Fantastic Spot!

We grew up in the area and this was the first time we rented on the lake rather than staying with family. Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip!

2024 vacation

Property is beautiful. Great views. Path to beach needs attention. Very difficult to walk on. The house is wonderful but needs deep clean. Rodents inside need to be dealt with. I love this beach house but after 2nd year, I see that it needs more than surface cleaning!

Location! Location! Location! Breathtaking views of Lake Erie in peaceful, parklike setting. Easy walk to the beach. Charming, older home with some newer decorative touches.

This is our third summer staying here- the property, beach, and view is great- unfortunately we think the place needs some deeper cleaning. Lots of mouse droppings throughout the kitchen this year- especially in drawers We had no communication with property manager- was not necessary

Excellent Vacation Spot

Our stay was wonderful. There was a storm that took down some trees and Alexis and Mike took care of the problems very quickly. Excellent responses.

Lakefront location is spectacular. Sunsets are wonderful. Loved the beach access and kayaks. We grew up in this area and are well aware of propensity for bugs and cobwebs. That said, for the price of the rental, it really could use some TLC in the windowsills and sliding door. Alexis, the property manager was great...responsive and appreciative when we told her several lights were out. However, until 3 days before our arrival, no voice-mails or emails were responded to. It felt like communication went into a dark hole. (Perhaps that communication goes to the owner & not the property manager?). That said, we enjoyed our stay. Deer, eagles, osprey and chipmunks all accounted for.

Great beach house

The home was very nice- just as listed. It was clean and had nice furnishings. The location on the lake is wonderful. Great view- just wished it was not so obstructed by trees. The fire pit was great and the beach was very private and serene. Saw many eagles!

Beautiful property

This property is a gem. Just a 4 minute walk on a trail through the woods to the private beach that has everything that you need (beach chairs of various sizes, kayaks, adult life jackets, sand toys and umbrellas). Our kids loved having the beach all to themselves, collecting rocks and beautiful sunsets right over the water with beach bonfires as a family! You may want to pack water shoes as the shoreline is a little rocky... some in our family preferred them and others did not. The house is fully stocked with everything in the kitchen, beach towels, board games, kid toys, etc. There is plenty of room to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king, one queen, and the third with 2 individual twins (though the picture shown has bunk beds). It took a us a little over an hour to get to Niagara Falls and about 45 minutes to visit downtown Buffalo. Overall we had a great family vacation and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the home, the wonderful porch and the sand beach. We were disappointed in the distance from the house to the beach.

Best beach house on Erie.

Hosts were amazing and very helpful. House was very cool, I love the old parts of the house and beach cabin character. Also appreciated the ACs and comfortable beds. The house has everything everyone needs. Plenty of towels and games/toys for the kids. My son found the art sets and painted his little heart out. Beautiful, private part of the beach with a short scenic walk there. Perfect for relaxing, wildlife watching, and family time.

Panoramic View Getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect getaway to listen to the waves crash with a beautiful sunset. A short golf cart ride to the soft sanded, and private, beach adds to your stay! You’ll occasionally be greeted by a bald eagle nesting nearby! The cottages are very clean and well kept. We’ll definitely be coming back here, and for a longer stay as well!

Excellent summer getaway

This place is great, a beautiful house on a beautiful property, with lots of breathing room. There are neighbors on either side but everything is spread out perfectly so you have a good amount of privacy. The beach is similar, a short walk and you arrive on a secluded well maintained beach, complete with great water and ample bird watching opportunities. The house itself has a nice open plan, two bathrooms and even 2 separate sinks in the kitchen, which Definitely come in handy. The master bedroom looks onto the lake and opens to the front deck. There is a spacious screened in porch and ample amenities such as Roku and board games inside for when those summer storms roll through. The whole property is perched on the bluffs, making the views amazing and there is plenty of shade provided by big oak trees around the property. The walk to the beach may be a bit long for older visitors, but is a beautiful stroll and theres even a golf cart for rent if you so choose. We look forward to coming back next year, this place was wonderful
