La hermosa casa de Villa Sunset cuenta con nuevos muebles modernos, cocina recién remodelada y una cómoda decoración al aire libre. Dormitorio principal con una cama king size, TV inteligente de pantalla plana y baño privado. Dos habitaciones de invitados, una con una cama queen, la otra con 2 camas individuales y un baño compartido para invitados entre ellas. Además, una guarida con una cama para dos personas, con capacidad para un total de 8 personas en esta casa.
Habitación familiar con TV de pantalla plana y cómodos sofás de cuero. Mostrador de desayuno y cenas formales para que todos puedan disfrutar de una comida. Gran mesa de comedor al aire libre y asientos en el salón bajo techo cubierto y lanai con mosquitero para relajarse y disfrutar del aire libre. Valla extraíble para piscina de seguridad para niños, parrilla para barbacoa y bicicletas para uso de los huéspedes.

Perfect for our family getaway

We absolutely loved the outdoor living space with heated pool, dining table, and patio furniture, where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed our morning walks and afternoon bike rides around the quiet neighborhood. Lovely home and accommodations for our family to quarantine together over the holidays.

The home is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral, we were very impressed. The house is in great condition and it was very clean upon arrival. All of the appliances seemed to be brand new as well and most of the furniture seemed new as well. Very stylish home. The pool is perfect and the sun deck gets sun all afternoon so it’s perfect for people who enjoy tanning. One of the things we liked the best was the canal, it was very pretty and the many fish entertained us throughout the day when they would jump out of the water. We appreciated the bikes and beach chairs as well. We did not have any problems during our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a couple minor issues 1 being the brand new microwave didn’t work and the clothes dryer didn’t work. All in all it was a fantastic vacation and looking forward to going back.

Amazing first Florida Vacation

It was our first trip to Florida and it left us wanting to book again next year. Home was exactly like the pictures, very clean and modern. The outdoor living space was amazing, very comfortable and the pool was nicely heated. It's in a nice community close to just about anything you would need. We would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW When we pulled up and saw the neighborhood we were thrilled. And again when we opened the front door. The view thru to the pool was beautiful. Two couples shared this house for two weeks. Tons of space. Heated pool was definitely the highlight.
