Christmas on Top of the World

Loved our stay here! As charming and comfortable as the house was, it was hard not to spend much of our time on the patio with unbelievable views of ocean and sunset, while enjoying the infinity hot tub and marveling at all the hummingbirds in the beautiful garden! Susan was very accomodating with our arrival time.

Perfect Beach House Laguna Beach

Our family of five stayed at Susan’s Beach house for two months. Talk about the best view in Laguna Beach!! Wow! We spent most of our days lounging on the patio with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The house had everything we needed. The house was extremely well equipped and comfortable. Close & easy access to beaches and the Village is a bonus! Close access to Alta Laguna Park and Top of the World was so fun! Had a great time exploring all the beauty in Laguna. Susan was the most gracious hostess answering all questions and being available if we needed anything. Will definitely rent again!

Great location

The house was perfect: well appointed and in a terrific location. It was close enough to all of that Laguna Beach and OC have to offer, yet in a private. peaceful neighborhood. Great spot for pets, too!

Amazing location!!

Susan's wonderful house up on Top of the World was an amazing and really great place to stay and also have business meetings at with my business partners who were staying there with me. The pool and the hot tub are brilliant especially being able to enjoy the view all the way down to the ocean! The patio is a perfect place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family. The living spaces inside and outside are perfect as well and the internet was good too. Susan was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had or give any help we needed. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone who wanted to visit the amazing part of the world that Laguna Beach is!!

Awesome Stay at Laguna Beach!

This is an incredible property, certainly one of our best Vrbo experiences ever. Spectacular views of Laguna Beach with a wonderful jacuzzi and lap pool. Plenty of sun and shade with a nice courtyard in the front and a gorgeous patio out back. Inside the home was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained. Great appliances, bedding, electronics and many nice little touches. Awesome neighborhood, quiet, friendly, close to several parks. We often walked, hiked, and biked right from the house. The amazing beaches of Laguna Beach are just a short drive down the hill. Susan was a fantastic host and very responsive to anything that came up. We stayed during the pandemic and were in town for some medical appointments for my son. Susan went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and her flexibility and generosity were truly amazing. Highly recommend!

Serene With Amazing Ocean Views!

I needed to get away from the big city and go to a quiet and peaceful place to focus and finish working on my app. Susan’s home was perfect and had everything I needed. Very quiet, very peaceful, very safe and 100% private backyard where the pool and the spa is, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. “Picture perfect sunsets”. I can say it was almost like a “private resorts” The home itself was super clean and everything was sanitized and cleaned including the bed sheets, comforters towels ......I will definitely be staying there again!

Simple elegance above Laguna

Susan was very responsive to our questions and needs. She made us feel so at home during our month long stay. The home's inviting and open layout allowed for ease of movement and enough space for 2-4 people to live comfortably. The spacious master bedroom featured an extremely comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. We truly appreciated all the closet and drawer space that was made available to us. Our view of the ocean from the Master was gorgeous, as were the ocean views from the other two guest rooms. The shower fixtures in the master could use updating, as could the second bathroom shower fixtures. We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was certainly adequate for a short stay. We enjoyed the beautiful dining room on several occasions, and the living space adjacent to it is just beautiful. The furniture in the living room was pleasant and comfy but the down filled sofa in the seating area near the patio was rather worn and uncomfortable for daily use. The outdoor spaces in the home were where the best living took place, as Susan's hot tub and pool were delightful! The private, outdoor patio furniture by the hut tub was just fantastic! Panoramic sunset views each night were truly remarkable! The home also offered seating, a fireplace and a large table and chairs in the private outdoor courtyard. Susan's home is located on a quiet, private street. We treasured our time spent there. Susan is a fantastic host!

Outstanding Ranch-Beach House with fantastic view, pool and jacuzzi

We (family with two older kids) have spent a fantastic week at the hills of beautiful Laguna Beach. The Ranch Beach House by itself is just wonderful with very beautiful sleeping rooms, a nice living room and a very well equipped kitchen. The terrace with a perfect view to the Pacific while sitting in the jacuzzi or swimming in the pool is outstanding and breathtaking. Susan the owner is very friendly and helpful. We can only report the very best und hope to come back one day. Thank you Susan!

Perfect holiday location

We had a fabulous time staying in Laguna Beach. Susan, our host, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect, it had everything we needed. Lovely comfortable beds, gorgeous furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/Spa and pool. What a lovely location. About 5 minutes drive from the main beach and town. We mostly used Uber when we didn’t want to drive. Lovely restaurants and shops in town but parking was expensive so was cheaper to use uber. Thank you Susan for a fab stay!

Great house

Perfect house for a stay in Laguna. Immaculately presenter with high end furnishings and kitchen utensils. Pool is a huge plus and rare in Laguna. Susan fantastic and responded immediately with any questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stunning views

We had family vacation at this lovely home and immensely enjoyed the views and the pool and spa. The weather was grey and cloudy most days but being near Alta Laguna park and enjoying the spa made up for the lack of sunny beach days.

Didn’t want to leave!

This place is a home away from home! So cozy and clean with beautiful decor. The hot tub and pool were fantastic along with that spectacular view of the mountains and ocean. The location was very convenient with a short drive to the town, restaurant, beach, and shopping. Susan was very friendly, flexible and very helpful! Will definitely come again if she will have us!!!
