Cooking will be a breeze with a large 900mm oven and gas cook top, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. Additional to the large 12-seater dining table, the kitchen has a convenient mobile bench that can be used for entertaining or as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is truly the heart of the living/dining space.

With entertainment in mind, the living area opens up to an expansive undercover outdoor alfresco area, encapsulating the entire north/east wing. The alfresco area offers a large outdoor dining table and BBQ and the rear yard hosts a range of additional sitting/leisure spaces containing resort style outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and an outdoor fire pit.

This property features a private adult retreat that includes a separate sitting room, master suite (Queen bed), walk-through wardrobe and ensuite where lockable sliding doors allow you to shut out the world and relax on the luxurious day beds. The large second level of this magnificent property is just as luxurious, offering a large rumpus lounge area opening to an outside balcony, a study nook, two queen bedrooms, another two spacious bedrooms containing tri-bunks, and two bathrooms with all linen included.
