Perdido Sun 802 has the best Ocean View in the Complex. This Beautiful corner unit is a 1 Bedroom 1.5 bathroom that has been recently renovated. It is equipped with all your needs for a Fabulous Beach Vacation. Bedroom has king size bed and bathroom, hall half bathroom, living room has a sofabed and comfortable seating, kitchen has all large and small appliances you might need. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas and pool toys for you to enjoy or you may like to Rent Beach chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Service right in front of the Condo. Perdido Sun Condominiums are located right on the beach with a heated indoor pool , large outdoor pool and Hot tub. A fitness center is located on site as well. Across the street at The Villagio Shopping center you have several places to enjoy a Wonderful meal..coffee...ice cream, get a massage or shop for Souvenirs ,Specialty items or Beautiful clothing. We love our Condo and its Location and we know you will too!

Family Reunion

Great view and amenities. Comfy bed and overall condition was accommodating. The on suite bathroom.is dated and could use a remodel. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Clean and well equiped

Out stay was very relaxing. The bed and pillowes were very comfortable and we are pickey. We never had to wait long for the elevators. The condo itself it very well equiped and I've rented alot of condos and this kitchen had everything we needed: coffee filters, salt and pepper, spices, and working icemaker in the fridge. Ellie is very prompt when comunicating. Also we like this area as it not very touristy or crowded. We also liked eating at the local establishments. Thanks Ellie for a great stay!

Great stay

This unit is fully stocked with cookware, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of utensils. Nice touch of added body wash, makeup wipes, ironing board, hair dryer. Towels were better than your standard hotel towels. Bed was comfortable. Ease of booking, receiving instructions on check in, etc. Communication great. Property is going through updates with outside paint etc. Didn't affect us at all.

Horrible bed

The bed was very uncomfortable and formed a hole where you sleep. It was covered in plastic so it doesn’t breath and makes you sweat. The seating in the living area was also uncomfortable. The pillows on the bed smelled of smoke so bad, we had to rewash the pillow cases and it still didn’t work. We found extra pillows to use. It was a perfect place as far as location but room needs a better bed!

Weekend get away

Beautiful view and amazing location!! The 4 rating on cleanliness is really more of it is a little older unit a few thinking’s could use a little TLC. Otherwise very clean. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend for a couple.

Great place to stay for beach

Had a great time during our stay. The front desk is not open late, so communicate with the host if you will be arriving after hours as there are door codes required to enter building. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. View of the ocean is great. Large balcony has a table where you can eat. While there are two bathrooms, one is only a half bath, but not an issue with just my wife and I. Also, recommend taking a picture of the door code sheet, as you have to enter a gate code to get to beach boardwalk and back inside condo complex because the code is required on both sides of the gate. The beach is great and not crowded and limited to condo guest only. Would definitely stay here again.

Time away for my birthday

The front desk was closed upon arrival and again the next day so there was never a chance to get arm bands or parking pass (not the owner's fault at all so not reflected in the rating). Ended up not needing it for the weekend as the owner provided everything needed to access the facilities anyway. It was an absolutely beautiful place and the location was along a fantastic stretch of beach.

Great vacation!

Wife & I had a fantastic week here while also visitng the nearby areas of Orange Beach and Pensacola (the US Navy Aviation Museum is a Must see....and chk Blue Angels practice sched prior to visiting). Condo itself (8th floor) has awesome beachfront view, friendly desk and beach staff etc. Only minor hiccup at condo was half bath toilet flapper needs replacing and master bath sink drain clogs some but the owner was timely to respond and will get these corrected asap (wasnt big deal for us since was just me and wife). All in all wld indeed do it all over again...hopefully Sooner vs later!

Amy the owner text me prior to our trip. She was the best hostess. Her Condo was amazing. It has everything you need. The closet for the beach stuff has everything you will need at the beach! The view from the balcony is amazing. The bed is wonderful. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Plenty of towels for our week stay. Communication with Amy was top notch. This condo is located close to everything! We spent time at Orange beach, Pensicola and Gulf Shores eating! So much great food.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway for just me and the hubby. We appreciate how nice the host was to accommodate our date change because of the weather. The condo was clean and the check in was easy. We couldn't have asked for a better short vacay.

fast trip

We have stayed here 4 times now and have loved every stay. this time it was very special, because it was just the 2 of us and we had no plans to do anything but enjoy the sand, pool and condo. Everything was perfect and our hosts were great. Can't wait to get back.

Peaceful getaway

It was even better than expected, beach was perfect, not crowded even in prime time. Awesome umbrella setup available upon request when you get to the beach … gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen … we definitely will be back … ohhh and awesome restaurants across the street in walking distance!!!

Perfect family Vacation

Amy was a great hostess! The condo was everything we needed! Plenty of beach goodies to use. Everything u need is there for u. The Perdido Sun property was great as well. We will be back for sure! Thank u for helping us create memories! Ps I thought we were beach obsessed but when we had 2 Mornings of rain, I realized that there are people that will get on the beach no matter what!
