here though and be aware of the urchins here. The coral formations here are really neat. The location of this property is ideal for relaxing and recharging after a long day out. Book it!

Better than the description

This was a wonderful property in a great location. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes and pans plus a grill to prepare some meals. Pools towels and bath towels. Soaps and shampoo. A great welcome basket plus rum & coke upon arrival. We communicated with the management about several things we needed and they were taken care of the same day. We had a fabulous time and will stay here again for sure.

Best vacation yet

The property was calm and very relaxing. Felt very safe. Breakfast basket left for us was great! Easy access to taxi. Older but very clean. Private pool was wonderful to soak after wonderful beach days. Couldn’t beat the price for a wonderful stay !!! Restaurant on site also. Thanks for giving us peace of mind and a wonderful time.

Christmas in St. Thomas

My family of 3 stayed at this property for Christmas and WOW! We were greeted with a welcome basket of goodies on the dinner table. The home was well stocked with things you would use on a daily basis. We did our shopping at Moes Market down the street and were able to cook most of our meals at home. Property is safe and located right next to the gorgeous Sapphire Beach. We highly recommend this property. Definitely going back.

Perfect Vacation Location

My partner and I were thoroughly impressed from the second we walked into the apartment. The place was spotless and was exactly what we needed during our stay - a full kitchen to cook daily breakfast, our own pool and lounge chairs to have morning coffee or a cocktail and take a dip, an incredible restaurant (Pangea) right on premise and just a short walk to the beach and 15 minutes from town. Check-in was easy, as was calling taxis and there was a basket of goodies upon arrival. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Perfect getaway for couples

The pictures do this property no justice! The location was ideal as it was quiet and close to the beach but allowed us privacy and down time. 20 minutes drive to the capital and a few minutes from the fun over in Red Hook. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and preparing our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. One night we did steaks outside on the grill. Lots of birds and wildlife around for the naturists. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great romantic weekend getaway

This property isn't directly on the beach, but it is very close to everything else! If you choose to leave your private pool, there are 2 beaches within a 5-10 minute walk or 2 minutes driving. There is also a restaurant on the property, but it is a popular spot so you will need to make reservations ahead of time. The property itself is older, but the unit has been updated and is stocked with everything you should need, and was appropriately priced. There are loungers at the pool, but there were no beach towels or beach chairs available to use. Fortunately, there was a big box store nearby and we were able to purchase beach amenities fairly inexpensively, which we left behind so hopefully, you won't have to. All, in all, this was the perfect location and unit for my wife and me to make a quick 4-day escape from New England weather to a tropical island.

Paradise

I can't believe what a paradise this place was. The condo was updated and very clean.The pool was much bigger than I expected. the area was so convenient to Red hook, all we ever needed was there. The beaches on either side of the condo were better than Meagens beach. Back at the condo Donelle at the front desk was the best, we love her for her helpfullness. I can't wait to go back to our paradise !
