Welcome to your perfect getaway! This centrally located, new construction home has all you could possibly want on your next vacation. A heated pool and spa, BBQ area, deck with tiki hut, kayaks, office space, outdoor wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Let's not forget waterfront, canal access! Walking distance to a public park and short drive to groceries stores, restaurants and Downtown Ft Myers!
Unfortunately the paddle boat in the pictures is no longer available.

This spacious new construction home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
It offers 4 bedrooms, including an office space equipped with a day bed along with 3 bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. A newly built deck with a tiki hut is available as well as a floating dock with kayaks and a pedal boat!

- 4th Bedroom / Office: Offers a day bed (two twin beds) and work desk and chair.
- The Living Room: Offers a large sectional sofa and accent chair.
- The Dining Room: Table offers seating for 6 people
- The Kitchen: Offers all essential cookware, coffee maker and bar seating for four.
- Primary Bathroom: Offers large shower and soaking tub.
All bedrooms have new Four Seasons mattresses and high-quality linen.
All TV offer access to YouTube TV offering 75+ Channels!

Another great stay

It was our second stay at the villa and everything was great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and heating the pool was easy and quick. The dock that was added and the available kayaks are a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

The villa was just as described, very modern and spacious. The pool area with the spa and splash pad is great, in particular with a small child. The pool heating worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The small park with a playground nearby was perfect for our family. We couldn't find a kettle and suggest to add one. Other than that the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was really easy to contact in case of any questions. Overall, we had a really great and relaxing stay at the villa.

Bbq location couldnt be changed or moved according to the rules but the bbq was in a specific spot where at night there was no light and at day the sun was blaring hot making it uncomfortable to cook in. Also the bbq wasent in the best state as the top was unscrewed and loose

This house is exactly as it’s advertised! Spacious, clean, and with a beautiful pool & hot tub! The kitchen was functional and we were able to cook meals with the provided kitchen equipment. (Minus a cookie sheet… couldn’t find one) The grill is propane & worked great! The washer and dryer are huge and work very well. We traveled with a baby, and there was a pack & play and high chair available which was perfect. The pool and hot tub were super clean, and the hot tub had the ability to get very hot! Sooo lovely. Victor, the host, was very responsive which is greatly appreciated. Lastly, the dock looking over the water was incredible… there are hundreds of turtles in the water. So fun to watch them! Overall we loved this vrbo, 100% recommend.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Victor was very quick to respond to questions. The pool/spa heater/pump was confusing at first, but Victor explained it with pictures and once you get the hang of the process, it makes sense and was quite easy to manage. We loved our stay and enjoyed feeding the turtles and fish in the canal behind the house. My only complaint, and it's more of an observation than a complaint, is that there is no door to the bathroom in the primary suite which made it hard to open the blinds to the pool. It is a direct view of the toilet, which was sometimes awkward. The kitchen was very well stocked. There is an XL washer and dryer which was good for the pool towels. There were 2 kayaks, which we never used, and 2 camping chairs which were great on the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and very comfortable for the 6 (3 adult couples) of us. There is a 4th bedroom/ office, which would work well for children, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults. Overall a very nice house and great host. I would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again if we return to the area.

I am a local real estate broker and builder in Cape Coral. I know the city like the back of my hand from the 20 years I've lived here. If you have any Real Estate or construction questions or would like to tour any properties during your time in Southwest Florida, I would more than happy to help!
