This place was perfect for us. Nice and clean and plenty of room. Decor was cute beachy vibe and the balcony was large with plenty of seating and an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Ours was a last minute booking but was seamless and great communication. We will be staying here again!

The room its self was great but it had a pretty bad mildew smell. Also maintenance took our toys off the porch and an ice chest. They took our toys to box by the showers I was unableTo locate the ice chest and I tried reaching out to luxury but they couldn’t find anyone who had any answers

Entire property needs to be cleaned and painted. Parking was a nightmare, we had assigned space but already occupied. Just something to keep in mind, do not bring truck. Our truck was too tall for covered garage and could barely make turns on ramp to enter.

The view! The pictures do not give it justice. 10th floor giant sliders looking out over white sand beaches into the gulf. It was amazing. Didn’t think we needed a second bathroom but that was also a huge bonus. The place is clean a bright. Plenty of ways to get a breeze or eat dinner on the balcony. We will definitely have to stay again.

Great view! This condo had a leather couch that faced the ocean so you could enjoy it while watching tv. The balcony furniture was very nice with seating for the whole family for meals al fresco. We also enjoyed the padded loungers and the Blue Angels flew right by our balcony! Access to the beach was easy and showers washed away the sand. Beds were comfy, towels plentiful, and great communication with Luxury Coastal Vacations. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the covered numbered parking space was very convenient and right next to the door, but very tight to get in and out of.

This was our 4th time staying in Perdido Key /The Windemere & this was our favorite stay by far! The condo unit was clean and spacious. It was decorated so cozy and nice. I loved being there. It had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Beautiful condo, very well stocked. Right on the beach with a wonderful view.

The property is very nice, good location. In November the beach was only sparsely populated. Exercise room very nice, view of the beach is an added bonus.

Beautiful Condo, Quiet Location

We really loved this condo. It was one of our best experiences in renting a vacation property. The building was quiet and it was really relaxing. The place was very clean and was decorated beautifully. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was everything we had hoped for. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you'll need. The beds are very comfortable and the view is to die for. I am so glad we decided on Windmere 1003 for our vacation and we will most definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This was our second visit to Windemere, and our first stay in this unit. We love the beach and the location of the condo with so many neighborhood restaurants nearby. This unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Perdido Key.

Spring Break 2021

The unit was updated, clean, and in a great location. The complex is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, etc and the beaches were never overcrowded during our stay. Thanks for a great week, we would consider booking this same unit again in the future!

Great Place

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, functional, and well cared for. It had everything we needed, and the extra large balcony/furniture was very nice. Private beach area was quiet and only steps away. Didn’t utilize pool or hot tub. Location was great, between Orange Beach and Pensacola and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Nice stay

Overall, was an enjoyable month. Very social snowbird group that were welcoming. Furniture condition good but uncomfortable. Typical condo kitchen supplies. Little storage for food.

Beautiful, clean condo. 10th floor is perfect for views. Parking is a negative.

Beautiful, clean and up to date. Loved being on 10th floor. Plenty of beach front. Parking is bad, especially when someone takes your space.

Very spacious and beautiful view!

We loved this unit for our family of 4. It was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We even watched the dolphins one morning from the balcony. We especially liked the large sectional sofa in the living area. The second bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for our 2 kids. Lillian's Pizza, directly across the street, is now one of our favorite places to dine. We can't wait to come back and hope this unit will be available.

Amazing!

We LOVED our stay at this property. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. after a 19 hour drive from Nebraska. As soon as we turned on the lights we were so happy. We went straight to the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was just great! There were no problems with anything during our short 2 days stay. The beach is just outside the door. Well stocked with dishes, towels, and very clean. We can't wait to go back with all of our family!
